In this paper, impulsive fuzzy bi-directional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with both distributed delays and time-varying delays are considered. Constructing a vector Lyapunov function, applying M-matrix theory and differential inequality techniques, some sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of equilibrium point for the addressed neural network.
