摘要:
A novel fly-ash cenospheres (FACs) supported BiOBr hierarchical microspheres were successfully prepared via a facile one-pot solvothermal method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS), UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms. The results indicated that polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) facilitated the loading of BiOBr hierarchical microspheres. Based on the photodegradation tests under visible light irradiation (λ > 420 nm), the photocatalytic property of PVP/BiOBr/FACs photocatalysts was superior to that of BiOBr/FACs. © 2014 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
Three-dimensional (3D) BiOBr/BiOI hierarchical microsphere photocatalysts were successfully synthesized via a facile one-pot solvothermal method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-vis DRS) and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by the photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) and tetracycline (TC) under visible light irradiation (λ>420 nm). The 50% BiOBr/BiOI composite showed a higher photocatalytic removal efficiency of RhB and TC than 10% and 90% BiOBr/BiOI composites. RhB (C0=15 mg/L) was degraded completely within 40 min and over 83% of TC (C0= 40 mg/L) was degraded within 50 min using a catalyst quantity of 0.4 g/L of 50% BiOBr/BiOI. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of the 50:50 composite was attributed to effective separation of photogenerated carriers and the balance between enhanced visible light absorption and decreased valence band (VB) edge potential. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.

摘要:
A rhodamine-based fluorescence chemsensor bearing the 8-hydroxyquinoline unit is developed as a reversible turn-on chemosensor for Cu<sup>2+</sup>. It exhibits a highly sensitive fluorescent response toward Cu<sup>2+</sup> in aqueous media with an 80-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement under 10 equiv. of Cu<sup>2+</sup> added. This indicates that the synthesized chemosensor effectively avoided the fluorescence quenching for the paramagnetic nature of Cu<sup>2+</sup> via its strong binding capability toward Cu<sup>2+</sup>. The chemosensor Rh-Q exhibits a dynamic response range for Cu<sup>2+</sup> from 2 ×10<sup>-7</sup> to 5 ×10<sup>-5</sup> M, with a detection limit of 0.19 μM, and good selectivity for Cu<sup>2+</sup> over other heavy and transition metal (HTM) ions in Tris-HCl/EtOH (7:3, v/v, pH 7.4). In addition, the turn-on fluorescent change upon the addition of Cu<sup>2+</sup> is also applied in cell imaging. ©2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
A series of polyimide composites with various mass fractions of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were prepared by in situ polymerization. To increase the chemical compatibility of carbon nanotubes with the polyimide matrix, MWNTs were treated with an acid mixture and sulfoxide chloride in turn. The modified MWNTs are dispersed homogeneously in the matrix while the structure of the PI and MWNTs are stable in the preparation process. The composite films hold preferable thermal stability the same as the pure PI. The composite films exhibited good thermomechanical properties. The storage modulus increased significantly by increasing MWNT content and decreasing the enhancement of temperature. The films' glass transition temperature increased with enhancing of MWNTs frictions. The dielectric constants of the composites decrease with increasing frequency and increase sharply with the adding of MWNTs, which is favorable for practical use in anti-static materials and embedded capacitors.

摘要:
研究了茯砖茶中碘含量的测定方法及方法的操作条件.将茶样在560℃温度下灰化后,用间接碘量法测定茶样中碘的含量.以KMnO4为氧化剂,在碱性条件下,茶样中的I-被KMnO4氧化为IO3-,并在酸性条件下加入KI与IO3-反应生成I2,用Na2S2O3对I2进行滴定,根据Na2S2O3的消耗量得到茶叶中的碘含量.

摘要:
A displacement method of detecting hydrogen sulfide in aqueous media based on complex L-Cu ensemble is developed. Once combined with Cu2+, complex L-Cu displayed high specificity for sulfide anion. Among the various anions, only sulfide anion induce the revival of fluoresecence of compound L, which is quenched by Cu2+, resulting in turn-on type sensing sulfide anion. Complex L-Cu exhibits a highly sensitive fluorescent response toward S2- by releasing compound L to give a remarkable change with 20-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement under 2 equivalent of S2- added in Tris-HCl/ DMF (20 mM, 6/4, v/v), and also exhibits a dynamic response range for S2- from 5×10-7 to 5×10-6 M, with a detection limit of 0.18 μM. In addition, the turn-on fluorescent change upon the addition of S2- is also applied in cell imaging.© 2013 PublishedbyElsevierB.V.

