摘要:
A novel water-compatible hypercrosslinked resin modified by p-aminophenol was synthesized with chloromethylated polystyrene and p-aminophenol by Friedel-Crafts reaction. The objective of this work was to study the adsorption performances for salicylic acid onto p-aminophenol resin. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of salicylic acid onto p-aminophenol resin was superior to XAD-4 resin. It is seen that the maximum adsorption capacity is observed at pH of 3.0. It was found the adsorption dynamics obeyed the pseudo-first-order rate equation and the intra-particle diffusion was the rate-limiting step. The maximum adsorption capacity of salicylic acid for p-aminophenol resin was measured to be 283.7 mg/g with the equilibrium concentration at 404.6mg/L. The micropore structure, the pore diameter of p-aminophenol resin, the hydrogen bond between p-aminophenol resin and salicylic acid bring the larger adsorption capacity.

摘要:
Cry1Ac insecticidal crystal proteins produced by Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) have become an important natural biological agent for the control of lepidopteran insects. In this study, a cry1Ac toxin gene from Bacillus thuringiensis 4.0718 was modified by using error-prone PCR, staggered extension process (StEP) shuffling combined with Red/ET homologous recombination to investigate the insecticidal activity of delta-endotoxin Cry1Ac. A Cry1Ac toxin variant (designated as T524N) screened by insect bioassay showed increased insecticidal activity against Spodoptera exigua larvae while its original insecticidal activity against Helicoverpa armigera larvae was still retained. The mutant toxin T524N had one amino acid substitution at position 524 relative to the original Cry1Ac toxin, and it can accumulate within the acrystalliferous strain Cry-B and form more but a little smaller bipyramidal crystals than the original Cry1Ac toxin. Analysis of theoretical molecular models of mutant and original Cry1Ac proteins indicated that the mutation T524N located in the loop linking β16-β17 of domain III in Cry1Ac toxin happens in the fourth conserved block which is an arginine-rich region to form a highly hydrophobic surface involving interaction with receptor molecules. This study showed for the first time that single mutation T524N played an essential role in the insecticidal activity. This finding provides the biological evidence of the structural function of domain III in insecticidal activity of the Cry1Ac toxin, which probably leads to a deep understanding between the interaction of toxic proteins and receptor macromolecules. © 2010 Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.

330阴离子交换树脂对草甘膦的吸附性能

摘要:
采用静态吸附法研究了330阴离子交换树脂对水中草甘膦的吸附性能,并研究了吸附动力学;测定了溶液的pH值、温度、NaCl含量等因素对330树脂吸附草甘膦的影响。结果表明:330树脂对水中草甘膦的吸附速率快;在pH=2.69时对草甘膦的吸附性能最好;330树脂对草甘膦的吸附是放热、自发的过程,吸附等温线符合Freundlich方程;NaCl含量对330树脂吸附草甘膦有显著影响。

摘要:
针对洞庭湖湿地土壤Cd污染严重的现状,对湖区滨岸带8种优势植物的Cd富集特征及其修复效果进行了分析。结果表明,蒌蒿(Artemisia selengensis)对Cd表现出显著的富集特征,对Cd污染的修复效果好,是洞庭湖土壤Cd污染的理想修复材料;南艾蒿(Artemisia verlotorum)对Cd污染具有较好的修复效果,可作为湿地土壤Cd污染修复的备选材料;芦苇(Phragmites australis)和南荻(Miscanthus lutarioriparius)植株的根部对Cd的积累量较高,具有良好的稳定修复效果,且由于二者地上部生物量大、能被连续刈割的特点,对洞庭湖湿地Cd污染治理起到一定的促进作用。

摘要:
以NaBH_4为还原剂采用化学还原法制备La-Ni-Mo-B非晶态催化剂,用BET、SEM XRD和XPS等手段对催化剂进行表征,以4-甲基苯酚为探针研究其加氢脱氧性能,并探讨了4-甲基苯酚的加氢脱氧反应路径。结果表明,助剂La的加入,减小了催化剂的粒径,增大了比表面积,促进Ni~(2+)和Mo~(6+)的还原。275℃时,4-甲基苯酚加氢脱氧转化率达97%,甲基环己烷选择性达96%,加氢脱氧反应按氢化-氢解路径进行,产物中芳烃含量明显低于世界燃油规范Ⅲ类油标准(芳烃的质量分数小于15%)。催化剂活性降低的主要原因是由于Ni活性中心的非晶态结构被破坏。

