摘要:
根据活性亚结构拼接原理,通过紫罗兰酮与(取代)苯甲醛反应合成了紫罗兰酮基双查尔酮,然后经与氨基硫脲缩合得到一系列未见报道的新型含紫罗兰酮、查尔酮及氨基硫脲3种优势结构单元的杂化体,它们的化学结构经傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振波谱(~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR)、元素分析及质谱(MS)等测试技术所证实。采用溴化噻唑蓝四氮唑(MTT)法初步测定其体外抗肿瘤活性(乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7),肝癌细胞(HepG2),肺癌细胞(A549)),结果表明,对于不同类型的肿瘤细胞,化合物展现较好的增殖抑制活性。尤其是化合物3a与3b对MCF-7细胞展现较强的抗增殖活性,半数致死量(IC_(50))值分别为10.83和7.62 μmol/L,化合物3e对A549细胞显示一定的增殖抑制活性效果(IC_(50)值为13.36 μmol/L),化合物3f对HepG2细胞表现了高效的抗增殖活性(IC_(50)值为8.55 μmol/L)。目标物的抗增殖活性与紫罗兰酮结构及査尔酮环上不同电子效应的取代基有关。

摘要:
Two approaches were used to synthesize two resins with different pore structures. In one way, the [sbnd]CH2Cl groups in macroporous chloromethylated polystyrene resin were transformed to methylene bridges, and achieved a hypercrosslinked resin with plentiful micropores (denoted GQ-06). In the other way, 50% of the [sbnd]CH2Cl groups in chloromethylated polystyrene resin was used to produce micropores, while the residual 50% of the [sbnd]CH2Cl groups was reacted with 2-aminopyridine, and prepared another resin with double pore structure of hypercrosslinked resin and macroporous resin (denoted GQ-11). The adsorption of salicylic acid (SA) on GQ-11 was investigated using GQ-06 as the reference adsorbent. The effect of pH on the adsorption of SA on GQ-06 was consistent with the dissociation curve of SA. The maximum adsorption capacity of SA on GQ-11 was observed at the solution pH of 2.64. The greater adsorption rate of SA on GQ-11 than that of GQ-06 was attributed to its double pore structure. The multifunctional adsorption mechanism of anion exchange and hydrophobic interaction resulted in the larger equilibrium capacity of SA on GQ-11 than that of GQ-06. GQ-06 and GQ-11 could be regenerated by absolute alcohol and 80% of alcohol −0.5mol/L of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, respectively. © 2017 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
以二氯乙烷为溶剂,FeCl_3为催化剂,氯球发生Friedel-Crafts反应制备氯质量分数为6.32%的超高交联树脂(简记为GQ-09),将GQ-09树脂进一步用2-氨基吡啶修饰,制备超高交联树脂(简记为GQ-10),研究GQ-10树脂对水杨酸的吸附性能。实验结果表明:GQ-10树脂在pH为2.16时对水杨酸的吸附性能最好;GQ-10树脂对水杨酸的吸附等温线同时服从Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程;与树脂的孔结构对应,GQ-10树脂对水杨酸的吸附在2个时间段均适用准一级速率方程;GQ-10树脂对水杨酸的吸附既有阴离子交换,又存在酸碱作用和疏水作用。 GQ-10树脂吸附的水杨酸可用80%乙醇-0.5 mol/L NaOH解吸,解吸率为99.41%。

