摘要:
本科生的分析化学实践类课程教学应注重强调解决实际生产问题时的原理性及应对实际难题的实用性,以便学生能够解决检测样品时遇到的难题.作者针对分析化学实践类课程教学的基本特点,通过与相关企业有机融合,从依照产业需求、利用企业场地、依托产业技术和根据产业标准几方面出发,介绍了理论联系实际的教学模式的实施及其效果,以达到夯实理论基础、强化动手能力、激发创新思维和提升工作技能的目的,并为基于产教融合、校企合作背景下地方本科院校分析化学实践类课程教学的优化提供新的思路.

Abstract: In this paper, the content of free formaldehyde in large core board was successfully determined by perforated extraction and acetyl acetone spectrophotometry. In the environment of constant temperature shaking water bath and acetic acid-ammonium acetate buffer solution (pH = 6), formaldehyde reacts with acetyl acetone to produce a stable yellow compound 3-methylene-2, 4-pentanedione, which is then measured at a wavelength of 412 nm Its absorbance. The results show that when using perforated extraction and acetyl acetone spectrophotometry to determine the formaldehyde content in large core plates, the formaldehyde content has a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 0~10 μg/ml, and its linear correlation coefficient (R)reaches 0.99872. The recovery rate of standard addition was 97.6%~99.7%, the average recovery rate of standard addition was 99.0%, and the detection limit was 0.0890 μg/ml. It can be seen that the method has high sensitivity and high accuracy, and can be applied to the determination of formaldehyde content in large core boards.#@#@#摘要: 本论文采用穿孔萃取法和乙酰丙酮分光光度法成功测定了大芯板中游离的甲醛的含量。甲醛与乙酰丙酮反应,产生稳定的黄色化合物3-亚甲基-2,4-戊二酮,再于波长412 nm处测定其吸光度。试验测得的板材中甲醛含量为0.0159 mg/m3。结果表明,利用穿孔萃取法和乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定大芯板中的甲醛含量时,甲醛含量在0~10 μg/ml范围内与吸光度呈现出良好的线性关系,其线性相关系数为r = 0.99872,加标回收率为97.6%~99.7%,平均加标回收率为99.0%,检出限为0.0890 μg/ml。由此可见,该法灵敏度较高,准确度较高,可适用于大芯板中甲醛含量的测定。

摘要:
Nowadays, resorcinol (RC) has been widely applied in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. However, the electrochemical detection technique of RC still features some significant drawbacks, for instance, a low sensitivity. Hence, in the present work, a glass carbon electrode was developed for the electrochemical detection of RC with good specificity and stability, through modifying the glass carbon electrode (GCE) by polyphenol oxidase (PPO), an NH2- SBA-15 mesoporous material (NH2-SBA-15), L-tyrosine (L-Tyr) and gold nano-particles (AuNPs). After being successively modified by AuNPs, L-Tyr, NH2-SBA-15 and PPO, the constructed PPO/NH2-SBA-15/L-Tyr/AuNPs/GCE was used to discriminate RC from ions and other common micromolecules, which showed a fairly good specificity and stability. The proposed electrochemical detection method features a linear range of from 0.5 to 21.0 μM with a LOD down to 0.15 μM, revealing a better sensitivity than the existing methods. It is worth mentioning that the proposed PPO/NH2-SBA-15/L-Tyr/ AuNPs/GCE has been successfully used as an electrochemical probe for the RC assay in domestic sewage. 2021 © The Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry

摘要:
以钼酸钠、硫脲和电活性生物质(单宁酸和木质素磺酸钠)为原料,通过一步水热法制备二硫化钼(MoS2)基纳米材料,并对其形貌和电化学性能进行了研究.结果表明:单宁酸(TA)和木质素磺酸钠(Lig)可作为二硫化钼的形貌调控剂以获得球花状二硫化钼(MoS2-TA)和镂空网络状二硫化钼(MoS2-Lig)纳米材料;所制备的MoS2-Lig和MoS2-TA的比电容值分别为163.6 F·g?1和98 F·g?1,明显高于纯MoS2(72 F·g?1);镂空网络状的MoS2-Lig不仅拥有更优异的比电容值,还表现出较好的倍率性能和循环稳定性;用电活性生物质材料作为二硫化钼的形貌调控剂能有效提高二硫化钼电化学性能.

