摘要:
目的研究茯砖茶中冠突散囊菌Eurotium cristatum的次级代谢产物及其生物活性。方法采用正、反相硅胶柱、凝胶柱和薄层制备等色谱方法和重结晶技术进行分离纯化,通过各种波谱技术进行结构鉴定;以3种肿瘤细胞SF-268、MCF-7和NCI-H460为供试细胞株,采用SRB法对化合物进行细胞毒活性研究;以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肠炎沙门氏菌肠炎亚种、痢疾志贺氏菌和普通变形杆菌等肠道致病菌为供试细菌,采用MTT法对化合物进行抗菌活性研究。结果从茯砖茶中冠突散囊菌发酵液提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为大黄素甲醚(1)、1,5-二羟基-3-甲氧基-7-甲基蒽醌(2)、灰绿曲霉黄色素(3)、2-(2′,3-环氧基-1′,3′-庚二烯基)-6-羟基-5-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)苯甲醛(4)、2-(2′,3-环氧基-1′,3′5′-庚三烯基)-6-羟基-5-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)苯甲醛(5)、2-(3E,5E-庚二烯基)-3,6-二羟基-5-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)苯甲醛(6)、酪醇(7)、对羟基苯甲酸(8)、苔黑酚(9)。活性测试结果显示化合物3~6对3种肿瘤细胞株有较好的细胞毒活性;除化合物1和6外,其他化合物对普通变形杆菌具有明显的抑制活性,其中化合物9还对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌表现出很好的抑菌效果。结论苯甲醛类化合物是冠突散囊菌的主要代谢产物,化合物7和9为首次从该属真菌中分离得到,化合物2、3、5、6和8均为首次从该真菌中分离得到。

摘要:
Four novel pyridine Schiff bases derived from 2,6-pyridinedicarbaldehyde and substituted o-hydroxyl-aromatic amines and their manganese(ii) complexes were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, ESI-MS analysis, thermal analysis (TGA), H-NMR, IR and UV-vis. The activity of these complexes as catalysts in cyclohexene autoxidation were investigated and the effects of various reaction conditions on the catalytic reaction were optimized to obtain as high as 99.6% conversion with 95.0% selectivity of epoxycyclohexane at 40°C for 6 h using molecular oxygen as an oxidant in acetonitrile. The result presents excellent catalysts for epoxidation of cyclohexene under mild temperature and atmospheric oxygen (O<inf>2</inf>) pressure. ©2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
Stable and monodispersed silver nanoparticles were produced through a mild, convenient, one-pot method based on the reduction of silver nitrate in the presence of poly(amic acid) (PAA) as a stabilizer. The surface plasma band transition was monitored along with time in the reaction mixture for three sets of experiments by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. Analysis of the data with the Avrami equation yielded n exponent with values between 0.5 and 1.5, demonstrating three-dimensional heterogeneous nucleation and diffusion-controlled growth, accompanied by soft impingement effect. XRD and TEM analyses show a softly agglomerated polycrystalline state and a nearly spherical morphology (<50 nm) of nanoparticles. The FT-IR result indicates that the PAA molecular structure could be hardly influenced by the formation of nanoparticles. © 2013 Central South University Press and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

摘要:
As an absorbent dark tea residue can get rid of heavy metal ion effectually and do no harm to the environment. From the dynamic experiment on dark tea residue's absorption of Cr(VI), the absorption dynamic curve and absorption isothermal curve are obtained. The effects of pH value, initial concentration, dosage of residue, adsorption time and other factors on absorption are studied and the result shows that: when the pH value of the waste water is 2, the initial concentration is 100mg/L, the adsorption time is 60min, the dosage of dark tea residue is 1g, the maximum adsorption rate reaches 99.96%.The adsorption conforms with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm, it is a kind of monolayer adsorption, the adsorption kinetics curve conforms with pseudo-second-order equation. In the end discusses the development prospect of dark tea residue.