摘要:
Hydrophobic-hydrophilic macroporous polydivinylbenzene/polymethylacrylethylenediamine IPN (PDVB/PMAEM IPN) was synthesized indirectly through the strong forced compatibility. The effects of the hydrophobicity of adsorbate on the adsorption of salicylic acid and 5-sulfosalicylic acid onto the hydrophobic-hydrophilic PDVB/PMAEM IPN were investigated. PDVB/PMAEM IPN exhibited greater adsorption capacity of salicylic acid than that of 5-sulfosalicylic acid. The absolute values of Delta H, Delta G and Delta S of the adsorption of salicylic acid onto PDVB/PMAEM IPN were greater than those of 5-sulfosalicylic acid, indicating the adsorption of salicylic acid onto PDVB/PMAEM IPN was more welcome. Adsorption mechanism proved that greater adsorption capacity of salicylic acid onto PDVB/PMAEM IPN than that of 5-sulfosalicylic acid was attributed to the stronger hydrophobicity of salicylic acid. According to the planar structure and the small molecular size of theophylline (TP), a novel hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbent with high microporous surface area (denoted GQ-06) was synthesized and its adsorption to TP was explored from aqueous solution. The results showed that GQ-06 possessed a high microporous surface area of 1223 m2/g and bimodal pore size distributions. The equilibrium adsorption capacity of TP on the five polymeric adsorbents followed an order as: XAD-4 < NDA-88 < H103 <NDA-150 <GQ-06, which was in agreement with the order of the microporous surface area. The adsorption as a function of the solution pH was accordant with the dissociation curve of TP from aqueous solution. The equilibrium adsorption capacity of TP on GQ-06 increased with increasing of the ionic strength due to the predominant contribution of the hydrophobic effect. The pseudo-first-order rate equation described the adsorption in two stages according to the bimodal pore size distributions. The adsorption isotherms were correlated to the Freundlich equation. The breakthrough capacity and the total capacity of TP on GQ-06 were up to 45.9 and 105.8 mg/mL respectively, and it could be regenerated by 4 BV of anhydrous ethanol. © 2016 Elsevier Inc. 摘要:
用LVJ-NF102聚酰胺纳滤膜在LJ-2540ST卷式膜中试设备中进行纳滤截留水体中磺胺二甲基嘧啶实验,考察操作时间、操作压力、磺胺二甲基嘧啶浓度和离子强度等因素对纳滤膜截留磺胺二甲基嘧啶的影响。结果表明,LVJ纳滤膜对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率100 min后基本稳定;随操作压力的增加,LVJ纳滤膜通量和对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率都增大;随着溶液中磺胺二甲基嘧啶浓度的增加,LVJ纳滤膜通量下降,对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率先增大后维持不变;随溶液中离子强度的增加,LVJ纳滤膜通量和对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率都减小。在磺胺二甲基嘧啶浓度为28.2 mg/L、操作压力为0.4 MPa条件下,LVJ纳滤膜5 min可使溶液中磺胺二甲基嘧啶截留82.7%。

摘要:
采用柴油作捕收剂、甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)作起泡剂对锂离子电池电极材料进行浮选实验研究,考察捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量、分散剂和抑制剂种类及用量对正极材料钴酸锂回收率的影响。研究结果表明:当矿浆质量浓度为0.05 g/mL,pH 为6.0时,以0.15 mg柴油为捕收剂,0.75 mg六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,0.75 mg聚丙烯酸钠作抑制剂,0.84 mg MIBC为起泡剂,正极材料钴酸锂的回收率达93%。

摘要:
在对甲苯磺酸催化下,将芳香醛与芳胺于室温下研磨可得较高收率的苯甲醛缩苯胺衍生物,通过单因素实验研究研磨时间、对甲苯磺酸用量及取代基类型对缩合反应的影响。研究结果表明采用对甲苯磺酸催化研磨法合成苯甲醛缩苯胺衍生物最佳工艺条件是:芳香醛、芳胺、对甲苯磺酸的摩尔比为100:100:3,反应温度为室温,研磨时间为1~3 min,在此条件下,反应收率可达86.5%~95.5%,比采用溶剂回流法和常规研磨法所得收率有显著提高,而且反应时间减少0.5%;芳醛环上取代基对反应无影响,但芳胺环上邻、对位的强吸电子基抑制反应的进行;与传统方法相比,对甲苯磺酸催化研磨法具有反应时间短、条件温和、操作简单、收率高等优点,为同类化合物的合成提供了一个简便而有效的方法。

