研究了茯砖茶中碘含量的测定方法及方法的操作条件.将茶样在560℃温度下灰化后,用间接碘量法测定茶样中碘的含量.以KMnO4为氧化剂,在碱性条件下,茶样中的I-被KMnO4氧化为IO3-,并在酸性条件下加入KI与IO3-反应生成I2,用Na2S2O3对I2进行滴定,根据Na2S2O3的消耗量得到茶叶中的碘含量.

The determination methods of potassium iodine content and the operating conditions in Fuzhuan tea were studied. After the tea samples to be ashing at 560℃, the content of potassium iodate in the tea were determined by indirect iodine quantity method. In the alkaline conditions, the I- in the tea samples oxided for IO3 , with the KMnO4 as the oxidizing agent, then joined in KI under the acidic conditions and reacted with the IO3 to produce 12, lastly, titration by Na2S2O3 solution.
