摘要:
用二氯乙烷为溶剂,用FeCl_3为催化剂,使氯球和对乙酰氨基酚发生Friedel-Crafts反应制得了对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂,对其结构进行了表征,研究乙酰氨基和酚羟基二类氢键作用位点修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附性能.结果表明,红外光谱显示对乙酰氨基酚已被成功地修饰在后交联树脂上.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂与氯球相比,BET比表面积、孔容明显增大,孔径明显变小.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附量明显高于75%活性炭的聚砜微球对双酚A的吸附量.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附为放热、自发的过程;树脂可以用100%酒精解吸,解吸率为99.92%;吸附动力学数据符合一级吸附速率方程,颗粒内扩散是吸附速率的主要控制步骤,吸附速率同时还受液膜扩散的影响

摘要:
对蒙脱石进行改性, 并用直接挥发溶剂法制备有机蒙脱石/聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯复合聚合物电解质. 用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射等对所制电解质性能进行表征, 用交流阻抗和充放电实验研究聚合物电池的电化学性质. 结果表明: 直接挥发溶剂法制得的复合聚合物膜呈蜂窝状, 孔穴丰富, 强度增加, 浸取电解液后室温离子电导率为1. 51 mS/cm, 电化学稳定窗口为5. 5 V;以LiCoO_2为正极制得的聚合物电池0. 1C充放电, 50次循环后容量保持率达到95. 3%, 倍率放电能力较好, 有机蒙脱石的加入可改善电池的电极界面性质, 提高电池充放电循环性能.

摘要:
采用分步悬浮聚合法制备了具有疏水性能的聚二乙烯基苯(polydivinyibenzene,PDVB)为第一网,具有亲水性能的聚丙烯酰乙二胺(polyacrylethylenediamine,PAEM)为第二网的疏水/亲水大孔聚二乙烯基苯/聚丙烯酰乙二胺(PDVB/PAEM)互穿聚合物物内网络(interpenetrating polymer networks,IPN),研究这类疏水/亲水IPN组成的树脂对吸附质的吸附热力学和吸附动力学;测定了该树脂对香兰素在不同温度下的吸附等温线,吸附等温线符合Freundlich 等温吸附方程,利用热力学函数关系计算出了吸附焓、自由能和熵变.实验表明,PDVB/PAEMIPN树脂中疏水性的 PDVB 网具有疏水作用吸附能力,亲水性的PAEM网具有氧键作用吸附能力.吸附动力学数据符合 Lagergren 二级速率方程,颗粒内扩散是吸附速率的主要控制步骤,可口采用 HSDM 模型加以描述.

摘要:
A single anthryl appended meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) dyad has been synthesized and applied in fluorescence sensing of iodine based on the intramolecular excitation energy transfer. The molecular recognition of the sensor is based on the interaction of iodine with inner anthracene moiety of the dyad, while the signal reporter for the recognition process is the TPP fluorescence quenching. Because the emission spectrum of anthracene is largely overlapped with the Soret band absorption of TPP, intramolecular excitation energy transfer interaction occurs between the donor, anthracene and acceptor, TPP. This energy transfer leads to TPP fluorescence emission by excitation of anthracene. The sensor was constructed by immobilizing the dyad in a plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane. The sensing membrane shows higher sensitivity compared to the sensors by using anthracene, TPP, or a mixture of anthracene and TPP as sensing materials. Under the optimum conditions, iodine in a sample solution can be determined from 2.04 to 23.6 mmol&bullL<sup>-1</sup> with a detection limit of 33 nmol&bullL<sup>-1</sup>. The sensing membrane shows satisfactory response characteristics including good reproducibility, reversibility and stability, as well as the short response time of less than 60 s. Except for Cr<inf>2</inf>O <inf>7</inf> <sup>2-</sup> and MnO <inf>4</inf> <sup>-</sup> , other common metal ions and anions in foodstuff do not interfere with iodine determination. The proposed method was applied in the determination of iodine in table salt samples. The results agree well with those obtained by other methods. ©2009 Science in China Press and Springer-Verlag GmbH.

