摘要:
以磁纳米颗粒(Fe3O4)为载体,在其表面修饰铜纳米颗粒(Cu NPs),制备了一种复合纳米材料(Fe3O4@Cu NPs);以甲基橙模拟有机废水,考察了初始pH值、温度、催化剂投加量及过氧化氢(H2O2)浓度等因素对甲基橙降解率的影响.结果表明:在H2O2浓度为6.0mmol·L-1,Fe3O4@Cu NPs复合纳米材料的投加量为1.2 g·L-1,pH为7.0,温度为30℃以及反应60 min的条件下,甲基橙的降解率达97.2%;Fe3O4@Cu NPs复合纳米材料的重复使用性能稳定,重复使用5次后,降解率仍达85.7%.本方法将传统芬顿氧化法的pH值应用范围拓展至4~7,并在工业废水的降解中展现优良的应用前景.

摘要:
以N-乙基苯并吲哚与对苯二甲醛缩合产物为底物,其缩合后产物(EFDB)与2,3-二氨基丁烯二腈缩合得新型的半花菁类衍生物(EADB),采用1H NMR及质谱进行结构表征﹒铁离子诱导EADB荧光信号明显增强,且体系荧光信号的变化与铁离子浓度在2~100 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.54 mol/L﹒采用铁离子介导的"关-开"策略,构建了黑茶抗氧化活性的测定方法,并成功应用于实际样品.

摘要:
以4-甲基喹啉与二醛缩合剂反应得到新型喹啉基花菁类衍生物CyQ,用~1H NMR、HRMS-ESI确证其结构。CyQ与半胱氨酸(Cys)通过卤素-巯基亲核取代和重排反应得到CyQ-Cys,而铁离子(Fe~(3+))可诱导CyQCys荧光信号明显增强,且荧光信号的变化与Fe~(3+)浓度在40 ~ 300 μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y = 1.0619x+0.01355 (R~2= 0.9910),检出限为10.4 μmol/L(S/N= 3) 。同时,利用黑茶金花可还原Fe~(3+)的性质,采用Fe~(3+)介导的“关-开”策略,建立了黑茶抗氧化活性的荧光分析方法。

Herein, a novel carbazole derivative of BEVC was designed with an enhanced fluorescence signal by a G-quadruplex, and thus a fluorescent probe of G-quadruplex/BEVC was obtained by aggregation-induced emission, which could exhibit a decreased fluorescence signal in the presence of Cu2+via the Fenton reaction, demonstrating great potential for Cu2+ assay in pure aqueous solution. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
N-乙基苯并吲哚与对苯二甲醛缩合后,经乙二硫醇保护醛基,得半花菁类衍生物(CyQ),其结构经1H NMR及质谱表征。汞离子促进脱硫醇保护,诱导体系的荧光信号显著增强,且汞离子浓度在(0.1~0.7)mol/L范围内与荧光强度的变化呈良好线性关系,拟合的线性方程为y=8.09x+0.707(R2=0.9820),经计算,其最低检出限为11.6 nmol/L。采用汞离子介导的"脱硫醇保护"策略,构建汞离子"关-开"型荧光分析法,同时汞离子经沉淀过滤去除。

Cyanine has been widely utilized as a near infrared (NIR) fluorophore for detection of glutathione (GSH). However, the excitation of most of the reported cyanine-based probes was less than 800 nm, which inevitably induce biological background absorption and lower the sensitivity, limiting their use for detection of GSH in blood samples. To address this issue, here, a heptamethine cyanine probe (DNIR), with a NIR excitation wavelength at 804 nm and a NIR emission wavelength at 832 nm, is employed for the detection of GSH and its oxidized form (GSSG) in blood. The probe displays excellent selectivity for GSH over GSSG and other amino acids, and rapid response to GSH, in particular a good property for indirect detection of GSSG in the presence of enzyme glutathione reductase and the reducing agent nicotinamideadenine dinucleotide phosphate, without further separation prior to fluorescent measurement. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first attempt to explore NIR fluorescent approach for the simultaneous assay of GSH and GSSG in blood. As such, we expect that our fluorescence sensors with both NIR excitation and NIR emission make this strategy suitable for the application in complex physiological systems. © 2018 IOP Publishing Ltd.

