This article analyzes human resource's characteristics of IT enterprises, and brings the ways to implement the effective human resource management in IT enterprises.

摘要:
A pseudo-dynamic test has been finished to a CFST tube structure model. The model with 13 floors and a scale of 1:10 consists of an outer-tube and an inner-tube, the former is a framed-tube supported on CFST frames and the latter is an RC tube. A series of pseudo-dynamic tests on acceleration earthquake waves in four cases (peak acceleration equal to 0.22g, 0.4g, 0.62g and 1.0g) have been fulfilled by taking to the model. Some behavior of model is researched under earthquake, such as displacement time-history cure, force time-history cure and so on. The experiment has illustrated that the CFST tube structure is an outstanding structural style with excellent anti-seismic behavior.

To simulate shear wall of tall building structures, some kinds of calculation methods towards Multi-Vertical-Line-Element Model are discussed in detail. A more reasonable element stiffness matrix and a improved Multi-Vertical-Line-Element Model are given. Combined with hysteretic axial model and hysteretic shear model, nonlinear analysis of a shear wall is put through. The calculation result indicates that the improved model has relatively well accuracy compared with test result.

A novel water-compatible hypercrosslinked resin modified by p-aminophenol was synthesized with chloromethylated polystyrene and p-aminophenol by Friedel-Crafts reaction. The objective of this work was to study the adsorption performances for salicylic acid onto p-aminophenol resin. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of salicylic acid onto p-aminophenol resin was superior to XAD-4 resin. It is seen that the maximum adsorption capacity is observed at pH of 3.0. It was found the adsorption dynamics obeyed the pseudo-first-order rate equation and the intra-particle diffusion was the rate-limiting step. The maximum adsorption capacity of salicylic acid for p-aminophenol resin was measured to be 283.7 mg/g with the equilibrium concentration at 404.6mg/L. The micropore structure, the pore diameter of p-aminophenol resin, the hydrogen bond between p-aminophenol resin and salicylic acid bring the larger adsorption capacity.

With the continuous development of data mining technology, to apply the data mining techniques to transportation sector will provide service to transportation scientifically and reasonably. In intelligent transportation, the analysis of traffic flow data is very important, how to analyze the traffic data intelligently is more difficult problem, so using a new data mining techniques to replace the traditional data analysis and interpretation methods is very necessary and meaningful, clustering algorithm is the collection of physical or abstracting objects into groups of similar objects from the multiple classes of processes. This paper describes all kinds of the data mining clustering algorithms, clustering algorithm is proposed in the method of dealing with traffic flow data, and applied to the actual traffic data processing, and finally the clustering algorithm is applied to each of highway toll station Various types of car traffic volume data analysis.

This article analyzes the characteristics and contents for the teaching mode of introducing 3D modeling into engineering g article graphics curriculum. By researching implementation of such teaching mode in some universities in recent years, the teaching contents, teaching methods as well as teaching effects are compared and analyzed. Some advantages and disadvantages of such teaching mode are described. Then some basic viewpoints and basic rules of introducing 3D modeling into engineering graphics curriculum are presented. The measures taken place in the teaching reform are discussed in detail from some aspects, such as teaching content optimization, teaching method improvement, application of modern teaching technology, manner of practice teaching, testing mode reformation, etc. As the results, he teaching effectiveness and the level of course construction are raised greatly.

摘要:
Facing the changing environment and requirements, software needs a way of agile software construction.The way is a good universal, but also flexible scalability.According to the idea of layered to create a general framework of software construction and using an external configuration file to describe the logical relationship of software structure, it implements the separation of program framework and business logic.Software construction framework can create the object by reading the configuration file to implement dynamic construction of the software system.It avoids the logic of the software structure to be fixed in the implementation.In software product line development can reflect the advantages of this model.

摘要:
In this paper, impulsive fuzzy bi-directional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with both distributed delays and time-varying delays are considered. Constructing a vector Lyapunov function, applying M-matrix theory and differential inequality techniques, some sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of equilibrium point for the addressed neural network. The results generalize and complete previous known results.

This paper discusses the correlation of S&T input and sustainable economic development. In order to fully reflect the relations, this paper chooses S&T input indicators (S&T expenditure and S&T personnel) and economic development indicator (gross product in different industries), using grey relational degree analytical method, to measure the correlation between two indicators. Taking 12 cities of Hunan province as the empirical analysis, this paper finds that the correlation of S&T personnel and economic development is stronger than S&T expenditure and economic development. 摘要:
The purpose of the paper is to use the grey relational analysis to make an empirical research on factors that influence urban land sustainable use. Methods of documentation, grey relational analysis are employed. The results indicate that land demand, land utilization technology, Government control factors are positively correlated to the urban land sustainable use. Land supply factors are negative correlated to the urban land sustainable use. It is concluded that developing the economic, improving and optimizing land use structure, improving ecological environment of land use, increasing investment in land-use technology, giving full play to market mechanisms, strengthening Government control, reducing the supply of land, will help to raise the level of sustainable urban land use.

Aiming at the phenomenon of the more conservative design of deep cement stirring pile currently, used optimization design theory such as genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization, taken the cement consumption as the object function, taken replacement rate, water-cement ratio, pile diameter and pile length as the design variables, composite foundation bearing capacity and settlement as restrictive conditions, the optimal design models are established respectively based on genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization. Case studies have shown that these two established models are effective. By comparison, the particle swarm optimization model is the more effective one.