摘要:
用共沉淀法制备了Cu-Cr-Zn催化剂,考察了Cu/Cr/Zn比、沉淀温度、沉淀时pH值、煅烧温度等制备条件对甘油制备羟基丙酮的影响,并对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:共沉淀法制备Cu-Cr-Zn催化剂具有较高的催化活性,而且其稳定性和再生能力较好,适宜催化剂制备条件为:Cu/Cr/Zn比为1∶1∶0.5,沉淀温度为70℃,沉淀时pH值为8.0,煅烧温度为400℃,羟基丙酮的选择性可达到90.2%。

摘要:
A new effective fluorescent sensor based on rhodamine was synthesized, which was induced by Cu 2 in aqueous media to produce turn-on fluorescence. The new sensor 1 exhibited good selectivity for Cu 2 over other heavy and transition metal (HTM) ions in H 2O/CH 3CN(7:3, v/v). Upon addition of Cu 2, a remarkable color change from colorless to pink was easily observed by the naked eye, and the dramatic fluorescence turn-on was corroborated. Furthermore, kinetic assay indicates that sensor 1 could be used for real-time tracking of Cu 2 in cells and organisms. In addition, the turn-on fluorescent change upon the addition of Cu 2 was also applied in bioimaging. © 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
A novel water-compatible microporous and mesoporous hyper-cross-linked resin modified with phenolic hydroxyl group (named as GQ-03) was synthesized to remove aniline in aqueous solution as compared with XAD-4. The maximum adsorption capacity of GQ-03 emerged at the molecular state for both aniline and p-cresol while the pH dependency trend of aniline adsorbed onto XAD-4 was accordant with the dissociation curve of aniline. The ionic strength influenced the adsorption obviously. The pseudo-first-order rate equation could describe the adsorption process of aniline onto GQ-03 in two stages while this equation could characterize the entire adsorption process of XAD-4. The adsorption isotherms could be correlated to the Freundlich model, higher KF and n values for GQ-03 than XAD-4. The breakthrough capacity and the total adsorption capacity of GQ-03 and XAD-4 was up to 47.2 mg mL−1 and 28.3 mg mL−1, 271.7 mg mL−1 and 115.6 mg mL−1, respectively. The size matching between the pore diameter of GQ-03 and the molecular size of aniline, and hydrogen bonding between GQ-03 and aniline resulted in the larger adsorption capacity.

摘要:
A novel p-acetaminophen resin (named as GQ-1) was synthesized with chloromethylated polystyrene and p-acetaminophen. It can be used without any wetting process. The objective of this work was to study the adsorption performances for vanillin onto GQ-1 with two kinds of the hydrogen bond site of acetamino group and hydroxyl group. The results showed that the adsorption property of vanillin onto GQ-1 was superior to XAD-4, H103, NDA150, and NDA88. The adsorption capacity of vanillin onto GQ-1 is not greatly discrepant until the solution pH is higher than 5.31. The saturated adsorption quantity of vanillin was up to 141.32 mg/mL (wet resin) according to the dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments at 293 K. The resin could be regenerated by 7 BV ethanol.

