摘要：
以N-乙基苯并吲哚与对苯二甲醛缩合产物为底物,其缩合后产物(EFDB)与2,3-二氨基丁烯二腈缩合得新型的半花菁类衍生物(EADB),采用1H NMR及质谱进行结构表征.铁离子诱导EADB荧光信号明显增强,且体系荧光信号的变化与铁离子浓度在2～100 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.54 mol/L.采用铁离子介导的"关-开"策略,构建了黑茶抗氧化活性的测定方法,并成功应用于实际样品.

摘要：
以4-甲基喹啉与二醛缩合剂反应得到新型喹啉基花菁类衍生物CyQ,用~1H NMR、HRMS-ESI确证其结构。CyQ与半胱氨酸(Cys)通过卤素-巯基亲核取代和重排反应得到CyQ-Cys,而铁离子(Fe~(3+))可诱导CyQCys荧光信号明显增强,且荧光信号的变化与Fe~(3+)浓度在40 ~ 300 μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y = 1.0619x+0.01355 (R~2= 0.9910),检出限为10.4 μmol/L(S/N= 3) 。同时,利用黑茶金花可还原Fe~(3+)的性质,采用Fe~(3+)介导的“关-开”策略,建立了黑茶抗氧化活性的荧光分析方法。

摘要：
Herein, a novel carbazole derivative of BEVC was designed with an enhanced fluorescence signal by a G-quadruplex, and thus a fluorescent probe of G-quadruplex/BEVC was obtained by aggregation-induced emission, which could exhibit a decreased fluorescence signal in the presence of Cu2+via the Fenton reaction, demonstrating great potential for Cu2+ assay in pure aqueous solution. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要：
Compounds Rh6G-1 and RhB-2 with a novel receptor composed of tri-oxygen atoms of amide groups were designed and synthesized as new reversible fluorescent sensors for Fe 3+ . The prominent features of the novel sensor Rh6G-1 include a large fluorescence turn-on response in essentially pure water at room temperature, high sensitivity, high selectivity, a limit of detection, cell membrane permeability, and low cytotoxicity. These desirable attributes enable us to successfully employ the new sensor Rh6G-1 for Fe 3+ bioimaging in living cells. © 2018 Jiaoliang Wang et al., published by De Gruyter.

摘要：
Cyanine has been widely utilized as a near infrared (NIR) fluorophore for detection of glutathione (GSH). However, the excitation of most of the reported cyanine-based probes was less than 800 nm, which inevitably induce biological background absorption and lower the sensitivity, limiting their use for detection of GSH in blood samples. To address this issue, here, a heptamethine cyanine probe (DNIR), with a NIR excitation wavelength at 804 nm and a NIR emission wavelength at 832 nm, is employed for the detection of GSH and its oxidized form (GSSG) in blood. The probe displays excellent selectivity for GSH over GSSG and other amino acids, and rapid response to GSH, in particular a good property for indirect detection of GSSG in the presence of enzyme glutathione reductase and the reducing agent nicotinamideadenine dinucleotide phosphate, without further separation prior to fluorescent measurement. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first attempt to explore NIR fluorescent approach for the simultaneous assay of GSH and GSSG in blood. As such, we expect that our fluorescence sensors with both NIR excitation and NIR emission make this strategy suitable for the application in complex physiological systems. © 2018 IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要：
将石墨烯(GR)滴涂至裸Au电极表面,并以邻氨基酚为功能单体,芦丁为模板分子,制备了芦丁分子印迹膜电化学传感器,利用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)对制得的传感器进行了电化学性能研究,并且对制备条件和测定条件进行了优化。结果表明,与裸Au电极相比,该GR修饰的Au电极在[Fe(CN)_6]~(3-)/~(4-)溶液中峰电流明显增大,显著提高了芦丁分子印迹传感器的灵敏度。在最优实验条件下,基于 GR分子印迹电化学传感器在4. 40×10~(-6)~2. 80×10~(-4) mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为1.46×10~(-6) mol/L。用该传感器测定了黑茶中芦丁的含量,获得较好结果。

结合化工原理实验教学内容的特点,设计了分层次"翻转课堂"具体教学模式、 实施方案和考核指标,重点培养学生的创造性和发散性思维,对其原有的认知结构不断地进行反思和重构,形成新的认知结构.结果表明:经过化工原理实验"翻转课堂"的教学实践,学生综合能力普遍得到加强,在每学期末,在每个任课班随机抽查5名同学,现场随机指定一个实验项目,80%的学生能较熟练的独立完成实验,达到了预期目的.