摘要:
本文通过在PVA凝胶加入γ-丁内酯和1 M H2SO4成功制备了γ-丁内酯/PVA基抗冻凝胶电解液.所制备的凝胶在-30℃时离子电导率仍达12.3 mS·cm-1,表现出较为优异的耐冻性能.用该凝胶作为隔膜和电解液与碳布电极组装成超级电容器时,超级电容器的比电容高达907.2 mF·cm-2.当温度下降至-30℃时,超级电容器的比电容仍达462.8 mF.cm-2,表现出较好的耐低温性能.

摘要:
The installation of a HCF2 group is a research area that has received increasing attention, and deoxydifluorination of aldehydes have served as an attractive protocol due to the wide availability of aldehydes. Herein we describe a Ph2S/Selectfluor-promoted deoxydifluorination of aldehydes under mild conditions. Compared with previous deoxydifluorination methods, which usually use hazardous reagents such as SF4, DAST and Deoxo-Fluor, this protocol is quite attractive because of the safe and convenient operations, and the use of easily available reagents. In the communication, by virtue of the excellent conductivity and great surface area of mesoporous carbon (FDU-15), the enhanced conductivity of Au NPs, and the good electrochemical response of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) to rutin, a PPO/AuNPs/FDU-15-modified electrode was used as a candidate for the determination of rutin in dark teas with satisfactory results.

摘要:
本研究以浸提法提取茯砖茶中茶褐素,以萃取法依次去掉茶褐素中的茶黄素、茶红素、皂甙等杂质以得到高纯茶褐素,考察了茶褐素对羟基自由基的清除能力。结果显示,茶褐素具有较好抗氧化性能,浓度为5.0g/L的茶褐素对羟自由基清除能力为68.6%,抗氧化应用前景良好。

本论文采用以聚丙烯(PP)为基体,楠竹竹粉为增强材料,通过挤出和注塑成型的方法制备了复合材料。考察了改性前后竹粉的化学结构和竹纤维及复合材料断面的微观形貌,研究了偶联剂用量为竹粉含量的2%的不同竹粉含量的复合材料和竹粉含量为5%的不同偶联剂用量的竹塑复合材料的维卡软化点温度、熔体流动速率、冲击强度、拉伸强度,分析了竹粉含量和偶联剂含量对材料性能的影响。

摘要:
将石墨烯(GR)滴涂至裸Au电极表面,并以邻氨基酚为功能单体,芦丁为模板分子,制备了芦丁分子印迹膜电化学传感器,利用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)对制得的传感器进行了电化学性能研究,并且对制备条件和测定条件进行了优化。结果表明,与裸Au电极相比,该GR修饰的Au电极在[Fe(CN)_6]~(3-)/~(4-)溶液中峰电流明显增大,显著提高了芦丁分子印迹传感器的灵敏度。在最优实验条件下,基于 GR分子印迹电化学传感器在4. 40×10~(-6)~2. 80×10~(-4) mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为1.46×10~(-6) mol/L。用该传感器测定了黑茶中芦丁的含量,获得较好结果。

摘要:
A graphene (GN) and ionic liquid (IL) modified selenium-doped carbon paste electrode (GN/IL/Se/CPE) was established to simultaneously determine trace Cu(ii) and Sb(iii) by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Several parameters which affect the stripping current response were investigated and optimized, including the proportion of Se powder, concentration of hydrochloric acid, deposition time and deposition potential. The DPV curves were recorded by simultaneous deposition of Cu(ii) and Sb(iii) at -0.4 V for 50 s in a supporting electrolyte solution HCl of 0.30 mol L-1. Under the optimized conditions, the GN/IL/Se/CPE sensor has a good linear response in the range of 2.0 × 10-6 to 7.0 × 10-5 mol L-1 for Cu(ii) and 2.0 × 10-6 to 4.0 × 10-5 mol L-1 for Sb(iii). The detection limits were 6.6 × 10-7 mol L-1 for Cu(ii) and 4.3 × 10-7 mol L-1 for Sb(iii). The sensor showed favorable stability and higher sensitivity. The present work extends the scope of these devices as mercury-free sensors and can be used to detect Cu(ii) and Sb(iii) simultaneously. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2016.