摘要:
A neutralization hydrolysis route has been used to synthesize titanium oxide nanoparticles. Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) characterization results showed the TiO2 nanoparticles were single anatase phases when calcined at 600°C-800°for 2h. The particle diameter ranged from 15 to 30nm. The pH value was key factor for precursor composition. When pH value 2-4, the H2TiO3 precursor with low agglomeration was obtained. As-prepared anatase TiO 2 nanoparticles, during photodegradation of methylic orange under UV-light irradiation(λ=254nm), exhibited excellent activity, more than 95.5% methylic orange was degraded in 1h. © (2010) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
Solvent-free reactions of aromatic aldehydes with three representative ketones,including acetophenone,acetone and cyclohexanone,have been examined under the catalysis of a low-cost inorganic base system consisting of NaOH and K2CO3.It was found that the chemoselectivity of the reactions is in close relationship with the composition of the reactants and the doublecomponent catalyst.Under the optimized experimental conditions,1,2,3,4,5-pentasubstituted cyclohexanols,α,β-unsaturated ketones and Claisen-Schmidt bicondensation products were obtained in high yields.Two Kostanecki’s triketones were separated,The composition and structure were affirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis.

摘要:
I2S (Inter-IC Sound Bus) is one of the general audio buses applied in various industrial or embedded systems. It only processes the audio data, while other signals like various codes and control signals are transmitted individually. This paper presents an approach how to construct an embedded audio system using the I2S bus to connect relevant supporting code chip and decode chip. This system can reduce the consumption of system resources drastically, therefore fluent WAV broadcast can be guaranteed. Moreover, the familiar media files, such as MPEG1, MPEG2, MP3, MPEG4 can be played through adding its decoder. The ARM chipset of the LPC2300 series is applied in this system, therefore, system's reliability can be improved. This method can be wiedly used in vehicle- borne, ship-borne embedded flash players and portable media players.

摘要:
用二氯乙烷为溶剂,用FeCl_3为催化剂,使氯球和对乙酰氨基酚发生Friedel-Crafts反应制得了对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂,对其结构进行了表征,研究乙酰氨基和酚羟基二类氢键作用位点修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附性能.结果表明,红外光谱显示对乙酰氨基酚已被成功地修饰在后交联树脂上.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂与氯球相比,BET比表面积、孔容明显增大,孔径明显变小.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附量明显高于75%活性炭的聚砜微球对双酚A的吸附量.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附为放热、自发的过程;树脂可以用100%酒精解吸,解吸率为99.92%;吸附动力学数据符合一级吸附速率方程,颗粒内扩散是吸附速率的主要控制步骤,吸附速率同时还受液膜扩散的影响

摘要:
A single anthryl appended meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) dyad has been synthesized and applied in fluorescence sensing of iodine based on the intramolecular excitation energy transfer. The molecular recognition of the sensor is based on the interaction of iodine with inner anthracene moiety of the dyad, while the signal reporter for the recognition process is the TPP fluorescence quenching. Because the emission spectrum of anthracene is largely overlapped with the Soret band absorption of TPP, intramolecular excitation energy transfer interaction occurs between the donor, anthracene and acceptor, TPP. This energy transfer leads to TPP fluorescence emission by excitation of anthracene. The sensor was constructed by immobilizing the dyad in a plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane. The sensing membrane shows higher sensitivity compared to the sensors by using anthracene, TPP, or a mixture of anthracene and TPP as sensing materials. Under the optimum conditions, iodine in a sample solution can be determined from 2.04 to 23.6 mmol&bullL<sup>-1</sup> with a detection limit of 33 nmol&bullL<sup>-1</sup>. The sensing membrane shows satisfactory response characteristics including good reproducibility, reversibility and stability, as well as the short response time of less than 60 s. Except for Cr<inf>2</inf>O <inf>7</inf> <sup>2-</sup> and MnO <inf>4</inf> <sup>-</sup> , other common metal ions and anions in foodstuff do not interfere with iodine determination. The proposed method was applied in the determination of iodine in table salt samples. The results agree well with those obtained by other methods. ©2009 Science in China Press and Springer-Verlag GmbH.