摘要:
研究了茯砖茶中碘含量的测定方法及方法的操作条件.将茶样在560℃温度下灰化后,用间接碘量法测定茶样中碘的含量.以KMnO4为氧化剂,在碱性条件下,茶样中的I-被KMnO4氧化为IO3-,并在酸性条件下加入KI与IO3-反应生成I2,用Na2S2O3对I2进行滴定,根据Na2S2O3的消耗量得到茶叶中的碘含量.

摘要:
A displacement method of detecting hydrogen sulfide in aqueous media based on complex L-Cu ensemble is developed. Once combined with Cu2+, complex L-Cu displayed high specificity for sulfide anion. Among the various anions, only sulfide anion induce the revival of fluoresecence of compound L, which is quenched by Cu2+, resulting in turn-on type sensing sulfide anion. Complex L-Cu exhibits a highly sensitive fluorescent response toward S2- by releasing compound L to give a remarkable change with 20-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement under 2 equivalent of S2- added in Tris-HCl/ DMF (20 mM, 6/4, v/v), and also exhibits a dynamic response range for S2- from 5×10-7 to 5×10-6 M, with a detection limit of 0.18 μM. In addition, the turn-on fluorescent change upon the addition of S2- is also applied in cell imaging.© 2013 PublishedbyElsevierB.V.

摘要:
采用共表面活性剂法和嫁接法合成了孔道结构高度有序、粒径均匀且孔径较大的嵌段中孔材料SBA-15(SH),通过N_2吸附脱附实验测得材料的孔径为7.8 nm,比表面积为629 m~2/g,孔容为1.32 cm~3/g,核磁共振与红外光谱结果显示巯基的覆盖率达65%。探讨了嵌段中孔材料SBA-15(SH)动态吸附重金属离子的原理和最佳条件。在pH=7.5,常温下,Hg~(2+),Cd~(2+),Pb~(2+),Ag~+,Cr~(3+),Cr~(6+),Cu~(2+),Mn~(2+)和Zn~(2+)可被该材料定量吸附,动态吸附容量分别为17.1,18.7,22.6,12.7,9.7,10.8,10.8,19.2和15.5 mg/g,吸附的重金属离子可用6 mol/L HCl-2 g/L硫脲洗脱,采用原子荧光和原子吸收法测定过柱前后溶液及洗脱液中重金属离子的含量,加标回收实验显示回收率在89.2%~109.6%之间。本方法用于环境水样的处理和测定,结果满意。

摘要:
A fluorine-containing polyimide(FPI) was synthesized by reacting 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride (6FDA) with 2,2'-bis-(trifluoromethyl)-4,4'-diaminobiphenyl (TFDB). A series of polyimide composite films with various contents of nanosilica were prepared by an in situ polymerization technique. The obtained composite materials were analyzed with FTIR and the results showed that the amino groups were completely imidized. The morphology of the composites was characterized with SEM and the results indicated that the nanosilica particles integral dispersed but micro-aggregated in the fluoro-contained polyimide matrix if the nanosilica content excessed 10 wt %. The nanocomposite films were found to hold comparable thermal stability with the pure fluoro-contained polyimide film. The humidity absorption rate decreased with the increase of silica content. The dielectric constant of fluoro-contained polyimide/ nanosilica films decreased with increasing the frequency and exhibited an arch curve profile with its maximum value of less than 3, indicating the excellent dielectric property.

摘要:
选取白洋淀优势沉水植物轮藻(Chara sp.)作为建群种,研究其修复白洋淀富营养化水体的效果。室内模拟实验表明,轮藻群落对水体叶绿素a和营养盐的抑制效果明显,实验结束时,水体叶绿素a、氨氮、总氮和总磷含量分别为实验开始时的24.85%、39.2%、30.7%和23.2%。野外不同轮藻覆盖度围隔实验结果表明,围隔中轮藻覆盖度为80%时,水体中叶绿素a、氨氮、磷酸盐和总磷含量减少最明显。实验结果表明,轮藻作为建种群修复白洋淀富营养化水体是可行的。

With increasing the degree of state environmental protection, the comprehensive treatment of waste water containing stibium has become a new subject in stibium industry.In this study,we modified diatomite with calcium carbonate,and adsorptived waste water containing stibium using these modified diatomite.Then we explored the quality of modified diatomite,initial concentration,initial pH value,temperature and adsorpting time on adsorption. The adsorption isotherm of stibium fits Langmuir equation.The result shows that the modified diatomite has good adsorption on waste water containing stibium.