摘要:
Electrochemical performances of LiCoO2 as a candidate material for supercapacitor are systematically investigated. LiCoO2 nanomaterials are synthesized via hydrothermal reaction with consequent calcination process. And the particle size increases as the calcination temperature rises. LCO-650 sample with the largest particle size displays the maximum capacitances of 817.5 F·g-1 with the most outstanding capacity retention rate of 96.8% after 2000 cycles. It is shown that large particle size is beneficial to the electrochemical and structural stability of LiCoO2 materials. We speculate that the micron-sized waste LiCoO2 materials have great potential for supercapacitor application. It may provide a novel recovered approach for spent LIBs and effectively relieve the burdens on the resource waste and environment pollution. © 2015 Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. 以Al_2 O_3纳米通道膜为基体制备金纳米通道,以场发射扫描电镜、循环伏安、交流阻抗等方法对金纳米通道进行表征。采用EDC-NHS的交联反应,将壳聚糖自组装至金纳米通道孔壁上,形成表面具有手性位点选择性的功能化纳米通道膜,利用纳米通道优异的分离能力手性分离D-,L-组氨酸。考察了纳米通道孔径和溶液的pH值对分离效果的影响。采用银溶胶作为表面增强拉曼(SERS)测试的基底,增强对D-,L-组氨酸的SERS效应,提高检测该物质的选择性和灵敏度。分别在1000和1590 cm~(-1)处测定L-组氨酸和D-组氨酸。在含200 μL组氨酸、100 μL银溶胶和100 μL 80 mmol/ L NaCl溶液(pH=7.59)中,D-组氨酸和L-组氨酸可得到较好分离,分离度达到4.91。

A novel graft copolymer of poly(vinylidene fluoride-chlorotrifluoroethylene-trifluoroethylene)-graft-poly(6-((4-cyano-4-biphenyl)oxy) hexyl methacrylate) (P(VDF-CTFE-TrFE)-graft-PCBHM) using P(VDF-CTFE-TrFE) as the initiator was successfully synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization. It was found that the crystallinity of resultant graft copolymer increased slightly after grafting from the P(VDF-CTFE-TrFE), and the crystalline regions in the graft copolymer contained more (β phase which has all-trans chain conformation) trans chain conformation. Upon the introduction of PCBHM side chains, the thermal stability of the graft copolymer was lower than that of pristine terpolymer, but the storage modulus was enhanced significantly, which is beneficial for breakdown field-strength enhancement, and dielectric properties simultaneously decreased. © 2014 Taylor & Francis.

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Spirocyclopentaneoxindole derivatives containing four consecutive stereocenters, including a spiro quaternary center, were constructed by an organocatalytic iminium–enamine cascade sequence in good yields (up to 86 %) with excellent enantiomeric (up to >99 % <jats:italic>ee</jats:italic>) and diastereomeric purities (up to >99:1 <jats:italic>dr</jats:italic>). This highly efficient procedure will allow diversity‐oriented syntheses of this intriguing class of compounds with potential biological activities.</jats:p>

2LiBH4/MgH2 system is a representative and promising reactive hydride composite for hydrogen storage. However, the high desorption temperature and sluggish desorption kinetics hamper its practical application. In our present report, we successfully introduce CoNiB nanoparticles as catalysts to improve the dehydrogenation performances of the 2LiBH 4/MgH2 composite. The sample with CoNiB additives shows a significant desorption property. Temperature programmed desorption (TPD) measurement demonstrates that the peak decomposition temperatures of MgH 2 and LiBH4 are lowered to be 315 °C and 417 °C for the CoNiB-doped 2LiBH4/MgH2. Isothermal dehydrogenation analysis demonstrates that approximately 10.2 wt% hydrogen can be released within 360 min at 400 °C. In addition, this study gives a preliminary evidence for understanding the CoNiB catalytic mechanism of 2LiBH4/MgH2.