对蒙脱石进行改性, 并用直接挥发溶剂法制备有机蒙脱石/聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯复合聚合物电解质. 用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射等对所制电解质性能进行表征, 用交流阻抗和充放电实验研究聚合物电池的电化学性质. 结果表明: 直接挥发溶剂法制得的复合聚合物膜呈蜂窝状, 孔穴丰富, 强度增加, 浸取电解液后室温离子电导率为1. 51 mS/cm, 电化学稳定窗口为5. 5 V;以LiCoO_2为正极制得的聚合物电池0. 1C充放电, 50次循环后容量保持率达到95. 3%, 倍率放电能力较好, 有机蒙脱石的加入可改善电池的电极界面性质, 提高电池充放电循环性能.

采用分步悬浮聚合法制备了具有疏水性能的聚二乙烯基苯(polydivinyibenzene,PDVB)为第一网,具有亲水性能的聚丙烯酰乙二胺(polyacrylethylenediamine,PAEM)为第二网的疏水/亲水大孔聚二乙烯基苯/聚丙烯酰乙二胺(PDVB/PAEM)互穿聚合物物内网络(interpenetrating polymer networks,IPN),研究这类疏水/亲水IPN组成的树脂对吸附质的吸附热力学和吸附动力学;测定了该树脂对香兰素在不同温度下的吸附等温线,吸附等温线符合Freundlich 等温吸附方程,利用热力学函数关系计算出了吸附焓、自由能和熵变.实验表明,PDVB/PAEMIPN树脂中疏水性的 PDVB 网具有疏水作用吸附能力,亲水性的PAEM网具有氧键作用吸附能力.吸附动力学数据符合 Lagergren 二级速率方程,颗粒内扩散是吸附速率的主要控制步骤,可口采用 HSDM 模型加以描述.

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>The macroporous polydivinylbenzene/poly(methyl acrylate) interpenetrating polymer network (PDVB/PMA IPN) was prepared by the sequential suspension polymerization method, and was modified to be hydrophobic–hydrophilic macroporous polydivinylbenzene/poly (sodium acrylate) IPN (PDVB/PNaA IPN) by converting the PMA to PNaA under the condition of base. The effects of different mass ratio of the two networks and different cross‐linking degree of the second network on the pore structure and adsorption capacity of PDVB/PNaA IPN resin were studied. The PDVB/PNaA IPN resin whose adsorption quantity is the biggest was chosen to study further. The pore structure, the weak acid exchange capacity, the water retention capacity, and the swelling ability of PDVB/PNaA IPN resin were measured. The study focused on the adsorption isotherms of berberine at different temperatures. Isosteric adsorption enthalpy, adsorption Gibbs free energies can be calculated according to thermodynamic functions. The results show that the saturated adsorption quantity of berberine is up to 109.4 mg ml<jats:sup>−1</jats:sup> (wet resin) by the way of dynamic adsorption and desorption experiment. The resin could be reused by the mixture with 0.5% sodium chloride and 80% ethanol. On the one hand the hydrophobic PDVB in the PDVB/PNaA IPN resin has the ability of adsorption using π–π interaction, and on the other hand the hydrophilic PNaA in the PDVB/PNaA IPN resin has the ability of adsorption using ion exchange interaction. An important conclusion can be drawn that the PDVB/PNaA IPN resin has a promising application prospect in extracting and separating quaternary ammonium type alkaloids such as berberine. 摘要:
Cry5Aa is a crystal protein produced by Bacillus thuringiensis serovar. damstadiensis during its stationary phase, this δ-endotoxin is active against nematodes and has great potential for nematodes control. The theoretical model of the three-dimensional structure of Cry5Aa was predicted by homology modeling on the structures of the Cry1Aa which is specific to Lepidopteran insects. The structure of the Cry5Aa resembles previously reported Cry toxin structures but shows the following distinctions. Cry5Aa has a long insertion in α2 of domain I. Some loops in the domain II and III of Cry5Aa are exposed to the solvent. In this work we give a brief description of our model and hypothesize the residues of the Cry5Aa that could be important in receptor recognition and pore formation. This model will be helpful for the design of mutagenesis experiments aimed to the improvement of toxicity, and lead to a deep understanding of the mechanism of action of nematicidal toxins. © 2009 Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.

