Synthesis of the water-compatible p-acetaminophen resin and its adsorption performances for vanillin in aqueous solution

摘要:
A novel p-acetaminophen resin (named as GQ-1) was synthesized with chloromethylated polystyrene and p-acetaminophen. It can be used without any wetting process. The objective of this work was to study the adsorption performances for vanillin onto GQ-1 with two kinds of the hydrogen bond site of acetamino group and hydroxyl group. The results showed that the adsorption property of vanillin onto GQ-1 was superior to XAD-4, H103, NDA150, and NDA88. The adsorption capacity of vanillin onto GQ-1 is not greatly discrepant until the solution pH is higher than 5.31. The saturated adsorption quantity of vanillin was up to 141.32 mg/mL (wet resin) according to the dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments at 293 K. The resin could be regenerated by 7 BV ethanol. © 2011 Gu Qing Xiao.

摘要:
Cerium and nitrogen co-doped TiO<inf>2</inf> nanocrystals were synthesized by a simple sol-gel process, using tetrabutyl titanate as the raw materials with (NH<inf>4</inf>)<inf>2</inf>Ce(SO<inf>4</inf>)<inf>3</inf> and urea as ion donors. The co-doped TiO<inf>2</inf> nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electro microscopy. The photodegradation of glyphosate has been investigated in aqueous suspensions of doped TiO<inf>2</inf> under visible irradiation. The results exhibit a higher thermal stability of anatase than pure TiO<inf>2</inf>. The uniform test results show the optimal conditions: n<inf>Ce</inf>/n<inf>Ti</inf> n<inf>N</inf>/n<inf>Ti</inf> and calcining temperature was 0.08, 0.01 and 800°C. The highest degradation rate for co-doped TiO<inf>2</inf> show five times photocatalytic activity of Degussa P25. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications.

摘要:
目的 建立荧光光度法测定实际样品中铜离子的含量。方法 基于铜离子对阿莫西林的荧光有显著的熄灭作用,建立了荧光法快速测定铜离子含量的新方法。结果 铜离子与阿莫西林发生配合反应,配合物的组成比为1:2,将该方法用于水样中铜离子的测定,铜离子浓度的线性范围为1.00×10~(-6)~5.00×10~(-2)mol/L,检出限为1.87×10~(-7)mol/L。样品回收率为 94.0%-106.5%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确.

摘要:
采用静态吸附法研究了330阴离子交换树脂对水中草甘膦的吸附性能,并研究了吸附动力学;测定了溶液的pH值、温度、NaCl含量等因素对330树脂吸附草甘膦的影响。结果表明:330树脂对水中草甘膦的吸附速率快;在pH=2.69时对草甘膦的吸附性能最好;330树脂对草甘膦的吸附是放热、自发的过程,吸附等温线符合Freundlich方程;NaCl含量对330树脂吸附草甘膦有显著影响。

摘要:
A novel water-compatible hypercrosslinked resin modified by p-aminophenol was synthesized with chloromethylated polystyrene and p-aminophenol by Friedel-Crafts reaction. The objective of this work was to study the adsorption performances for salicylic acid onto p-aminophenol resin. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of salicylic acid onto p-aminophenol resin was superior to XAD-4 resin. It is seen that the maximum adsorption capacity is observed at pH of 3.0. It was found the adsorption dynamics obeyed the pseudo-first-order rate equation and the intra-particle diffusion was the rate-limiting step. The maximum adsorption capacity of salicylic acid for p-aminophenol resin was measured to be 283.7 mg/g with the equilibrium concentration at 404.6mg/L. The micropore structure, the pore diameter of p-aminophenol resin, the hydrogen bond between p-aminophenol resin and salicylic acid bring the larger adsorption capacity.

摘要:
用二氯乙烷为溶剂,用FeCl3为催化剂,使氯球和乙酰苯胺发生Friedel-Crafts反应制得了乙酰苯胺修饰的后交联树脂,详细研究了反应条件对树脂孔结构及对香兰素吸附性能的影响。根据树脂的比表面积、孔容、持水量、氯含量和对香兰素的吸附量等孔结构和性能指标来看,乙酰苯胺修饰的后交联树脂制备的最优条件为:用二氯乙烷为溶剂,反应温度在80℃,加入氯球质量8%的乙酰苯胺,加入氯球质量25%的无水FeCl3,反应10 h~12 h。在最优条件下合成的乙酰苯胺修饰的后交联树脂对香兰素的吸附性能明显优于XAD-4树脂。

