摘要:
BN coated Al2O3 fibre-reinforced NiAl-alloy composites were fabricated by hot pressing at 1 200-1 400 (C, and the interfacial microstructure and chemical stability of BN coated Al2O3 fibre-reinforced NiAl-alloy composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and analytical transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was found that the complicated chemical reactions and diffusion processes happened in the interface area between BN-layer and Ni25.8Al9.6Ta8.3 during the hot pressing at 1 200-1 400 (C. A continuous AlN-layer was formed at the interface due to the reaction between NiAl and BN. At the same time, Cr diffused extensively into the BN-layer and reacted with boron to form Cr boride precipitates (Cr5B3). In addition, a few particles of Ta-rich phase were also precipitated in NiAl matrix near the interface.

摘要:
Conformal invariance and conserved quantities for a higher-order Lagrange system by Lie point transformation of groups are studied. The differential equation of motion for the higher-order Lagrange system is introduced. The definition of conformal invariance for the system together with its determining equations and conformal factor are provided. The necessary and sufficient condition that the system's conformal invariance would be Lie symmetry by the infinitesimal one-parameter point transformation group is deduced. The conserved quantity of the system is derived using the structural equation satisfied by the gauge function. An example of a higher-order mechanical system is offered to illustrate the application of the result.
摘要:
Porous Ti35Nb alloy with a porosity of 66% was made by a powder metallurgical method, and then it was treated by a standard treatment for activating the surface of Ti implant materials involving alkali and heat treatment. The alkali and heat treatment causes damages of the struts of the porous Ti35Nb in the form of reaction products layer, grain-pullout and cracks. Consequently, it leads to a significant degradation of the strength of the porous alloy. The effect of the alkali and heat treatment on the strength of the porous alloy was discussed.

摘要:
According to the characters of RNA secondary structure, we introduce a method for RNA secondary structure alignment by changing the structure alignment to sequence alignment based on a binary coding method. Associating with the proposed coding rules and exclusive-OR operation, we can solve the following problems easily: (i) distinguishing the difference between two sequences; (ii) judging the prefix of a sequence matches the suffix of the other sequence; (iii) judging two sequences have common subsequences; (iv) judging a sequence is the subsequence of another sequence.

摘要:
The special physicochemical environment caused by sonic-vacating provides an important outlet for the preparation of highly efficient luminescent porous silicon films. Experimental results show that sonic chemical treatment is an effective technology for the improvement of the microstructure of porous silicon, and the luminescent efficiency and stability thereof. Luminescent porous silicon films, prepared by ultrasonic enhanced anode electrochemical etching, display better qualities than the samples prepared by conventional methods widely used at present. This ultrasonic chemical effect roots in sonic vacating, i.e. the generation, formation and rapid collapse of bubbles in the etching solution. In the process of the porous silicon being etched, the escape rate and caving-in of hydrogen bubbles in the pores is increased as a result of the work of the ultrasonic waves, which is helpful to the vertical etching of the pores.

摘要:
Crystal structures, electronic structures and optical properties of nitrogen and ytterbium doping anatase TiO_2 were calculated by first principles with the plane-wave ultrasoft pseudopotential method based on the density functional theory. The calculated results show that the octahedral dipole moments in TiO_2 increase due to the changes in lattice parameters, bond length and charges on atoms, which is very effective for the separation of photoexcited electron-hole pairs and the improvement of the photocatalytic activity of TiO_2. The interband transition between OP_π states and Yb4f states make nitrogen and ytterbium doped TiO_2 manifest greater absorption coefficients in the visible-light region.

摘要:
Taking construction crane for example, this thesis builds a reliable, controllable and easy-to-exploiting CAN-bus application network on the basis of iCAN series functional module and CAN-bus interface card of ZLG system, and it explores the methods of rapid allocation in control networks of construction engine. With CAN-bus controlling devices to guide all signals of sensors and output dates, this system is easily constructing and conveniently stalling. Meanwhile, this system has a good anti-inference ability, a high reliability and a good real-time response. The application of CAN-bus enables lifting moment restriction system to act as a subsystem embedded in other engineering control systems. The construction of this system has an important reference in explore a new generation of engineering control system.
