<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Hemicyanine dyes, with a tunable optical site and high wavelength tailorability, are of significant importance in the fields of sensing and diagnosis. Following the discovery of the near-infrared (NIR) (650–900 nm) fluorescent dyes Changsha (CS) and Huda (HD) by our group, remarkable progress has been made in the development of hemicyanine-based probes for in vivo imaging and detecting. In this review, we summarize the key contributions made by our group in developing long-wavelength (650–1700 nm) hemicyanines and utilizing them to construct functional probes. We propose a practical strategy to design a series of heavy-atom-free synergistic phototherapy agents (CSQs) with both photodynamic therapy (PDT) and photothermal therapy (PTT) under NIR wavelength excitation by simply replacing the indole salt of xanthene Changsha (CS) with quinoline salt.

摘要:
在红茶的非催化振荡体系研究的基础上,对金花黑茶的非催化振荡反应进行了研究,包括各反应物(金花黑茶、KBrO3、H2 SO4)的浓度、 反应温度对非催化振荡反应的影响,并分析了催化反应与非催化反应的不同,计算了金花黑茶非催化反应的活化能为90.43 kJ/mol.当[金花黑茶]=20.016 mg/mL,[H2 SO4]=0.48 mol/L,[KBrO3]=0.056 mol/L时,出现最佳振荡图谱,并且对非催化振荡反应的催化机理作了更进一步的探讨.

摘要:
<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Compounds <jats:bold>Rh6G-1</jats:bold> and <jats:bold>RhB-2</jats:bold> with a novel receptor composed of tri-oxygen atoms of amide groups were designed and synthesized as new reversible fluorescent sensors for Fe<jats:sup>3+</jats:sup>. The prominent features of the novel sensor <jats:bold>Rh6G-1</jats:bold> include a large fluorescence turn-on response in essentially pure water at room temperature, high sensitivity, high selectivity, a limit of detection, cell membrane permeability, and low cytotoxicity. These desirable attributes enable us to successfully employ the new sensor <jats:bold>Rh6G-1</jats:bold> for Fe<jats:sup>3+</jats:sup> bioimaging in living cells.</jats:p>

A near-infrared fluorescent probe NIR-Hg, for the detection of Hg2+ ion, has been synthesized directly by condensing Changsha dye with 4-Phenyl-3-thiosemicarbazide and the structure has fully characterized by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and ESI-MS. The probe has been designed on the basis of the reaction that Hg2+ ion promotes thiosemicarbazide to oxazole in aqueous media and had been induced to produce turn-on fluorescence via an irreversible spirolactam ring-opening process. The probe NIR-Hg has exhibited fast response (1 min), high sensitivity with 44-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement under six equivalent amounts of Hg2+ added, high selectivity over other related metal ions and a low detection limit of 5.8 × 10-8 M in the phosphate buffer. The linear response range covers the concentration of Hg2+ from 5 × 10-7 to 5 × 10-6 M. In addition, the probe has good cell-membrane permeability, which is suitable for fluorescence imaging for Hg2+ in living cells and in vivo mice. © 2017 IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要:
Mercury is one of the deadly toxic metals to humans. A new fluorescent probe CS-Hg for Hg<sup>2+</sup>has been designed and synthesized based on the Hg<sup>2+</sup>-promoted cyclization and the CS NIR platform. The probe upon interaction with different metal ions showed good sensitivity and high selectivity for Hg<sup>2+</sup>through fluorescence “turn-on”response in PBS buffer. Significantly, the probe CS-Hg is highly reactive to Hg<sup>2+</sup>with a very rapid response. Furthermore, we have demonstrated that the probe is applicable for Hg<sup>2+</sup>imaging in the living cells and in animals. ©2017 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
A turn-on fluorescent probe Coumarin-SO2 based on a nucleophilic addition reaction was developed for the rapid detection of SO32- in aqueous media. The probe Coumarin-SO2 displays excellent water solubility, fast response, highly sensitivity and highly selectivity over other biological related species. More importantly, living cell imaging experiments indicate the feasibility of using the probe for the detection of SO32- in biological systems. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

摘要:
A rhodamine/coumarin-based ratiometric fluorescent Fe3+ sensor has been designed and synthesized. The sensor exhibits a good response to Fe3+ ions with high sensitivity, selectivity and a large shift in the emission spectra (>100 nm), which shows Fe3+-induced FRET OFF-ON and PET ON-OFF behavior. 摘要:
采用振荡技术,研究了黑茶-丙酮-溴酸钾-硫酸锰-硫酸的振荡反应新体系的振荡图谱.测定了不同浓度,不同温度下黑茶的振荡反应图谱,考察了添加物碘酸钾对振荡行为的影响,并探索了黑茶的最佳饮用条件.实验结果表明:黑茶振荡体系诱导期表观活化能为Ein=96.919 kJ/mol,振荡周期平均活化能为Ep=64.275 kJ/mol,其最佳饮用条件为浸泡温度100℃、浸泡时间8 min、采用蒸煮茶叶或泡黑茶粉末的方式.这为黑茶制备黑茶饮料以及将黑茶入药的研究提供了一定的指导意义.