新型紫罗兰酮基双查尔酮缩氨基硫脲的合成及抗肿瘤活性

摘要:
根据活性亚结构拼接原理,通过紫罗兰酮与(取代)苯甲醛反应合成了紫罗兰酮基双查尔酮,然后经与氨基硫脲缩合得到一系列未见报道的新型含紫罗兰酮、查尔酮及氨基硫脲3种优势结构单元的杂化体,它们的化学结构经傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振波谱(~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR)、元素分析及质谱(MS)等测试技术所证实。采用溴化噻唑蓝四氮唑(MTT)法初步测定其体外抗肿瘤活性(乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7),肝癌细胞(HepG2),肺癌细胞(A549)),结果表明,对于不同类型的肿瘤细胞,化合物展现较好的增殖抑制活性。尤其是化合物3a与3b对MCF-7细胞展现较强的抗增殖活性,半数致死量(IC_(50))值分别为10.83和7.62 μmol/L,化合物3e对A549细胞显示一定的增殖抑制活性效果(IC_(50)值为13.36 μmol/L),化合物3f对HepG2细胞表现了高效的抗增殖活性(IC_(50)值为8.55 μmol/L)。目标物的抗增殖活性与紫罗兰酮结构及査尔酮环上不同电子效应的取代基有关。

本文以α-紫罗兰酮为原料,经间氯过氧苯甲酸环氧化、甲醇钠开环、连二亚硫酸钠还原碳碳双键,硼氢化钠还原羰基及脱水等5步反应合成了茶螺烷,产物结构经IR、1H-NMR和MS确证﹒通过改进生产工艺,总收率可达59.4%。

合成了含羟基苯并吲哚并研究其对过氧化氢的荧光响应,考察了溶剂种类及p H值等因素对检测体系的影响﹒在最佳实验条件下,过氧化氢将引发580 nm处荧光信号蓝移至560 nm处,且其荧光强度随过氧化氢浓度的增加而增强,线性范围为0.1~1.2 mmol/L,检出限为72 mol/L,探针响应不受其它干扰物的影响﹒该方法可用于消毒液及自来水样品中过氧化氢的准确测定。

By virtue of its high sensitivity and rapidity, Fenton reaction has been demonstrated as a powerful tool for in vitro biochemical analysis; however, in vivo applications of Fenton reaction still remain to be exploited. Herein, we report, for the first time, the design, formation and testing of Fenton reaction for in vivo fluorescence imaging of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). To realize in vivo fluorescence imaging of H2O2 via Fenton reaction, a functional nanosphere, Fc@MSN-FDNA/PTAD, is fabricated from mesoporous silica nanoparticle (MSN), a Fenton reagent of ferrocene (Fc), ROX-labeled DNA (FDNA), and a cationic perylene derivative (PTAD). The ferrocene molecules are locked in the pore entrances of MSN, and exterior of MSN is covalently immobilized with FDNA. As a key part, PTAD acts as not only the gatekeeper of MSN but also the efficient quencher of ROX. H2O2 can permeate into the nanosphere and react with ferrocene to product hydroxyl radical (·OH) via Fenton reaction, which cleaves FDNA to detach ROX from PTAD, thus in turn, lights the ROX fluorescence. Under physiological condition, H2O2 can be determined from 5.0 nM to 1.0 μM with a detection limit of 2.4 nM. Because of the rapid kinetics of Fenton reaction and high specificity for H2O2, the proposed method meets the requirement for real applications. The feasibility of Fc@MSN-FDNA/PTAD for in vivo applications is demonstrated for fluorescence imaging of exogenous and endogenous H2O2 in cells and mice. We expect that this work will not only contribute to the H2O2-releated studies but also open up a new way to exploit in vivo Fenton reaction for biochemical research. 摘要:
Multifunctional nanoparticles integrated with an imaging module and therapeutic drugs are promising candidates for future cancer diagnosis and therapy. Mesoporous silica coated gold nanorods (AuNR@MS) have emerged as a novel multifunctional cancer theranostic platform combining the large specific surface area of mesoporous silica, which guarantees a high drug payload, and the photothermal modality of AuNRs. However, premature release and side effects of exogenous stimulus still hinder the further application of AuNR@MS. To address these issues, herein, we proposed a glutathione (GSH)-responsive multifunctional AuNR@MS nanocarrier with in situ formed silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) as the capping agent. The inner AuNR core functions as a hyperthermia agent, while the outer mesoporous silica shell exhibits the potential to allow a high drug payload, thus posing itself as an effective drug carrier. With the incorporation of targeting aptamers, the constructed nanocarriers show drug release in accordance with an intracellular GSH level with maximum drug release into tumors and minimum systemic release in the blood. Meanwhile, the photothermal effect of the AuNRs upon application to near-infrared (NIR) light led to a rapid rise in the local temperature, resulting in an enhanced cell cytotoxicity. Such a versatile theranostic system as AuNR@MS@AgNPs is expected to have a wide biomedical application and may be particularly useful for cancer therapy. © 2015 American Chemical Society.