摘要:
在对甲苯磺酸催化下,将芳香醛与芳胺于室温下研磨可得较高收率的苯甲醛缩苯胺衍生物,通过单因素实验研究研磨时间、对甲苯磺酸用量及取代基类型对缩合反应的影响。研究结果表明采用对甲苯磺酸催化研磨法合成苯甲醛缩苯胺衍生物最佳工艺条件是:芳香醛、芳胺、对甲苯磺酸的摩尔比为100:100:3,反应温度为室温,研磨时间为1~3 min,在此条件下,反应收率可达86.5%~95.5%,比采用溶剂回流法和常规研磨法所得收率有显著提高,而且反应时间减少0.5%;芳醛环上取代基对反应无影响,但芳胺环上邻、对位的强吸电子基抑制反应的进行;与传统方法相比,对甲苯磺酸催化研磨法具有反应时间短、条件温和、操作简单、收率高等优点,为同类化合物的合成提供了一个简便而有效的方法。

以4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)和3,3,4,4’-二苯甲酮四酸二酐(BTDA)为单体,以正硅酸乙酯和钛酸丁酯为SiO2和TiO2的前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶原位生成法制备了聚酰亚胺(PI)复合薄膜。采用红外光谱(FT—IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、x射线衍射(XRD)和紫外分光光度计(UV—Vis)对复合材料进行结构表征和性能测试。结果表明,复合膜的热亚胺化反应完全;纳米SiO2、TiO2均匀分散于PI基体中;复合膜透明性好,对紫外光吸收较好。热重分析(TG)和介电性能测试表明,得到了一种热稳定性好、介电性能优良的复合材料,能够满足其在微电子器件领域的使用要求。

摘要:
采用自制的比表面积为349 m2/g的纳米膜γ-Al2O3为载体,用等体积浸渍法制备了Ni-Pt/γ-Al2O3催化剂,采用比表面积测定、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜等手段对所制备的催化剂进行了表征。利用微型连续管式反应器与气相色谱联用装置,考察了Ni-Pt/γ-Al2O3催化剂对甲基环己烷(MCH)气相脱氢的催化性能。结果表明,使用20%Ni-0.5%Pt/γ-Al2O3催化剂,在反应温度350℃,混合进样体积空速252 h-1条件下,甲苯转化率达到96.99%,选择性接近100%。

摘要:
Objective: To investigate the theoretical model of the three-dimensional structure of mosquitocidal Cry30Ca2 and its molecular docking with N-acetylgalactosamine. Methods: The theoretical model of Cry30Ca2 was predicted by homology modeling on the structure of the Cry4Ba. Docking studies were performed to investigate the interaction of Cry30Ca2 with N-acetylgalactosamine on the putative receptor. Results: Cry30Ca2 toxin is a rather compact molecule composed of three distinct domains and has approximate overall dimensions of 95 by 75 by 60Å. Domain II is a helix bundle, Domain II consists of three antiparallel β-sheets, Domain III is composed of two β-sheets that adopt a β-sandwich fold. Residue 321Ile in loop1, residues 342Gln 343Thr and 345Gln in loop2, residue 393Tyr in loop3 of Cry30Ca2 are responsible for the interactions with GalNAc via 7 hydrogen bonds, 6 of them were related to the oxygen atoms of hydroxyls of the ligand, and one to the nitrogen of the ligand. Conclusion: The 3D structure of Cry30Ca2 resembles the previously reported Cry toxin structures but shows still some distinctions. Several residues in the loops of the apex of domain II are responsible for the interactions with N-acetylgalactosamine. © 2012 The Editorial Board of Biomedical and Environmental Sciences.

