摘要:
氯甲基聚苯乙烯和2-氨基吡啶发生亲核取代反应,合成2-氨基吡啶修饰的聚苯乙烯树脂(简记为Jx-08),以XAD-4树脂为参照,研究JX-08树脂对水溶液中2,4-D的吸附性能.实验结果表明,JX-08树脂在较宽的pH值范围(pH值在2~11)对2,4-D的吸附量大,XAD-4树脂在pH值小于2时对2,4-D的吸附量大;JX-08树脂对2,4-D的吸附符合Freundlich方程模型,XAD-4树脂对2,4-D的吸附符合Langrnuir方程模型;当2,4-D流出液浓度为上样浓度的1%时,JX-08树脂和XAD-4树脂对2,4-D的吸附量分别为148.2mg/mL和40.Smg/mL.JX-08树脂和XAD-4树脂吸附的2,4-D可分别用6.5BV 2mol/L NaOH和6.5BV C2H5OH解吸.吸附机理表明,XAD-4树脂吸附2,4-D以疏水作用为主要推动力,而JX-08树脂对2,4-D的吸附存在阴离子交换和疏水作用,且阴离子交换对JX-08树脂吸附2,4-D的贡献大于疏水作用对JX-08树脂吸附2,4-D的贡献.

摘要:
将氯球中-CH_2Cl转化为亚甲基交联桥,合成微孔丰富的超高交联树脂(命名为JX-06)。同时将氯球中50%的-CH_2Cl转化为亚甲基交联桥,50%的-CH_2Cl与邻氨基吡啶反应,合成既具有超高交联树脂孔结构和大孔树脂孔结构,又具有邻氨基吡啶功能基的复合孔结构树脂(命名为JX-11),对比研究JX-06树脂和JX-11树脂对2,4-D酸的吸附性能。实验结果表明,JX-06树脂吸附2,4-D酸的吸附量随pH值的变化规律与2,4-D酸分子比(2,4-D酸分子在2,4-D酸分子和2,4-D酸离子总和中所占的比)随pH值的变化规律相一致。JX-11树脂在pH值为3.23时对2,4-D酸的吸附量最大。疏水效应和阴离子交换的多重吸附导致JX-11树脂对2,4-D酸的吸附量大于JX-06树脂。复合孔结构使JX-11树脂比JX-06树脂对2,4-D酸有更高的吸附速率。经5次吸附解吸循环, JX-06树脂对2,4-D酸的吸附量略有减小,而JX-11树脂对2,4-D酸的吸附量则保持稳定。

摘要:
采用铁碳微电解/H2O2耦合工艺预处理水溶液中砷,研究了溶液初始p H、铁碳球投加量、曝气流量、H2O2投加量、反应温度和初始总砷(TAs)浓度等因素对砷去除效果的影响﹒结果表明,在铁碳微电解体系中加入H2O2能明显提高水溶液中TAs和三价砷(As(Ⅲ))去除率﹒当溶液初始TAs和As(Ⅲ)浓度分别为539 mg/L和368 mg/L,溶液初始pH为2.5,铁碳球投加量为530 g/L,曝气流量为60 m L/min,H2O2投加量为2 m L,在15℃下曝气反应1 h时,溶液中TAs和As(Ⅲ)去除率分别达到61.94%和55.06%;然而,未加H2O2,在同样条件下处理,TAs和As(Ⅲ)去除率分别为47.07%和41.97%。

Two approaches were used to synthesize two resins with different pore structures. In one way, the [sbnd]CH2Cl groups in macroporous chloromethylated polystyrene resin were transformed to methylene bridges, and achieved a hypercrosslinked resin with plentiful micropores (denoted GQ-06). In the other way, 50% of the [sbnd]CH2Cl groups in chloromethylated polystyrene resin was used to produce micropores, while the residual 50% of the [sbnd]CH2Cl groups was reacted with 2-aminopyridine, and prepared another resin with double pore structure of hypercrosslinked resin and macroporous resin (denoted GQ-11). The adsorption of salicylic acid (SA) on GQ-11 was investigated using GQ-06 as the reference adsorbent. The effect of pH on the adsorption of SA on GQ-06 was consistent with the dissociation curve of SA. The maximum adsorption capacity of SA on GQ-11 was observed at the solution pH of 2.64. The greater adsorption rate of SA on GQ-11 than that of GQ-06 was attributed to its double pore structure. The multifunctional adsorption mechanism of anion exchange and hydrophobic interaction resulted in the larger equilibrium capacity of SA on GQ-11 than that of GQ-06. GQ-06 and GQ-11 could be regenerated by absolute alcohol and 80% of alcohol −0.5mol/L of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, respectively. © 2017 Elsevier B.V.