Targeting nanocontainers to the pathological zone and controlling release of their cargoes, in particular delivery of anticancer drugs to specific tumor cells in a targeted and controlled manner, remain the key challenges in drug delivery. This paper reports the development of a traceable and tumor-targeted intracellular drug release nanocontainer. The nanocontainer is obtained by in situ growth of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) on the surfaces of mesoporous silica nanospheres (MSNs) using a DNA-templated process. Additionally, drug release from the nanopores is achieved by selective glutathione (GSH)-triggered dismantle of the AgNPs, and the concurrent fluorescence change allows real-time monitoring of drug release efficacy and facile visualization of in vivo delivery events. After being functionalized with sgc8 aptamer on the outer shell of the AgNPs, the targeted nanocontainers are delivered into acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells by aptamer-mediated recognition and endocytosis. Moreover, the GSH-responsive process presents an improvement in the cell-specific drug release and chemotherapeutic inhibition of tumor growth. © 2015 American Chemical Society.

In this work, we propose a method for constructing silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) on mesoporous silica nanospheres (MSNs) by a DNA-templated process. By in situ formation, the gatekeeper can be easily modulated to meet different degrees of glutathione (GSH) stimuli for location-specific drug release.

摘要:
采用柴油作捕收剂、甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)作起泡剂对锂离子电池电极材料进行浮选实验研究,考察捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量、分散剂和抑制剂种类及用量对正极材料钴酸锂回收率的影响。研究结果表明:当矿浆质量浓度为0.05 g/mL,pH 为6.0时,以0.15 mg柴油为捕收剂,0.75 mg六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,0.75 mg聚丙烯酸钠作抑制剂,0.84 mg MIBC为起泡剂,正极材料钴酸锂的回收率达93%。

摘要:
Four novel pyridine Schiff bases derived from 2,6-pyridinedicarbaldehyde and substituted o-hydroxyl-aromatic amines and their manganese(ii) complexes were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, ESI-MS analysis, thermal analysis (TGA), H-NMR, IR and UV-vis. The activity of these complexes as catalysts in cyclohexene autoxidation were investigated and the effects of various reaction conditions on the catalytic reaction were optimized to obtain as high as 99.6% conversion with 95.0% selectivity of epoxycyclohexane at 40°C for 6 h using molecular oxygen as an oxidant in acetonitrile. The result presents excellent catalysts for epoxidation of cyclohexene under mild temperature and atmospheric oxygen (O<inf>2</inf>) pressure. ©2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

With the development of economy and electronic technology, Lithium-ion Batteries (LIBs)have become new flourishing energy-materials. With the wide utilization and consumption of them, there are large amounts of spent lithium-ion batteries produced. The LIBs contain many valued metals, and the recovery and utilization of them can not only reduce environmental pollution, but also slow the lack of resource effectively, increase social and economic benefit. These methods for recovery and separation of LIBs are introduced, and the existing problems and prospect of the recycling recovery technologies are put forward. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
采用质量分数为10%的Pd/C作催化剂,甲酸铵为氢给予体,乙醇作溶剂,研究超声波辐射下选择性还原β-紫罗兰酮的反应,考察辐射功率、反应时间、反应温度、Pd/C及甲酸铵用量对反应的影响并优化反应工艺。产物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱及元素分析等表征。研究结果表明:在超声波辐射下,Pd/C催化甲酸铵还原β-紫罗兰酮主要生成二氢-β-紫罗兰酮和二氢-β-紫罗兰醇;在β-紫罗兰酮与10%Pd/C的质量比为100-5,β-紫罗兰酮与甲酸铵物质的量比为1-3,乙醇50 mL,超声功率150 W,于常压、温度为50℃时反应8 min,β-紫罗兰酮的转化率为100%,二氢-β-紫罗兰酮的收率为94.8%。Pd/C易分离回收,可重复使用6次以上。