用二氯乙烷为溶剂,用FeCl_3为催化剂,使氯球和对乙酰氨基酚发生Friedel-Crafts反应制得了对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂,对其结构进行了表征,研究乙酰氨基和酚羟基二类氢键作用位点修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附性能.结果表明,红外光谱显示对乙酰氨基酚已被成功地修饰在后交联树脂上.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂与氯球相比,BET比表面积、孔容明显增大,孔径明显变小.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附量明显高于75%活性炭的聚砜微球对双酚A的吸附量.对乙酰氨基酚修饰的后交联树脂对双酚A的吸附为放热、自发的过程;树脂可以用100%酒精解吸,解吸率为99.92%;吸附动力学数据符合一级吸附速率方程,颗粒内扩散是吸附速率的主要控制步骤,吸附速率同时还受液膜扩散的影响

采用分步悬浮聚合法制备了具有疏水性能的聚二乙烯基苯(polydivinyibenzene,PDVB)为第一网,具有亲水性能的聚丙烯酰乙二胺(polyacrylethylenediamine,PAEM)为第二网的疏水/亲水大孔聚二乙烯基苯/聚丙烯酰乙二胺(PDVB/PAEM)互穿聚合物物内网络(interpenetrating polymer networks,IPN),研究这类疏水/亲水IPN组成的树脂对吸附质的吸附热力学和吸附动力学;测定了该树脂对香兰素在不同温度下的吸附等温线,吸附等温线符合Freundlich 等温吸附方程,利用热力学函数关系计算出了吸附焓、自由能和熵变.实验表明,PDVB/PAEMIPN树脂中疏水性的 PDVB 网具有疏水作用吸附能力,亲水性的PAEM网具有氧键作用吸附能力.吸附动力学数据符合 Lagergren 二级速率方程,颗粒内扩散是吸附速率的主要控制步骤,可口采用 HSDM 模型加以描述.

摘要:
The macroporous polydivinylbenzene/poly(methyl acrylate) interpenetrating polymer network (PDVB/PMA IPN) was prepared by the sequential suspension polymerization method, and was modified to be hydrophobic-hydrophilic macroporous polydivinylbenzene/poly (sodium acrylate) IPN (PDVB/PNaA IPN) by converting the PMA to PNaA under the condition of base. The effects of different mass ratio of the two networks and different cross-linking degree of the second network on the pore structure and adsorption capacity of PDVB/PNaA IPN resin were studied. The PDVB/PNaA IPN resin whose adsorption quantity is the biggest was chosen to study further. The pore structure, the weak acid exchange capacity, the water retention capacity, and the swelling ability of PDVB/PNaA IPN resin were measured. The study focused on the adsorption isotherms of berberine at different temperatures. Isosteric adsorption enthalpy, adsorption Gibbs free energies can be calculated according to tSh1ermodynamic functions. The results show that the saturated adsorption quantity of berberine is up to 109.4 mg ml<sup>-1</sup> (wet resin) by the way of dynamic adsorption and desorption experiment. The resin could be reused by the mixture with 0.5% sodium chloride and 80% ethanol. On the one hand the hydrophobic PDVB in the PDVB/PNaA IPN resin has the ability of adsorption using π-πinteraction, and on the other hand the hydrophilic PNaA in the PDVB/PNaA IPN resin has the ability of adsorption using ion exchange interaction. An important conclusion can be drawn that the PDVB/PNaA IPN resin has a promising application prospect in extracting and separating quaternary ammonium type alkaloids such as berberine. ©2009 John Wiley &Sons, Ltd.

采用分步悬浮聚合法制备了聚二乙烯基苯/聚丙烯酸甲酯(PDVB/PMA)大孔互穿聚合物网络,将其中的聚丙烯酸甲酯用乙二胺氨解,合成了具有疏水/亲水性能的聚二乙烯基苯/聚(N-2-氨基乙基丙烯酰胺)(PDVB/PNAEAM)大孔互穿聚合物网络(IPN);测定了该树脂的孔结构、含水量、弱碱交换量和溶胀性能;测定了该树脂对水杨酸在不同温度下的吸附等温线,利用热力学函数关系计算出了吸附焓、自由能和熵.推测PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂中疏水性的PDVB一网具有疏水作用吸附能力、亲水性的PNAEAM一网具有氢键作用吸附能力.动态吸附及脱附实验表明湿态PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂对水溶液中水杨酸的饱和吸附量达到46.1mg/mL.树脂可以通过4%NaOH溶液再生.PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂在分离工业废水中水杨酸等芳香有机酸有良好的应用前景.