摘要:
The macroporous polydivinylbenzene/poly(methyl acrylate) interpenetrating polymer network (PDVB/PMA IPN) was prepared by the sequential suspension polymerization method, and was modified to be hydrophobic-hydrophilic macroporous polydivinylbenzene/poly (sodium acrylate) IPN (PDVB/PNaA IPN) by converting the PMA to PNaA under the condition of base. The effects of different mass ratio of the two networks and different cross-linking degree of the second network on the pore structure and adsorption capacity of PDVB/PNaA IPN resin were studied. The PDVB/PNaA IPN resin whose adsorption quantity is the biggest was chosen to study further. The pore structure, the weak acid exchange capacity, the water retention capacity, and the swelling ability of PDVB/PNaA IPN resin were measured. The study focused on the adsorption isotherms of berberine at different temperatures. Isosteric adsorption enthalpy, adsorption Gibbs free energies can be calculated according to tSh1ermodynamic functions. The results show that the saturated adsorption quantity of berberine is up to 109.4 mg ml<sup>-1</sup> (wet resin) by the way of dynamic adsorption and desorption experiment. The resin could be reused by the mixture with 0.5% sodium chloride and 80% ethanol. On the one hand the hydrophobic PDVB in the PDVB/PNaA IPN resin has the ability of adsorption using π-πinteraction, and on the other hand the hydrophilic PNaA in the PDVB/PNaA IPN resin has the ability of adsorption using ion exchange interaction. An important conclusion can be drawn that the PDVB/PNaA IPN resin has a promising application prospect in extracting and separating quaternary ammonium type alkaloids such as berberine. ©2009 John Wiley &Sons, Ltd.

摘要:
Cry5Aa is a crystal protein produced by Bacillus thuringiensis serovar. damstadiensis during its stationary phase, this δ-endotoxin is active against nematodes and has great potential for nematodes control. The theoretical model of the three-dimensional structure of Cry5Aa was predicted by homology modeling on the structures of the Cry1Aa which is specific to Lepidopteran insects. The structure of the Cry5Aa resembles previously reported Cry toxin structures but shows the following distinctions. Cry5Aa has a long insertion in α2 of domain I. Some loops in the domain II and III of Cry5Aa are exposed to the solvent. In this work we give a brief description of our model and hypothesize the residues of the Cry5Aa that could be important in receptor recognition and pore formation. This model will be helpful for the design of mutagenesis experiments aimed to the improvement of toxicity, and lead to a deep understanding of the mechanism of action of nematicidal toxins. © 2009 Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.

摘要:
A novel carbazole functionalized bis-β-diketone type organic ligand, 1,1′-(2,6-bispyridyl)bis-3-(9-ethylcarbazole-3-yl)-1,3-propanedione (H2L) and its corresponding lanthanide complexes Eu2(L)3and Tb2(L)3 were successfully prepared. The ligand and complexes were characterized in detail based on FT-IR spectra, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The observed UV-Vis absorption and photoluminescence properties of the complexes were investigated, it shows that the Eu(III) and Tb(III) ions can be sensitized efficiently by the ligand (H2L) to some extent, in particular, the complex Tb2(L)3 exhibits a more excellent luminescence property than the Eu(III) complex. Meanwhile, the introduction of the carbazole moiety can enlarge the π-conjugated system of the ligand and enhance the luminescent intensity of the complexes. The results show that the complexes would be used as excellent luminescent materials.

摘要:
Cyt2Ca1 is an insecticidal crystal protein produced by Bacillus thuringiensis ET29 during its stationary phase, and this δ-endotoxin demonstrates remarkable insecticidal activity against not only insects of the order Coleoptera, but also against fleas, and in particular the larvae of the cat flea, Ctenocephalides felis. The first theoretical model of the three-dimensional structure of Cyt2Ca1 was predicted and compared with Cyt2Aa, which is lethal to insect larvae. The three-dimensional structure of the Cyt2Ca1 was obtained by homology modeling on the structures of the Cyt2Aa protein. The deduced model resembles previously reported Cyt2Aa toxin. A binding mode of inositol monophosphate as a polar head group of the putative membrane phospholipid ligand to Cyt2Ca1 was presented using molecular docking. The residues of Leu9, Glu21, Tyr23 and Gln110 of the Cyt2Ca1 toxin are responsible for the interactions with inositol monophosphate via eight hydrogen bonds. Those residues could be important for receptor recognition. This binding simulation will be helpful for the design of mutagenesis experiments aimed at the improvement of toxicity, and lead to a deep understanding of the mechanism of action of Cyt toxins. © 2009 SIOC, CAS, Shanghai, & WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 摘要:
We report that the hydrogen-bonding pattern in a molecular beacon can be replaced by metal-dependent pairs of Hg 2+ and DNA thymine (T) bases. A molecular beacon based on T-Hg 2+ -T exhibits a lower background signal and higher thermostability than regular molecular beacons. © The Royal Society of Chemistry.