Different functional group modified hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbents H103, GQ-1, GQ-2 and GQ-5 were synthesized from macroporous crosslinked chloromethylated styrene-divinylbenzene copolymers. Phenol was selected as a hydrogen bonding donator. The object of this work was to explore the effect of hydrogen bonding receptor in micropores of adsorbent on adsorption capacity. Results showed the BET surface area and pore volume followed the order H103>GQ-5>GQ-2>GQ-1 while the adsorption capacity of phenol onto the four hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbents followed the order GQ-1>GQ-2>GQ-5>H103. The density functional theory indicated that hydrogen bonding receptor in micropores of the adsorbents was a crucial factor for the adsorption capacity order. © 2016 Elsevier Inc.

摘要:
制备BET比表面积为1019.08m~2/g、微孔面积为844.44m~2/g的超高交联树脂(简记为 H-06),研究H-06超高交联树脂的超声辅助磺化。以负载的磺酸基团为评价指标,H-06超高交联树脂超声辅助磺化的最优条件为:二甲亚砜为溶胀剂、反应温度为80℃、超声功率为180W、硫酸浓度为92.5%、树脂与硫酸用量比为1:5、超声时间为1.5h。最优条件下超声辅助磺化树脂(简记为GQ-07)磺酸基团负载量为1.75m mol/g、BET比表面积为553.69m~2/g、微孔面积为483.48m~2/g。非超声辅助磺化树脂(简记为H-07)磺酸基团负载量为0.75m mol/g、BET比表面积为589.91m~2/g、微孔面积为514.34m~2/g。4种超高交联树脂对2-氨基酚的吸附量顺序为GQ-07> H-07>H-06>H103。

以二氯乙烷为溶剂,FeCl_3为催化剂,氯球发生Friedel-Crafts反应制备氯质量分数为6.32%的超高交联树脂(简记为GQ-09),将GQ-09树脂进一步用2-氨基吡啶修饰,制备超高交联树脂(简记为GQ-10),研究GQ-10树脂对水杨酸的吸附性能。实验结果表明:GQ-10树脂在pH为2.16时对水杨酸的吸附性能最好;GQ-10树脂对水杨酸的吸附等温线同时服从Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程;与树脂的孔结构对应,GQ-10树脂对水杨酸的吸附在2个时间段均适用准一级速率方程;GQ-10树脂对水杨酸的吸附既有阴离子交换,又存在酸碱作用和疏水作用。 GQ-10树脂吸附的水杨酸可用80%乙醇-0.5 mol/L NaOH解吸,解吸率为99.41%。

Comparative adsorption of glyphosate from aqueous solution by 2-aminopyridine modified polystyrene resin (denoted GQ-08 resin), D301 resin and 330 resin was investigated with respect to influencing factors, salinity resistance and mechanism. Results showed the maximum adsorption capacity of glyphosate onto the three resins was observed at pH of 2.51, and glyphosate was adsorbed in the form of HOPO2-CH<inf>2</inf>NH2+CH<inf>2</inf>COOH and HOPO2-CH<inf>2</inf>NH2+CH<inf>2</inf>COO<sup>-</sup>. The adsorption capacity of glyphosate onto the three resins followed the order 330 resin >D301 resin >GQ-08 resin, consistent with their total exchange capability order. GQ-08 resin exhibited excellent salinity resistance. Salinity resistance of GQ-08 resin resulted from the hydrogen bonding for the adsorption of glyphosate, while 330 resin and D301 resin exhibited the single adsorption mechanism of anion exchange. ©2015 Elsevier B.V.