摘要:
A novel carbazole functionalized bis-β-diketone type organic ligand, 1,1′-(2,6-bispyridyl)bis-3-(9-ethylcarbazole-3-yl)-1,3-propanedione (H2L) and its corresponding lanthanide complexes Eu2(L)3and Tb2(L)3 were successfully prepared. The ligand and complexes were characterized in detail based on FT-IR spectra, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The observed UV-Vis absorption and photoluminescence properties of the complexes were investigated, it shows that the Eu(III) and Tb(III) ions can be sensitized efficiently by the ligand (H2L) to some extent, in particular, the complex Tb2(L)3 exhibits a more excellent luminescence property than the Eu(III) complex. Meanwhile, the introduction of the carbazole moiety can enlarge the π-conjugated system of the ligand and enhance the luminescent intensity of the complexes. The results show that the complexes would be used as excellent luminescent materials.

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Cyt2Ca1 is an insecticidal crystal protein produced by <jats:italic>Bacillus thuringiensis</jats:italic> ET29 during its stationary phase, and this δ‐endotoxin demonstrates remarkable insecticidal activity against not only insects of the order <jats:italic>Coleoptera</jats:italic>, but also against fleas, and in particular the larvae of the cat flea, <jats:italic>Ctenocephalides felis</jats:italic>. The first theoretical model of the three‐dimensional structure of Cyt2Ca1 was predicted and compared with Cyt2Aa, which is lethal to insect larvae. The three‐dimensional structure of the Cyt2Ca1 was obtained by homology modeling on the structures of the Cyt2Aa protein. The deduced model resembles previously reported Cyt2Aa toxin. A binding mode of inositol monophosphate as a polar head group of the putative membrane phospholipid ligand to Cyt2Ca1 was presented using molecular docking. The residues of Leu9, Glu21, Tyr23 and Gln110 of the Cyt2Ca1 toxin are responsible for the interactions with inositol monophosphate via eight hydrogen bonds. Those residues could be important for receptor recognition. This binding simulation will be helpful for the design of mutagenesis experiments aimed at the improvement of toxicity, and lead to a deep understanding of the mechanism of action of Cyt toxins.</jats:p>

摘要:
We report that the hydrogen-bonding pattern in a molecular beacon can be replaced by metal-dependent pairs of Hg 2+ and DNA thymine (T) bases. A molecular beacon based on T-Hg 2+ -T exhibits a lower background signal and higher thermostability than regular molecular beacons. © The Royal Society of Chemistry.

采用分步悬浮聚合法制备了聚二乙烯基苯/聚丙烯酸甲酯(PDVB/PMA)大孔互穿聚合物网络,将其中的聚丙烯酸甲酯用乙二胺氨解,合成了具有疏水/亲水性能的聚二乙烯基苯/聚(N-2-氨基乙基丙烯酰胺)(PDVB/PNAEAM)大孔互穿聚合物网络(IPN);测定了该树脂的孔结构、含水量、弱碱交换量和溶胀性能;测定了该树脂对水杨酸在不同温度下的吸附等温线,利用热力学函数关系计算出了吸附焓、自由能和熵.推测PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂中疏水性的PDVB一网具有疏水作用吸附能力、亲水性的PNAEAM一网具有氢键作用吸附能力.动态吸附及脱附实验表明湿态PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂对水溶液中水杨酸的饱和吸附量达到46.1mg/mL.树脂可以通过4%NaOH溶液再生.PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂在分离工业废水中水杨酸等芳香有机酸有良好的应用前景.