摘要：
A near-infrared fluorescent probe NIR-Hg, for the detection of Hg2+ ion, has been synthesized directly by condensing Changsha dye with 4-Phenyl-3-thiosemicarbazide and the structure has fully characterized by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and ESI-MS. The probe has been designed on the basis of the reaction that Hg2+ ion promotes thiosemicarbazide to oxazole in aqueous media and had been induced to produce turn-on fluorescence via an irreversible spirolactam ring-opening process. The probe NIR-Hg has exhibited fast response (1 min), high sensitivity with 44-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement under six equivalent amounts of Hg2+ added, high selectivity over other related metal ions and a low detection limit of 5.8 × 10-8 M in the phosphate buffer. The linear response range covers the concentration of Hg2+ from 5 × 10-7 to 5 × 10-6 M. In addition, the probe has good cell-membrane permeability, which is suitable for fluorescence imaging for Hg2+ in living cells and in vivo mice. © 2017 IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要：
Mercury is one of the deadly toxic metals to humans. A new fluorescent probe CS-Hg for Hg<sup>2+</sup>has been designed and synthesized based on the Hg<sup>2+</sup>-promoted cyclization and the CS NIR platform. The probe upon interaction with different metal ions showed good sensitivity and high selectivity for Hg<sup>2+</sup>through fluorescence “turn-on”response in PBS buffer. Significantly, the probe CS-Hg is highly reactive to Hg<sup>2+</sup>with a very rapid response. Furthermore, we have demonstrated that the probe is applicable for Hg<sup>2+</sup>imaging in the living cells and in animals. ©2017 Elsevier B.V.

摘要：
A turn-on fluorescent probe Coumarin-SO2 based on a nucleophilic addition reaction was developed for the rapid detection of SO32- in aqueous media. The probe Coumarin-SO2 displays excellent water solubility, fast response, highly sensitivity and highly selectivity over other biological related species. More importantly, living cell imaging experiments indicate the feasibility of using the probe for the detection of SO32- in biological systems. Copyright (c) 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

摘要：
A rhodamine/coumarin-based ratiometric fluorescent Fe3+ sensor has been designed and synthesized. The sensor exhibits a good response to Fe3+ ions with high sensitivity, selectivity and a large shift in the emission spectra (>100 nm), which shows Fe3+-induced FRET OFF-ON and PET ON-OFF behavior. 以邻氨基酚(o-AP)为功能单体,桑色素为模板分子,基于分子间的相互作用力,在金电极表面电聚合制备具有特异性识别孔穴的桑色素分子印迹传感器膜。采用循环伏安法(CV)、差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)等研究了分子印迹膜的性能和分子印迹效应。探索了聚合膜配比及聚合扫描圈数对传感器性能的影响,优化了洗脱时间和印迹时间。比较了此传感器对其结构相似物的选择性响应,发现其对桑色素检测具有良好的选择性。在最佳实验条件下,此传感器对桑色素浓度定量测定范围为0.05 ~ 1.70 μmol /L,线性方程为I(μA)= 1.0800lgc(mol /L)+ 9.3599,R= 0.9934,检出限为0.01 μmol /L。用此传感器测定黑茶样品中桑色素的含量,加标回收率为104.0% ~ 108.0%。

摘要：
A graphene (GN) and ionic liquid (IL) modified selenium-doped carbon paste electrode (GN/IL/Se/CPE) was established to simultaneously determine trace Cu(ii) and Sb(iii) by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Several parameters which affect the stripping current response were investigated and optimized, including the proportion of Se powder, concentration of hydrochloric acid, deposition time and deposition potential. The DPV curves were recorded by simultaneous deposition of Cu(ii) and Sb(iii) at -0.4 V for 50 s in a supporting electrolyte solution HCl of 0.30 mol L-1. Under the optimized conditions, the GN/IL/Se/CPE sensor has a good linear response in the range of 2.0 × 10-6 to 7.0 × 10-5 mol L-1 for Cu(ii) and 2.0 × 10-6 to 4.0 × 10-5 mol L-1 for Sb(iii). The detection limits were 6.6 × 10-7 mol L-1 for Cu(ii) and 4.3 × 10-7 mol L-1 for Sb(iii). The sensor showed favorable stability and higher sensitivity. The present work extends the scope of these devices as mercury-free sensors and can be used to detect Cu(ii) and Sb(iii) simultaneously. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2016.