富金花茯散茶;高尿酸血症;尿酸;黄嘌呤氧化酶;腺苷脱氨酶
摘要:
研究富金花茯散茶对氧嗪酸钾致高尿酸血症小鼠的尿酸代谢与相关酶活性的影响.将60只雄性KM种小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性药组(别嘌呤醇)、茯茶低剂量组(125 mg/kg)、茯茶中剂量组(250 mg/kg)、茯茶高剂量组(500 mg/kg).连续灌胃7 d后腹腔注射氧嗪酸钾(300 mg/kg)造模,空白组注射等量蒸馏水.采样后测定小鼠血尿酸(UA)、肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性.造模后,茯茶高剂量组血尿酸浓度较对照组降低35.2%(P<0.05),肝脏XOD及ADA活性抑制率显著,XOD活性降低38%(P<0.05), ADA活性降低53.8%(P<0.05).富金花茯散茶对氧嗪酸钾导致的高尿酸血症有明显的改善作用,其作用机制与其抑制肝脏XOD、ADA活性有关.

三组分铜铬催化剂催化甘油制备羟基丙酮的研究

摘要:
用共沉淀法制备了Cu-Cr-Zn催化剂,考察了Cu/Cr/Zn比、沉淀温度、沉淀时pH值、煅烧温度等制备条件对甘油制备羟基丙酮的影响,并对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:共沉淀法制备Cu-Cr-Zn催化剂具有较高的催化活性,而且其稳定性和再生能力较好,适宜催化剂制备条件为:Cu/Cr/Zn比为1∶1∶0.5,沉淀温度为70℃,沉淀时pH值为8.0,煅烧温度为400℃,羟基丙酮的选择性可达到90.2%。

摘要:
建立了茯砖茶中主要黄酮类物质芦丁的高效液相色谱测定方法.采用Hypersil ODS色谱柱C18色谱柱,流动相:A乙腈;B磷酸溶液(pH=2.5),梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长258 nm,样量为20 μL,柱温30℃.对照品芦丁的回归方程Y=16 007.7 ρB(μg/mL)-11 115.2,R=0.999 3,线性范围为10.000-80.000 mg/L,平均回收率99.010 0%,RSD为2.070 0%.测得茯砖茶中芦丁含量为0.143 5%,RSD为3.490 0%.该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于茯砖茶中芦丁含量的测定.

摘要:
The 20 kb DNAs are associated with crystals in many subspecies of Bacillus thuringiensis. We isolated 20 kb DNAs from crystals of B. thuringiensis strain 4.0718, then constructed a gene library using DNA fragments of Sau3AI partial digestion and pbluescriptIISK(+) vector. We screened out 440 recombinants, yielding a genomic coverage of ten and including 99% sequence of DNA which achieved the required theoretical value to construct the gene library. Through NCBI Blast and homology analysis, the sequencing results proved that the DNA came from the chromosome of B. thuringiensis. Moreover, we have completed the multiple alignment of homologous ropB protein sequences and phylogenetic analysis using bioinformatic software. For further investigation of the interactions between 20 kb DNAs and protoxins, molecular docking has also been done.

摘要:
A new effective fluorescent sensor based on rhodamine was synthesized, which was induced by Cu 2 in aqueous media to produce turn-on fluorescence. The new sensor 1 exhibited good selectivity for Cu 2 over other heavy and transition metal (HTM) ions in H 2O/CH 3CN(7:3, v/v). Upon addition of Cu 2, a remarkable color change from colorless to pink was easily observed by the naked eye, and the dramatic fluorescence turn-on was corroborated. Furthermore, kinetic assay indicates that sensor 1 could be used for real-time tracking of Cu 2 in cells and organisms. In addition, the turn-on fluorescent change upon the addition of Cu 2 was also applied in bioimaging. © 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