With the development of economy and electronic technology, Lithium-ion Batteries (LIBs)have become new flourishing energy-materials. With the wide utilization and consumption of them, there are large amounts of spent lithium-ion batteries produced. The LIBs contain many valued metals, and the recovery and utilization of them can not only reduce environmental pollution, but also slow the lack of resource effectively, increase social and economic benefit. 摘要:
A heteropolyanion-containing polypyrrole/carbon nanotube modified electrode has been fabricated through entrapment of phosphomolybdic acid (H 3PMO12O40) in polypyrrole (PPy) film on multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified gold electrode. The electrochemical behavior and the electrocatalytic property of the modified electrode were investigated in acidic solution. Compared with the H 3PMo12O40/PPy/gold electrode, the H 3PMo12O40/PPy/MWNTs/gold electrode has shown enhanced electrocatalytic property to the reduction of nitrite. Steady-state amperometry has been applied to characterize the modified electrode as an amperometric sensor for the determination of nitrite. Effects of PPy film thickness and MWNTs concentration on the current response of the modified electrode for the detection of nitrite have been investigated and discussed. Under the optimized conditions, a linear range from 5.0 × 10-6 to 3.4 × 10-2 M has been observed for the H3PMo 12O40/PPy/MWNTs/gold electrode with a sensitivity of 1214.1 mA M-1 cm-2 and a detection limit of 1.0 × 10-6 M according to a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. 应用五水四氯化锡催化己二酸和正丁酯的酯化反应,合成了己二酸二丁酯.研究结果表明,五水四氯化锡具有较高的催化活性.考察了己二酸/正丁醇摩尔比和催化剂用量对酯产率的影响,在适宜反应条件[n(己二酸)∶n(正丁醇)∶n(四氯化锡)=1∶8∶0.114,回流反应60min]下,己二酸二丁酯的产率为96.9%.

摘要:
在五水四氯化锡存在下,肉桂酸和乙醇发生酯化反应合成肉桂酸乙酯.考察了五水四氯化锡用量、酸醇摩尔比和反应时间对肉桂酸乙酯收率的影响.在n(肉桂酸) :n(乙醇):n(五水四氯化锡)=1:7.5:0.22、回流反应3 h条件下,酯收率达91.4%,并考察了六水三氯化铁、十二水合硫酸铁铵和一水硫酸氢钠催化合成肉桂酸乙酯的催化活性.

摘要:
四氯化锡可代替硫酸作为酯化催化剂.在五水四氯化锡催化下合成了肉桂酸甲酯,并用熔点、元素分析和红外光谱进行了表征.当肉桂酸、甲醇和四氯化锡的摩尔比为1∶7.5∶0.3,回流反应3 h,酯收率达89.2%.

Benzil is an important photosensitive initiator of organic synthesis intermediates,medicinal intermediates and ultraviolet solidified resin (UVresin),and is usually prepared by oxidizing benzoin, The oxidizers and methods reported are mainly;(PhCH_2Et_3N)~+Br~-/(PhCO)_2O_2/MeCN~[1],DMSO/(COCL)_2 CH_2CL_2~[2],CrO_3·CH_3NH_2·HCl/Al_2O_3~[3], the metallorganic compound~[4],microwave radiation~[5],etc.The reaction conditions of some methods are harsh, the toxicity is heavy, the reaction reagent is expensive, the preparation is difficult, the aftertreatment is tedious or the conversion ratio of materials is low.Cupric compound is a kind of weak oxidizer.Up till now there is only the report of oxidizing benzoin with cupric sulfate-pyridine~[6] with cupric acetate-acetic acid~[7].This paper studies the problem of oxidizing benzoin by using cupric nitrate, cupric chloride, cupric sulfate,cupric acetate and cupric subcarbonate as oxidizers.The experimental results indicate that these cupric compounds can all oxidize benzoin into benzil in acetic acid solutions, and cupric nitrate is the best one.Its product has these adventages of fine color and luster,high yield, available raw material and simple and easy operation and it has the prospects of being used widely.

摘要:
以NaHSO4*H2O催化苯甲酸与甲醇的酯化反应,合成了苯甲酸甲酯.研究结果表明,NaHSO4*H2O具有较高的催化活性.考察了苯甲酸/甲醇摩尔比、催化剂用量及反应时间对酯产率的影响.在优化反应条件[n(苯甲酸)∶n(甲醇)∶n(NaHSO4*H2O)=1∶2∶0.29,回流8h]下,苯甲酸甲酯产率达85.3%.
