Abstract: In this study, theabrown was extracted and purified from Fuzhuan brick tea. The antioxidant ac-tivities of theabrown on hydroxyl free radical and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) were studied. The antioxidant activity test result showed that the theabrown on hydroxyl free radical with a scavenging capacity of 50.2%, and the elimination of theabrown with different purity against hydroxyl radicals is different. While scavenging capacity of theabrown on DPPH free radical was up to 90%, and the antioxidant activity of theabrown at low concentration was higher than that of Vc.#@#@#摘要: 本研究对茯砖茶中的茶褐素提取纯化,考察茶褐素对羟基自由基和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)的抗氧化性能。试验结果表明,茶褐素对羟自由基清除率为50.2%,并且不同纯度的茶褐素消除效果稍有差别。而对DPPH清除率高达90%,在低浓度下茶褐素的抗氧化性大于维生素C (Vc)。

摘要:
以4-甲基喹啉与二醛缩合剂反应得到新型喹啉基花菁类衍生物CyQ,用~1H NMR、HRMS-ESI确证其结构。CyQ与半胱氨酸(Cys)通过卤素-巯基亲核取代和重排反应得到CyQ-Cys,而铁离子(Fe~(3+))可诱导CyQCys荧光信号明显增强,且荧光信号的变化与Fe~(3+)浓度在40 ~ 300 μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y = 1.0619x+0.01355 (R~2= 0.9910),检出限为10.4 μmol/L(S/N= 3) 。同时,利用黑茶金花可还原Fe~(3+)的性质,采用Fe~(3+)介导的“关-开”策略,建立了黑茶抗氧化活性的荧光分析方法。

Herein, a novel carbazole derivative of BEVC was designed with an enhanced fluorescence signal by a G-quadruplex, and thus a fluorescent probe of G-quadruplex/BEVC was obtained by aggregation-induced emission, which could exhibit a decreased fluorescence signal in the presence of Cu2+via the Fenton reaction, demonstrating great potential for Cu2+ assay in pure aqueous solution. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
免疫性血小板减少性症(ITP)属于自体免疫性疾病,主要特征以持续性血小板减少及皮肤黏膜出血为主。ITP患者血液存在抗血小板抗体,抗体包被的血小板被脾脏巨噬细胞所清除,抗体还可引起巨核细胞出现异常,导致血小板生成减少。2018年4月美国食品和药物管理局批准fostamatinib用于治疗成人ITP。fostamatinib为全新作用机制的脾酪氨酸激酶抑制剂。文中对fostamatinib的作用机制、药效学、药代动力学、药物相互作用、临床评价和安全性等进行综述。

In the communication, by virtue of the excellent conductivity and great surface area of mesoporous carbon (FDU-15), the enhanced conductivity of Au NPs, and the good electrochemical response of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) to rutin, a PPO/AuNPs/FDU-15-modified electrode was used as a candidate for the determination of rutin in dark teas with satisfactory results.

摘要:
Artemisia selengenesis is not only a health food, but also a well-known traditional Chinese medicine. Only a fraction of the chloroplast (cp) genome data of Artemisia has been reported and chloroplast genomic materials have been widely used in genomic evolution studies, molecular marker development, and phylogenetic analysis of the genus Artemisia, which makes evolutionary studies, genetic improvement, and phylogenetic identification very difficult. In this study, the complete chloroplast genome of A. selengensis was compared with that of other species within Artemisia and phylogenetic analyses was conducted with other genera in the Asteraceae family. The results showed that A. selengensis is an AT-rich species and has a typical quadripartite structure that is 151,215 bp in length. Comparative genome analyses demonstrated that the available chloroplast genomes of species of Artemisia were well conserved in terms of genomic length, GC contents, and gene organization and order. However, some differences, which may indicate evolutionary events, were found, such as a re-inversion event within the Artemisia genus, an unequal duplicate phenomenon of the ycf1 gene because of the expansion and contraction of the IR region, and the fast-evolving regions. Repeated sequences analysis showed that Artemisia chloroplast genomes presented a highly similar pattern of SSR or LDR distribution. A total of 257 SSRs and 42 LDRs were identified in the A. selengensis chloroplast genome. The phylogenetic analysis showed that A. selengensis was sister to A. gmelinii. The findings of this study will be valuable in further studies to understand the genetic diversity and evolutionary history of Asteraceae.

