Abstract: In this study, in order to achieve the goal of new engineering, a phased and progressive practical teaching system to strengthen post skills training was constructed. The system is of a “2 + 3” mode, i.e. two practice platforms of inside and outside school and three links of basic operation skills including basic operation skills, comprehensive application skills, employment innovation ability. The cultivation system of university independent practice ability is also discussed. The evaluation mechanism of practice teaching effect and feedback mechanism of continuous improvement are established. The gap between school and society on talent training and demand was effectively narrowed. It provides a reference for the cultivation of applied talents of science and engineering majors.#@#@#摘要: 本研究在新工科建设目标下摸索并构建强化岗位技能培训的实践教学体系,构建由校内和校外两个实践平台体系和基本操作技能、综合应用技能、就业创新能力3个环节相结合的分阶段、递进式的“2 + 3”实践教学体系和大学自主实践能力培养体系,建立了实践教学效果评价机制和持续改进的反馈机制,有效缩小学校与社会对人才培养与需求之间的差距,为理工科专业的应用型人才培养提供参考。

Abstract: Bismuth salts are widely used in organic chemistry and can be used as reagents or catalysts to achieve various reactions. Based on the reaction properties of difluoromethyl sulfonium salts, the difluoromethylation reaction of nitrogen-containing heterocycles with difluoromethyl sulfonium salts was investigated. It has been found that difluoromethyl sulfonium salt can release difluoromethyl nucleophilic species under the action of cesium carbonate and nucleophilic addition of nitrogen heterocycles, thereby achieving difluoromethylation of nitrogen-containing heterocycles.#@#@#摘要: 鏻盐在有机化学中应用十分广泛,能够作为试剂或者催化剂实现各种反应。基于二氟甲基鏻盐的反应性质,本文探究了含氮杂环与二氟甲基鏻盐的二氟甲基化反应。经研究发现,二氟甲基鏻盐在碳酸铯作用下可释放二氟甲基亲核物种,对氮杂环进行亲核加成,从而实现了对含氮杂环的二氟甲基化。并将产率筛至60%。其最优条件为以:碳酸铯为引发剂、乙酸乙酯为溶剂、在室温条件下反应18小时,分离即可获得产物。

A series of wear and flame resistant polyamide 6 (PA6) composites were prepared using glass fiber (GF) and talc (T) as reinforcer, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and graphite (Gr) as solid lubricants, red phosphorus (RP) and zinc borate (ZB) as flame retardant. The tribological property, mechanical property, flame retardant property and the flame retardant mechanism were investigated. The tests show that the formula of the wear resistant PA6 composite (WRPA 6) is PA6/GF/T/PTFE/Gr in the ratio of 100/15/5/10/5 by mass. Because this composite exhibits the lowest friction coefficient (0.1429) and no wear mass loss, the introduction of RP and ZB can increase the flame resistance of WRPA6, and the synergistic effect of RP and ZB is obtained. Detailedly, the composite with 4 parts of ZB and 12 parts of RP shows the best flame retardant property, achieving the highest limiting oxygen index (LOI) (30.2 vol%) and a UL94 V-0 rating, and the flame retardant mechanisms may be gas phase along with condense phase mechanism.