Cry5Ba is a delta-endotoxin produced by Bacillus thuringiensis PS86A1 NRRL B-18900. It is active against nematodes and has great potential for nematode control. Here, we predict the first theoretical model of the three-dimensional (3D) structure of a Cry5Ba toxin by homology modeling on the structure of the Cry1Aa toxin, which is specific to Lepidopteran insects. Cry5Ba resembles the previously reported Cry1Aa toxin structure in that they share a common 3D structure with three domains, but there are some distinctions, with the main differences being located in the loops of domain I. Cry5Ba exhibits a changeable extending conformation structure, and this special structure may also be involved in pore-forming and specificity determination. A fuller understanding of the 3D structure will be helpful in the design of mutagenesis experiments aimed at improving toxicity, and lead to a deep understanding of the mechanism of action of nematicidal toxins.

采用分步悬浮聚合法制备了聚二乙烯基苯/聚丙烯酸甲酯(PDVB/PMA)大孔互穿聚合物网络,将其中的聚丙烯酸甲酯用乙二胺氨解,合成了具有疏水/亲水性能的聚二乙烯基苯/聚(N-2-氨基乙基丙烯酰胺)(PDVB/PNAEAM)大孔互穿聚合物网络(IPN);测定了该树脂的孔结构、含水量、弱碱交换量和溶胀性能;测定了该树脂对水杨酸在不同温度下的吸附等温线,利用热力学函数关系计算出了吸附焓、自由能和熵.推测PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂中疏水性的PDVB一网具有疏水作用吸附能力、亲水性的PNAEAM一网具有氢键作用吸附能力.动态吸附及脱附实验表明湿态PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂对水溶液中水杨酸的饱和吸附量达到46.1mg/mL.树脂可以通过4%NaOH溶液再生.PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂在分离工业废水中水杨酸等芳香有机酸有良好的应用前景.

运用生物信息学软件对苏云金芽孢杆菌毒素Cry1Aa,Cry2Aa,Cry3Aa和Cry4Aa的基本参数、一级结构、二级结构、三级结构、跨膜区和表面电势进行了预测比较.它们在一级结构上有较大差异,但二级结构和跨膜区相似,三级结构中各毒素的结构域Ⅰ之间基本相似,结构域Ⅱ之间差异较大,其中Cry2Aa为差异最大成员.4种毒素的表面电势分布不同,毒素之间的结构相似性和差异性与其作用机理和杀虫特异性有关。

摘要:
The interactions of meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP), meso-tetraphenylporphyrin cobalt(II) (CoTPP) and protein in the presence of a cyclodextrin derivative, heptakis(2,6-di-O-n-octyl)-beta-cyclodextrin (Oc-beta-CD), have been investigated. In the presence of Oc-beta-CD, significant increase of TPP fluorescence was realized, but the increased fluorescence was quenched by CoTPP. To further investigate the fluorescence-quenched system and explore its potential application in bioanalysis, a strategy has been devised to restore the quenching fluorescence of TPP upon interacting with protein. The restoration of TPP fluorescence in the present system is fast and accomplished upon interaction with bovine serum albumin (BSA) or human serum albumin (HSA). On the basis of the spectroscopic measurement and excited state fluorescence lifetime, the mechanism of TPP fluorescence quenching is attributed to formation of a ground-state complex of TPP and CoTPP, and the fluorescence restoration is attributed to the binding of CoTPP with the protein molecule which destroys the aggregate, releasing the free base porphyrin. With optimized conditions, the calibration equations are linear from 0.80 to 75.4 mu g mL(-1) BSA and from 3.20 to 93.2 mu g mL(-1) HSA. The corresponding detection limits are 0.32 mu g mL(-1) for BSA and 1.06 mu g mL(-1) for HSA, respectively The method was used for the direct assay of HSA content in human serum. The result is comparable to that obtained by another method. The recovery from BSA in synthetic sample is also satisfactory.

摘要:
用ROSE平衡釜测定了环己醇(1)-环己酮(2)、环己酮(1)-二甘醇(2)、环己醇(1)-二甘醇(2)3对二元系常压下的汽液相平衡数据,并对其进行了热力学一致性检验.用改进的Peng-Robinson方程计算了气相逸度系数,用Wilson方程和NRTL方程分别计算了液相活度系数,拟合得到了模型参数.通过对实验数据进行关联,取得了较满意的结果:二元系实验数据与模型计算值的平均相对偏差在3%以内,三元系实验数据与模型计算值的平均相对偏差在4%以内.所关联的模型参数可靠,实验取得的相平衡数据可用于化工生产的设计、模拟与优化.