摘要:
N-乙基苯并吲哚与对苯二甲醛缩合后,经乙二硫醇保护醛基,得半花菁类衍生物(CyQ),其结构经1H NMR及质谱表征。汞离子促进脱硫醇保护,诱导体系的荧光信号显著增强,且汞离子浓度在(0.1~0.7)mol/L范围内与荧光强度的变化呈良好线性关系,拟合的线性方程为y=8.09x+0.707(R2=0.9820),经计算,其最低检出限为11.6 nmol/L。采用汞离子介导的"脱硫醇保护"策略,构建汞离子"关-开"型荧光分析法,同时汞离子经沉淀过滤去除。

摘要:
Improved conductivity and suppressed dissolution of lithium polysulfides is highly desirable for high-performance lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries. Herein, by a facile solvent method followed by nitridation with NH3, a 2D nitrogen-doped carbon structure is designed with homogeneously embedded Co4N nanoparticles derived from metal organic framework (MOF), grown on the carbon cloth (MOF-Co4N). Experimental results and theoretical simulations reveal that Co4N nanoparticles act as strong chemical adsorption hosts and catalysts that not only improve the cycling performance of Li-S batteries via chemical bonding to trap polysulfides but also improve the rate performance through accelerating the conversion reactions by decreasing the polarization of the electrode. In addition, the high conductive nitrogen-doped carbon matrix ensures fast charge transfer, while the 2D structure offers increased pathways to facilitate ion diffusion. Under the current density of 0.1C, 0.5C, and 3C, MOF-Co4N delivers reversible specific capacities of 1425, 1049, and 729 mAh g−1, respectively, and retains 82.5% capacity after 400 cycles at 1C, as compared to the sample without Co4N (MOF-C) values of 61.3% (200 cycles). The improved cell performance corroborates the validity of the multifunctional design of MOF-Co4N, which is expected to be a potentially promising cathode host for Li-S batteries. © 2019 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 摘要:
A simple copper-catalyzed redox coupling of sodium sulfinates and nitroarenes is described. In this process, abundant and stable nitroarenes serve as both the nitrogen sources and oxidants, and sodium sulfinates act as both reactants and reductants. A variety of aromatic sulfonamides were obtained in moderate to good yields with broad substrate scope. No external additive is employed for this kind of transformation.

本文以对氯甲基聚苯乙烯微球为前驱体制备了多孔碳材料C_(CMPS),并利用MgCl_2对其进行表面修饰制得了在较低CO_2浓度环境中具有高效CO_2吸附性能的吸附剂MgCl_2(n)/C_(CMPS).探究了吸附时间,MgCl_2含量和气体流速对CO_2吸附性能的影响,并对CO_2吸附动力学进行了研究.研究表明,MgCl_2(n)/C_(CMPS)的CO_2吸附动力学符合Bangham模型.吸附时间为10 min,气体流速为10 mL·min~(-1)时,CO_2吸附量可达158.4 mg·g~(-1).循环10次,吸附量保持稳定.

Rational design and facile preparation of non-noble trifunctional electrocatalysts with high performance, low cost and strong durability for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) are highly demanded, but remain as a big challenge. Herein, we report a spontaneous gas-foaming method to prepare nitrogen doped ultrathin carbon nanosheets (NCNs) by simply pyrolysing a mixture of citric acid and NH 4 Cl. Under the optimized pyrolysis temperature (carbonized at 1000 °C) and mass ratio of precursors (1:1), the synthesized NCN-1000-5 sample possesses an ultrathin sheet structure, an ultrahigh specific surface area (1793 m 2 g -1 ), and rich edge defects, and exhibits low overpotential and robust stability for the ORR, OER and HER. By means of density functional theory (DFT) computations, we revealed that the intrinsic active sites for the ORR, OER and HER are the carbon atoms located at the armchair edge and adjacent to the graphitic N dopants. When practically used as a catalyst in rechargeable Zn-air batteries, a high energy density (806 W h kg -1 ), a low charge/discharge voltage gap (0.77 V) and an ultralong cycle life (over 330 h) were obtained at 10 mA cm -2 for NCN-1000-5. This work not only presents a versatile strategy to develop advanced carbon materials with ultrahigh specific surface area and abundant edge defects, but also provides useful guidance for designing and developing multifunctional metal-free catalysts for various energy-related electrocatalytic reactions. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