采用质量分数为10%的Pd/C作催化剂,甲酸铵为氢给予体,乙醇作溶剂,研究超声波辐射下选择性还原β-紫罗兰酮的反应,考察辐射功率、反应时间、反应温度、Pd/C及甲酸铵用量对反应的影响并优化反应工艺。产物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱及元素分析等表征。研究结果表明:在超声波辐射下,Pd/C催化甲酸铵还原β-紫罗兰酮主要生成二氢-β-紫罗兰酮和二氢-β-紫罗兰醇;在β-紫罗兰酮与10%Pd/C的质量比为100-5,β-紫罗兰酮与甲酸铵物质的量比为1-3,乙醇50 mL,超声功率150 W,于常压、温度为50℃时反应8 min,β-紫罗兰酮的转化率为100%,二氢-β-紫罗兰酮的收率为94.8%。Pd/C易分离回收,可重复使用6次以上。

目的 建立荧光光度法测定实际样品中铜离子的含量。方法 基于铜离子对阿莫西林的荧光有显著的熄灭作用,建立了荧光法快速测定铜离子含量的新方法。结果 铜离子与阿莫西林发生配合反应,配合物的组成比为1:2,将该方法用于水样中铜离子的测定,铜离子浓度的线性范围为1.00×10~(-6)~5.00×10~(-2)mol/L,检出限为1.87×10~(-7)mol/L。样品回收率为 94.0%-106.5%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确.

用二氯乙烷为溶剂,用FeCl3为催化剂,使氯球和乙酰苯胺发生Friedel-Crafts反应制得了乙酰苯胺修饰的后交联树脂,详细研究了反应条件对树脂孔结构及对香兰素吸附性能的影响。根据树脂的比表面积、孔容、持水量、氯含量和对香兰素的吸附量等孔结构和性能指标来看,乙酰苯胺修饰的后交联树脂制备的最优条件为:用二氯乙烷为溶剂,反应温度在80℃,加入氯球质量8%的乙酰苯胺,加入氯球质量25%的无水FeCl3,反应10 h~12 h。在最优条件下合成的乙酰苯胺修饰的后交联树脂对香兰素的吸附性能明显优于XAD-4树脂。

采用静态吸附法研究了330阴离子交换树脂对水中草甘膦的吸附性能,并研究了吸附动力学;测定了溶液的pH值、温度、NaCl含量等因素对330树脂吸附草甘膦的影响。结果表明:330树脂对水中草甘膦的吸附速率快;在pH=2.69时对草甘膦的吸附性能最好;330树脂对草甘膦的吸附是放热、自发的过程,吸附等温线符合Freundlich方程;NaCl含量对330树脂吸附草甘膦有显著影响。

用二氯乙烷为溶剂,用FeCl_3为催化剂,使氯球和对乙酰氨基酚发生Friedel-Crafts反应制得了对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂,对其结构进行了表征,研究乙酰氨基和酚羟基二类氢键作用位点修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附性能.结果表明,红外光谱显示对乙酰氨基酚已被成功地修饰在后交联树脂上.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂与氯球相比,BET比表面积、孔容明显增大,孔径明显变小.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附量明显高于75%活性炭的聚砜微球对双酚A的吸附量.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附为放热、自发的过程;树脂可以用100%酒精解吸,解吸率为99.92%;吸附动力学数据符合一级吸附速率方程,颗粒内扩散是吸附速率的主要控制步骤,吸附速率同时还受液膜扩散的影响

摘要:
A single anthryl appended meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) dyad has been synthesized and applied in fluorescence sensing of iodine based on the intramolecular excitation energy transfer. The molecular recognition of the sensor is based on the interaction of iodine with inner anthracene moiety of the dyad, while the signal reporter for the recognition process is the TPP fluorescence quenching. Because the emission spectrum of anthracene is largely overlapped with the Soret band absorption of TPP, intramolecular excitation energy transfer interaction occurs between the donor, anthracene and acceptor, TPP. This energy transfer leads to TPP fluorescence emission by excitation of anthracene. The sensor was constructed by immobilizing the dyad in a plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane. The sensing membrane shows higher sensitivity compared to the sensors by using anthracene, TPP, or a mixture of anthracene and TPP as sensing materials. Under the optimum conditions, iodine in a sample solution can be determined from 2.04 to 23.6 mmol&bullL<sup>-1</sup> with a detection limit of 33 nmol&bullL<sup>-1</sup>. The sensing membrane shows satisfactory response characteristics including good reproducibility, reversibility and stability, as well as the short response time of less than 60 s. Except for Cr<inf>2</inf>O <inf>7</inf> <sup>2-</sup> and MnO <inf>4</inf> <sup>-</sup> , other common metal ions and anions in foodstuff do not interfere with iodine determination. The proposed method was applied in the determination of iodine in table salt samples. 摘要:
We report that the hydrogen-bonding pattern in a molecular beacon can be replaced by metal-dependent pairs of Hg 2+ and DNA thymine (T) bases. A molecular beacon based on T-Hg 2+ -T exhibits a lower background signal and higher thermostability than regular molecular beacons. © The Royal Society of Chemistry.