摘要:
A rhodamine-based fluorescence chemsensor bearing the 8-hydroxyquinoline unit is developed as a reversible turn-on chemosensor for Cu<sup>2+</sup>. It exhibits a highly sensitive fluorescent response toward Cu<sup>2+</sup> in aqueous media with an 80-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement under 10 equiv. of Cu<sup>2+</sup> added. This indicates that the synthesized chemosensor effectively avoided the fluorescence quenching for the paramagnetic nature of Cu<sup>2+</sup> via its strong binding capability toward Cu<sup>2+</sup>. The chemosensor Rh-Q exhibits a dynamic response range for Cu<sup>2+</sup> from 2 ×10<sup>-7</sup> to 5 ×10<sup>-5</sup> M, with a detection limit of 0.19 μM, and good selectivity for Cu<sup>2+</sup> over other heavy and transition metal (HTM) ions in Tris-HCl/EtOH (7:3, v/v, pH 7.4). In addition, the turn-on fluorescent change upon the addition of Cu<sup>2+</sup> is also applied in cell imaging. ©2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
A displacement method of detecting hydrogen sulfide in aqueous media based on complex L-Cu ensemble is developed. Once combined with Cu2+, complex L-Cu displayed high specificity for sulfide anion. Among the various anions, only sulfide anion induce the revival of fluoresecence of compound L, which is quenched by Cu2+, resulting in turn-on type sensing sulfide anion. Complex L-Cu exhibits a highly sensitive fluorescent response toward S2- by releasing compound L to give a remarkable change with 20-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement under 2 equivalent of S2- added in Tris-HCl/ DMF (20 mM, 6/4, v/v), and also exhibits a dynamic response range for S2- from 5×10-7 to 5×10-6 M, with a detection limit of 0.18 μM. In addition, the turn-on fluorescent change upon the addition of S2- is also applied in cell imaging.© 2013 PublishedbyElsevierB.V.

A new effective fluorescent sensor based on rhodamine was synthesized, which was induced by Cu 2 in aqueous media to produce turn-on fluorescence. The new sensor 1 exhibited good selectivity for Cu 2 over other heavy and transition metal (HTM) ions in H 2O/CH 3CN(7:3, v/v). Upon addition of Cu 2, a remarkable color change from colorless to pink was easily observed by the naked eye, and the dramatic fluorescence turn-on was corroborated. Furthermore, kinetic assay indicates that sensor 1 could be used for real-time tracking of Cu 2 in cells and organisms. In addition, the turn-on fluorescent change upon the addition of Cu 2 was also applied in bioimaging. © 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
A novel p-acetaminophen resin (named as GQ-1) was synthesized with chloromethylated polystyrene and p-acetaminophen. It can be used without any wetting process. The objective of this work was to study the adsorption performances for vanillin onto GQ-1 with two kinds of the hydrogen bond site of acetamino group and hydroxyl group. The results showed that the adsorption property of vanillin onto GQ-1 was superior to XAD-4, H103, NDA150, and NDA88. The adsorption capacity of vanillin onto GQ-1 is not greatly discrepant until the solution pH is higher than 5.31. The saturated adsorption quantity of vanillin was up to 141.32 mg/mL (wet resin) according to the dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments at 293 K. The resin could be regenerated by 7 BV ethanol.

乙酰苯胺;Friedel-Crafts反应;后交联树脂;香兰素
摘要:
用二氯乙烷为溶剂,用FeCl3为催化剂,使氯球和乙酰苯胺发生Friedel-Crafts反应制得了乙酰苯胺修饰的后交联树脂,详细研究了反应条件对树脂孔结构及对香兰素吸附性能的影响。根据树脂的比表面积、孔容、持水量、氯含量和对香兰素的吸附量等孔结构和性能指标来看,乙酰苯胺修饰的后交联树脂制备的最优条件为:用二氯乙烷为溶剂,反应温度在80℃,加入氯球质量8%的乙酰苯胺,加入氯球质量25%的无水FeCl3,反应10 h~12 h。在最优条件下合成的乙酰苯胺修饰的后交联树脂对香兰素的吸附性能明显优于XAD-4树脂。

摘要:
用二氯乙烷为溶剂,用FeCl_3为催化剂,使氯球和对乙酰氨基酚发生Friedel-Crafts反应制得了对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂,对其结构进行了表征,研究乙酰氨基和酚羟基二类氢键作用位点修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附性能.结果表明,红外光谱显示对乙酰氨基酚已被成功地修饰在后交联树脂上.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂与氯球相比,BET比表面积、孔容明显增大,孔径明显变小.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附量明显高于75%活性炭的聚砜微球对双酚A的吸附量.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附为放热、自发的过程;树脂可以用100%酒精解吸,解吸率为99.92%;吸附动力学数据符合一级吸附速率方程,颗粒内扩散是吸附速率的主要控制步骤,吸附速率同时还受液膜扩散的影响