在红茶的非催化振荡体系研究的基础上,对金花黑茶的非催化振荡反应进行了研究,包括各反应物(金花黑茶、KBrO3、H2 SO4)的浓度、 反应温度对非催化振荡反应的影响,并分析了催化反应与非催化反应的不同,计算了金花黑茶非催化反应的活化能为90.43 kJ/mol.当[金花黑茶]=20.016 mg/mL,[H2 SO4]=0.48 mol/L,[KBrO3]=0.056 mol/L时,出现最佳振荡图谱,并且对非催化振荡反应的催化机理作了更进一步的探讨.

介绍了环氧化合物的合成方法,包括Sharpless不对称环氧化、Salen锰络合物催化烯烃的不对称环氧化、手性酮催化的烯烃不对称环氧化、卟啉配合物催化烯烃的不对称环氧化、羰基化合物与硫叶立德不对称反应合成环氧化合物、生物发酵法制备不对称环氧化产物以及手性环氧氯丙烷合成法,对于研究旋光环氧化合物的合成有一定的借鉴意义.

摘要:
以聚合氯化铝(PAC)生产过程中的压滤产物硅酸盐矿物为原料,通过焙烧制得热改性的硅酸盐矿物,并将其用于水中Zn2+的处理.研究结果表明:当焙烧温度为800℃、n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)为2、n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)为0.8、焙烧时间为2 h、振荡时间为60 min、溶液pH为6、Zn2+初始质量浓度为50 mg/L以及改性硅酸盐矿物投加量为6 g/L时,Zn2+去除率为91.32%;改性硅酸盐矿物对Zn2+的吸附动力学符合假二级动力学方程,吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程;用0.2 mol/L盐酸解吸吸附渣中的Zn2+,解吸率为57.64%.

摘要:
黑茶作为一类具有重要经济和保健价值的微生物发酵茶,与微生物存在密切的联系,在黑茶加工发酵储存过程中都有微生物参与。为明确微生物种类与黑茶品质关系,对发酵过程中微生物多样性变化进行了综述。比较了不同黑茶种类制作工艺以及渥堆过程中的微生物差异。对黑茶渥堆过程中微生物的变化规律进行了说明,细菌、霉菌、酵母分别在渥堆前期、中期、后期大量繁殖,细菌早期较多,中后期逐渐让位于霉菌和酵母菌。在黑茶—微生物后续研究中宜借助现代鉴定手段明确优势菌的种群构成和分类地位,探究不同微生物组合对黑茶品质影响研究,加强黑茶渥堆机械化控制技术及深加工的研究是未来的重要研究趋势。

摘要:
免疫性血小板减少性症(ITP)属于自体免疫性疾病,主要特征以持续性血小板减少及皮肤黏膜出血为主。ITP发病机制复杂且尚未完全清楚,目前临床用药主要分为一线治疗药物和二线治疗药物,由于两者都缺乏特异性并有较多的药物不良反应,因此正在研发的多种生物制剂为治疗ITP带来了新的希望。本文综述了治疗ITP的血小板生成素(TPO)类似物、抗体、共刺激信号阻断剂和细胞因子等多种新型生物制剂及旧药新用的研究进展。

摘要:
Compounds Rh6G-1 and RhB-2 with a novel receptor composed of tri-oxygen atoms of amide groups were designed and synthesized as new reversible fluorescent sensors for Fe 3+ . The prominent features of the novel sensor Rh6G-1 include a large fluorescence turn-on response in essentially pure water at room temperature, high sensitivity, high selectivity, a limit of detection, cell membrane permeability, and low cytotoxicity. These desirable attributes enable us to successfully employ the new sensor Rh6G-1 for Fe 3+ bioimaging in living cells. © 2018 Jiaoliang Wang et al., published by De Gruyter.