The interactions of meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP), meso-tetraphenylporphyrin cobalt(II) (CoTPP) and protein in the presence of a cyclodextrin derivative, heptakis(2,6-di-O-n-octyl)-beta-cyclodextrin (Oc-beta-CD), have been investigated. In the presence of Oc-beta-CD, significant increase of TPP fluorescence was realized, but the increased fluorescence was quenched by CoTPP. To further investigate the fluorescence-quenched system and explore its potential application in bioanalysis, a strategy has been devised to restore the quenching fluorescence of TPP upon interacting with protein. The restoration of TPP fluorescence in the present system is fast and accomplished upon interaction with bovine serum albumin (BSA) or human serum albumin (HSA). On the basis of the spectroscopic measurement and excited state fluorescence lifetime, the mechanism of TPP fluorescence quenching is attributed to formation of a ground-state complex of TPP and CoTPP, and the fluorescence restoration is attributed to the binding of CoTPP with the protein molecule which destroys the aggregate, releasing the free base porphyrin. With optimized conditions, the calibration equations are linear from 0.80 to 75.4 mu g mL(-1) BSA and from 3.20 to 93.2 mu g mL(-1) HSA. The corresponding detection limits are 0.32 mu g mL(-1) for BSA and 1.06 mu g mL(-1) for HSA, respectively The method was used for the direct assay of HSA content in human serum. The result is comparable to that obtained by another method. The recovery from BSA in synthetic sample is also satisfactory.

Cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) film was formed on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified gold electrode by electrodeposition from 0.5 M KCl solution containing CoCl2 and K3Fe(CN)6. The electrochemical behavior and the electrocatalytic property of the modified electrode were investigated. Compared with CoHCF/gold electrode, the CoHCF/MWNTs/gold electrode exhibits greatly improved stability and enhanced electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of thiosulfate. A linear range from 5.0 × 10-5 to 6.5 × 10-3 M (r=0.9990) for thiosulfate detection at the CoHCF/MWNTs/gold electrode was obtained, with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10-5 M (S/N=3). 摘要:
A novel approach to assemble an H2O2 amperometric biosensor was introduced. The biosensor was constructed by entrapping horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled nano-scaled particulate gold (nano-Au) (HRP-nano-Au electrostatic composite) in a new silica sol-gel/alginate hybrid film using glassy carbon electrode as based electrode. This suggested strategy fully merged the merits of sol-gel derived inorganic-organic composite film and the nano-Au intermediator. The silica sol-gel/alginate hybrid material can improve the properties of conventional sol-gel material and effectively prevent cracking of film. The entrapment of HRP in the form of HRP-nano-Au can not only factually prevent the leaking of enzyme out of the film but also provide a favorable microenvironment for HRP. With hydroquinone as an electron mediator, the proposed HRP electrode exhibited good catalytic activity for the reduction of H2O2. The parameters affecting both the qualities of sol-gel/alginate hybrid film and the biosensor response were optimized. The biosensor exhibited high sensitivity of 0.40 Al mol-1 cm-2 for H2O2 over a wide linear range of concentration from 1.22 × 10-5 to 1.46 × 10-3 mol L-1, rapid response of < 5 s and a detection limit of 0.61 × 10 -6 mol L-1. The enzyme electrode has remarkable stability and retained 86% of its initial activity after 45 days of storage in 0.1 mol L-1 Tris-HCl buffer solutions at pH 7. Copyright © Taylor & Francis, Inc.
