The purpose of the paper is to use the grey relational analysis to make an empirical research on factors that influence urban land sustainable use. Methods of documentation, grey relational analysis are employed. The results indicate that land demand, land utilization technology, Government control factors are positively correlated to the urban land sustainable use.