Hydrophobic-hydrophilic macroporous polydivinylbenzene/polymethylacrylethylenediamine IPN (PDVB/PMAEM IPN) was synthesized indirectly through the strong forced compatibility. The effects of the hydrophobicity of adsorbate on the adsorption of salicylic acid and 5-sulfosalicylic acid onto the hydrophobic-hydrophilic PDVB/PMAEM IPN were investigated. PDVB/PMAEM IPN exhibited greater adsorption capacity of salicylic acid than that of 5-sulfosalicylic acid. The absolute values of Delta H, Delta G and Delta S of the adsorption of salicylic acid onto PDVB/PMAEM IPN were greater than those of 5-sulfosalicylic acid, indicating the adsorption of salicylic acid onto PDVB/PMAEM IPN was more welcome. Adsorption mechanism proved that greater adsorption capacity of salicylic acid onto PDVB/PMAEM IPN than that of 5-sulfosalicylic acid was attributed to the stronger hydrophobicity of salicylic acid. According to the planar structure and the small molecular size of theophylline (TP), a novel hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbent with high microporous surface area (denoted GQ-06) was synthesized and its adsorption to TP was explored from aqueous solution. The results showed that GQ-06 possessed a high microporous surface area of 1223 m2/g and bimodal pore size distributions. The equilibrium adsorption capacity of TP on the five polymeric adsorbents followed an order as: XAD-4 < NDA-88 < H103 <NDA-150 <GQ-06, which was in agreement with the order of the microporous surface area. The adsorption as a function of the solution pH was accordant with the dissociation curve of TP from aqueous solution. The equilibrium adsorption capacity of TP on GQ-06 increased with increasing of the ionic strength due to the predominant contribution of the hydrophobic effect. The pseudo-first-order rate equation described the adsorption in two stages according to the bimodal pore size distributions. The adsorption isotherms were correlated to the Freundlich equation. The breakthrough capacity and the total capacity of TP on GQ-06 were up to 45.9 and 105.8 mg/mL respectively, and it could be regenerated by 4 BV of anhydrous ethanol. © 2016 Elsevier Inc. Graphene sheets (GS)@manganic manganous oxide (Mn3O4) nanocomposites were prepared via a simple solvothermal process. GS@Mn3O4/nafion (Nf) film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated and applied for the detection of dopamine (DA) without the interference of ascorbic acid (AA) at the low working potential. The prepared nanocomposites (GS@Mn3O4) were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and the morphology of different electrodes was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrochemical properties of the modified electrode (GCE|GS@Mn3O4/Nf) were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and current-time method (i-t curve). Under the optimized experimental conditions, the i-t curve showed a linear dependence on DA concentrations ranging from 1.0×10-6 to 1.3×10-3 M (R=0.9985) with a detection limit of 8.0×10-8 M (S/N=3). The proposed method was used to detect DA in real pharmaceutical samples using the standard addition method without additional sample pre-treatment with satisfactory results, which showed great promise for screen-determination of DA in real samples. © 2015 The Authors.

用LVJ-NF102聚酰胺纳滤膜在LJ-2540ST卷式膜中试设备中进行纳滤截留水体中磺胺二甲基嘧啶实验,考察操作时间、操作压力、磺胺二甲基嘧啶浓度和离子强度等因素对纳滤膜截留磺胺二甲基嘧啶的影响。结果表明,LVJ纳滤膜对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率100 min后基本稳定;随操作压力的增加,LVJ纳滤膜通量和对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率都增大;随着溶液中磺胺二甲基嘧啶浓度的增加,LVJ纳滤膜通量下降,对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率先增大后维持不变;随溶液中离子强度的增加,LVJ纳滤膜通量和对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率都减小。在磺胺二甲基嘧啶浓度为28.2 mg/L、操作压力为0.4 MPa条件下,LVJ纳滤膜5 min可使溶液中磺胺二甲基嘧啶截留82.7%。

Effects of the steric hindrance of micropores in the hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbent on the adsorption of p-nitroaniline in aqueous solution

A hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbent with "CH<inf>2</inf>phenolCH<inf>2</inf>" as the cross-linked bridge (denoted GQ-05), and another hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbent with "CH<inf>2</inf>p-cresolCH<inf>2</inf>" as the cross-linked bridge (denoted GQ-03) were synthesized to reveal the effect of the steric hindrance of micropores in the hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbent on adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of p-nitroaniline (PNA) from aqueous solution. The results of adsorption kinetics indicated the order of the adsorption rate GQ-05>GQ-03. The pseudo-first-order rate equation could describe the entire adsorption process of PNA onto GQ-05 while the equation characterized the adsorption process of GQ-03 in two stages. The order of the adsorption capacity GQ-05>GQ-03 was demonstrated by thermodynamic analysis and dynamic adsorption. The steric hindrance of micropores in the hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbent was a crucial factor for the order of the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate. ©2014 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
On account of the high toxicity of nitrobenzene, 1,2-dichloroethane was used as solvent. A novel water-compatible hyper-cross-linked resin functionalized with amino-group (denoted as GQ-04) was synthesized to remove salicylic acid (SA) in aqueous solution. The maximum adsorption capacity of SA onto GQ-04 was observed at pH of 1.88. The adsorption capacity increased with the increasing salt concentration. The adsorption kinetic data obeyed the pseudo-second-order rate equation and the adsorption isotherms can be characterized by Freundlich model. The intraparticle diffusion was the main rate-controlling step. The saturated adsorption quantity of SA was up to 119.9 mg·mL-1 according to the dynamic adsorption at 293 K. The resin could be regenerated by the 6 BV mixed solution of 80% ethanol and 0.5 mol/L NaOH. The size matching and hydrogen bonding between GQ-04 and SA and the micropore structure resulted in the larger adsorption capacity in comparison with XAD-4 and H103 resin. 摘要:
A hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbent GQ-1 functionalized with acetamino groups and hydroxyl groups was synthesized to remove phenol. Results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of GQ-1 emerged at the molecular state of phenol. More favorable adsorption of phenol onto GQ-1 than XAD-4 was further demonstrated by thermodynamic analysis. The breakthrough capacity of GQ-1 was 2.53 times that of XAD-4 when the effluent concentration reached 5mg/L.

摘要:
用共沉淀法制备了Cu-Cr-Zn催化剂,考察了Cu/Cr/Zn比、沉淀温度、沉淀时pH值、煅烧温度等制备条件对甘油制备羟基丙酮的影响,并对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:共沉淀法制备Cu-Cr-Zn催化剂具有较高的催化活性,而且其稳定性和再生能力较好,适宜催化剂制备条件为:Cu/Cr/Zn比为1∶1∶0.5,沉淀温度为70℃,沉淀时pH值为8.0,煅烧温度为400℃,羟基丙酮的选择性可达到90.2%。

The objective of this work was to study the comparison of the adsorption performances of phenol in aqueous solution onto H103 resin and XAD-4 resin. Experimental results showed that the molecular form of phenol is favorable for the adsorption. The adsorption capacity of phenol onto H103 was much larger than that of XAD-4 due to its average pore diameter. The pseudo-first-order rate equation can characterize the adsorption of phenol onto H103 and XAD-4. The rate constant k<inf>1</inf> for XAD-4 is greater than the one of H103 at the same condition, consistent with the shorter required time for XAD-4. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
A novel hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbent modified with acetylaniline as the cross-linked bridge (denoted GQ-02) was synthesized for the enhanced removal of bisphenol A (BPA) from aqueous solution. Its chemical structure and pore structure were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and surface area analysis. Results showed that the adsorption capacity of BPA onto GQ-02 was larger than that of the commercial resins NDA-150, H103, NDA-88, NDA-99, and XAD-4 due to the cross-linked bridge of acetylaniline uploaded on GQ-02 resin. The solution pH had no significant effect on the adsorption capacity until it was higher than 6.39. The adsorption rate of GQ-02 was greater than that of H103 because of the longer cross-linked bridge between two benzene rings. The adsorption isotherms could be correlated to the Langmuir equation. More favorable adsorption of BPA onto GQ-02 than H103 was further demonstrated by thermodynamic analysis. Nearly 100% regeneration efficiency for GQ-02 was achieved by 80% ethanol and 0.5. mol/L NaOH. © 2012.

A novel water-compatible microporous and mesoporous hyper-cross-linked resin modified with phenolic hydroxyl group (named as GQ-03) was synthesized to remove aniline in aqueous solution as compared with XAD-4. The maximum adsorption capacity of GQ-03 emerged at the molecular state for both aniline and p-cresol while the pH dependency trend of aniline adsorbed onto XAD-4 was accordant with the dissociation curve of aniline. The ionic strength influenced the adsorption obviously. The pseudo-first-order rate equation could describe the adsorption process of aniline onto GQ-03 in two stages while this equation could characterize the entire adsorption process of XAD-4. The adsorption isotherms could be correlated to the Freundlich model, higher KF and n values for GQ-03 than XAD-4. The breakthrough capacity and the total adsorption capacity of GQ-03 and XAD-4 was up to 47.2 mg mL−1 and 28.3 mg mL−1, 271.7 mg mL−1 and 115.6 mg mL−1, respectively. The size matching between the pore diameter of GQ-03 and the molecular size of aniline, and hydrogen bonding between GQ-03 and aniline resulted in the larger adsorption capacity.