本文主要研究掺杂羟基磷灰石和石墨烯碳糊电极在差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)的条件下同时测定Pb2+和Cd2+,对实验参数:掺杂羟基磷灰石和石墨烯的比例、盐酸的浓度、沉积时间和沉积电位进行了优化.最优的实验条件为:羟基磷灰石和石墨烯比例分别为20％和2％,盐酸浓度0.24mol/L,沉积时间50s,沉积电位-1.3V.在最优实验条件下用DPV法对不同浓度的Pb2+和Cd2+进行了同时测定,Pb2+和Cd2+的线性方程分别为IPb2+(A)=-0.06306-0.05539 C(mol/L)(R=-0.9920);ICd2+(A)=-0.1100-0.01514C(mol/L)(R=-0.9996),富集时间为150s,Pb2+、Cd2+的检出限分别为:2.20110-7mol/L;1.35210-6mol/L,回收率分别为:105.6％和103.3％.

摘要：
目的：研究黑茶的抗氧化性作用.方法：采用溶液超声波提取法提取出黑茶的乙醇提取物,再用分光光度法测定不同浓度的黑茶乙醇提取物对羟基自由基、DPPH自由基的抑制率以及还原能力.结果：在一定范围内,随着黑茶提取物的含量增加其对自由基的抑制作用以及还原能力都逐渐增强.当提取液体积为0.20 mL时,提取液对羟基自由基的抑制达到最大为51.70％.在黑茶提取液体积达到0.16 mL时,其对DPPH自由基的抑制达到最高为87.44％.黑茶提取物的还原能力,在一定浓度范围内呈现正相关性A=0.040 3＋2.007 4V,相关系数为0.999 6.结论：黑茶乙醇提取物具有较好的抗氧化性.

摘要：
采用振荡技术,研究了黑茶-丙酮-溴酸钾-硫酸锰-硫酸的振荡反应新体系的振荡图谱.测定了不同浓度,不同温度下黑茶的振荡反应图谱,考察了添加物碘酸钾对振荡行为的影响,并探索了黑茶的最佳饮用条件.实验结果表明:黑茶振荡体系诱导期表观活化能为Ein=96.919 kJ/mol,振荡周期平均活化能为Ep=64.275 kJ/mol,其最佳饮用条件为浸泡温度100℃、浸泡时间8 min、采用蒸煮茶叶或泡黑茶粉末的方式.这为黑茶制备黑茶饮料以及将黑茶入药的研究提供了一定的指导意义.

摘要：
Three-dimensional (3D) BiOBr/BiOI hierarchical microsphere photocatalysts were successfully synthesized via a facile one-pot solvothermal method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-vis DRS) and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by the photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) and tetracycline (TC) under visible light irradiation (λ>420 nm). The 50% BiOBr/BiOI composite showed a higher photocatalytic removal efficiency of RhB and TC than 10% and 90% BiOBr/BiOI composites. RhB (C0=15 mg/L) was degraded completely within 40 min and over 83% of TC (C0= 40 mg/L) was degraded within 50 min using a catalyst quantity of 0.4 g/L of 50% BiOBr/BiOI. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of the 50:50 composite was attributed to effective separation of photogenerated carriers and the balance between enhanced visible light absorption and decreased valence band (VB) edge potential. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.

摘要：
A novel fly-ash cenospheres (FACs) supported BiOBr hierarchical microspheres were successfully prepared via a facile one-pot solvothermal method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS), UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and N<inf>2</inf> adsorption-desorption isotherms. The results indicated that polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) facilitated the loading of BiOBr hierarchical microspheres. Based on the photodegradation tests under visible light irradiation (λ>420 nm), the photocatalytic property of PVP/BiOBr/FACs photocatalysts was superior to that of BiOBr/FACs. ©2014 Elsevier B.V.