摘要:
采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法分离测定了药对麻黄-羌活、单味药麻黄和羌活的挥发油,并对其重叠色谱峰采用化学计量学解析法进行了分辨,得到药对和各单味药的纯色谱曲线和质谱.药对麻黄-羌活、单味药麻黄和羌活分辨出的色谱峰,通过质谱库对其进行定性,分别得到58,51和52个定性结果,占总含量的83.75%,88.70%和80.79%.实验结果表明:药对麻黄-羌活中挥发油化学成分有40种来自羌活,13种来自麻黄,新产生了10种化合物.

摘要:
将天然聚合物褐藻酸钠添加到无机硅溶胶-凝胶膜,获得一种新型的无机/有机杂化膜.用此杂化膜包埋酪氨酸酶,制备电化学苯酚传感器.研究表明:硅溶胶-凝胶/褐藻酸钠复合膜能有效克服纯无机溶胶-凝胶膜的脆性;避免膜的裂开;提供生物酶所适宜的微环境;有效保持所固定酶的生物活性.所制备的传感器测定苯酚的线性响应范围为3.4~93.1 μmol/L,其线性回归方程i(μA)=0.0774C(μmol/L)+0.1616, r=0.9980.检出限为1.33 μmol/L.

耳鲍精子的超微结构

摘要:
本文利用透射电子显微镜对耳鲍(Haliotis asinina Linnaeus)精子的形态及超微结构进行了研究.研究结果表明:耳鲍的精子由头部、中段和尾部三部分组成,全长 41.6 μm.精子头部长 1.8 μm,头部由顶体、顶体下腔和细胞核组成,顶体电子密度比较均匀,呈圆锥形,长 0.6 μm,基部宽度为 0.65 μm,占头部长的 1/3;顶体下腔长 0.03 μm,宽为 0.65 μm,腔中含有中等电子密度物质;细胞核圆棒状,长 1.17 μm,核中部的宽度为 1.0 μm.精子中段较短,长 0.51 μm,宽 1.2 μm,主要由 5 个线粒体包围一对中心粒构成.尾部是一根鞭毛,从前到后逐渐变细,鞭毛是由细胞质膜包被的轴丝组成,轴丝为典型的"9+2"微管结构,即轴丝是由两个中心微管及均匀分布在中心微管周围的 9 对双联体微管组成.因此,耳鲍与其它鲍类精子的基本结构相似,形态结构的主要差异表现在三个方面:一是耳鲍精子的头部似圆锥形,长 1.8 μm,是目前已研究的鲍类中头部最短的种类;二是耳鲍精子顶体长比其基部宽要小,顶体电子密度比较均匀,顶体与核的电子密度差异不明显;三是耳鲍精子中段线粒体的数量为 5 个,没有发现 6 个线粒体现象的存在[动物学报 53(3):552-556,2007].

摘要:
A new method for protein separation by the gold nanotubules membrane based on the immunoreaction between antibody and antigen was described. The gold nanotubules can be electrolessly plated within the pores of polycarbonate nanoporous filtration membranes. The capture antibody, bovine IgG, was modified onto the inner wall of An nanotubules by glutaraldehyde interlinking method. The transport behaviour of detecting antibody through the nanotubules modified with capture antibody was investigated. When the diameter of the nanotubule was much larger than the size of the antibodies, there was no obvious difference between the transport rates for the proteins studied here through nanotubules. When the diameter of the nanotubule was ca. 30 nm, the transport of the goat anti-cat antibody through the nanotubules membrane was slow. Compared with goat anti-cat IgG, goat anti-bovine antibody transported through nanotubules membrane faster due to the immunoreaction between goat anti-bovine antibody and bovine IgG modified onto the pores of the membrane and the separation efficiency was 5.6. The results indicated that the gold nanotubule membranes showed good separating capability for protein without the loss of activity of the antibodies. (c) 2007 Published by Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
p-Aminothiophenol (PATP) and humic acids (HA or HAs) were applied jointly as the electron transfer accelerants of redox reactions of cytochrome c (Cyt c) on gold electrodes. The electrochemical properties of the modified electrodes were studied by field emission scanning electron microscope, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The immobilized Cyt c displayed a couple of stable and well-defined redox peaks with a formal potential of -0.101 V (vs. SCE) in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution. Cyt c adsorption is in the form of a monolayer with average surface coverage of 5.28 pmol cm-2. The electron transfer rate constant was calculated to be 2.14 s-1. It indicate that the HA film acted as a good adsorption matrix for Cyt c and an excellent accelerant for the redox of Cyt c. The Cyt c-HA modified gold electrode showed a new couple of well-marked redox peaks when 2,4-dichlorophenol was added to the test solution. © 2006 Springer-Verlag.
