With the rapid growth of Internet of Things (IoT), gateways are being widely deployed and constantly deliver data traffic to their surrounding IoT devices, referred to as gateway-to-device or G2D communications. As the most commonly-accepted wireless technology, WiFi has been recommended for G2D communications due to its high data rate, high reliability, native IP compatibility, and good reusability of existing infrastructures. However, WiFi is inherently energy-hungry and thus could potentially shorten the lifetime of battery-powered IoT devices. Although numerous schemes have been designed to reduce the energy consumption of WiFi devices, they often suffer from long latency due to untimely wake-ups of the WiFi interface, especially under dynamic traffic. To address this, multi-interface protocols have been proposed to leverage the coexisting low-power ZigBee to enable timely wake-ups of the high-power WiFi interface. Despite high energy efficiency and low delay, these protocols have the silent assumption of unlimited ZigBee bandwidth, thus overlooking the optimization of ZigBee bandwidth efficiency. Hence, their performance is limited, when device density is high and/or ZigBee concurrently performs some other data transmission tasks. In this paper, we propose a Bandwidth-aware Multi-interface Scheduling (BMS) scheme, aiming to make efficient use of the limited ZigBee bandwidth to minimize IoT device's WiFi energy consumption with constrained transmission delay in G2D communications. With BMS, the gateway utilizes the limited ZigBee bandwidth to dynamically alternate each device between two WiFi transmission modes for minimized energy consumption and bounded delay. A prototype of the proposed system is implemented and evaluated, and the testbed results show that under moderate traffic and delay bound, the energy consumption of BMS is 95.1% and 44.8% lower than those of the standard 802.11 power saving management and a state-of-the-art multi-interface scheme, respectively. © 2023 Elsevier B.V.

结合分步傅里叶方法和四阶Runge-Kutta积分法,研究了有限能量cosh-Airy脉冲在双零色散介质中的超连续谱产生与操控。首先,详细讨论了特征参数截断系数a、初始啁啾C和分布因子χ0对cosh-Airy脉冲在双零色散介质中的演化影响,并统计了a、C和χ0对超连续谱宽度的影响。然后,进一步研究了高阶非线性效应对cosh-Airy脉冲产生超连续谱的影响。结果表明:通过操控cosh-Airy脉冲的特征参数可以控制超连续谱的宽度;当存在高阶非线性效应时,超连续谱的平坦性会受到影响。研究结果为超连续谱的产生和操控以及宽带激光光源提供一些理论基础。 Combining the split-step Fourier method with the fourth-order Runge-Kutta integration method, the manipulation and generation of supercontinuum by finite energy cosh-Airy pulses in a double-zero dispersion media was investigated. Firstly, the influences of truncation coefficient a, initial chirp C and distribution factor χ0 on the evolution of cosh-Airy pulses in double-zero dispersion medium were discussed in detail, and the influences of a, C and χ0 on the width of supercontinuum width were statistically analyzed. Then, the influences of higher-order nonlinear effects on supercontinuum generation of cosh-Airy pulse was further studied. The results show that the width of supercontinuum can be controlled by manipulating the characteristic parameters of cosh-Airy pulses. The flatness of supercontinuum is affected with consideration of high-order nonlinear effects. The results provide some theoretical basis for manipulation and generation of supercontinuum and broadband laser sources.

研发新一代自旋电子器件要求精确操控纳米带内磁斯格明子的移动。磁斯格明子存在横向移动且移动速度慢是影响新一代自旋电子器件开发应用的主要因素。基于微磁学模拟研究了不同结构纳米带中磁斯格明子在电流驱动作用下的移动特性。电流驱动纳米带内磁斯格明子移动过程中存在横向移动,因此存在最大的注入电流J_(max)和最大移动速度V_(max) 。在矩形纳米带内,J_(max)和V_(max)相对较小。通过裁剪矩形纳米带中央形成凹槽纳米带,J_(max)和V_(max)可显著提高,但反映驱动效率的速度Vx与注入电流J的比值(Vx/J)不大。提出利用裁剪纳米带边缘形成引导型纳米带来增大Vx/J。相对于矩形纳米带,电流驱动的引导纳米带中磁斯格明子移动时,Vx/J显著增大,且在一定程度上增大了J_(max)和V_(max) 。电流驱动纳米带中磁斯格明子移动的最优方案是集合了引导和凹槽纳米带优势的组合纳米带,可获得更大的电流驱动效率、更大的移动速度。这些研究结果可为开发设计新一代自旋电子器件提供理论依据。

摘要:
The magnetic properties and exchange bias (EB) effect of perovskite NdMnO3 ceramic are studied in this work. In A-type antiferromagnetic (AFM) NdMnO3, the ordering of Nd3+ is caused by Mn3+ ferromagnetic component with antiferromagnetic coupling with each other. Interestingly, the Nd3+ ordering induces the Mn3+ spin reorientation, which explains the phenomenon of the negative magnetization at low temperature. The magnetic ordering of Nd3+ and Mn3+ ions is decisive to the EB effect. Remarkably, the positive EB effect is observed at 40 and 25K, and both positive and negative EB effects are found at 5K. These EB effects are relied on the cooling fields. The EB can be determined by the initial states and the coupling of Nd3+ ordering and Mn3+ ordering. The present work shows the role of magnetic ordering of Nd3+ and Mn3+ ions in regulating the EB and magnetic properties of perovskite NdMnO3. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH, DE part of Springer Nature.

摘要:
Investigating underlying coupling mechanism between surface plasmons (SPs) and excitons is playing a very important role to achieve higher efficient and more stable excitonic optoelectronic devices. Here, cadmium sulfide (CdS) microbelts sputtered with Au nanoparticles (NPs) have been prepared for exploring the SP-mediated energy coupling effect. The enhancement of excitonic emission intensity and a red-shift of the peaks have been surveyed in the Fabry-Perot (F-P) resonant lasing spectra. The investigation on temperature-dependent photoluminescence (TDPL) spectra from these samples demonstrate that the optical phenomenon can be attributed to the exciton–phonon coupling. The research results will provide a paramount importance of theoretical support for building effective and bright photoelectric devices based on the complex SP materials system. © 2021

摘要:
Driver behavior recognition is crucial for traffic safety in intelligent transportation systems. To understand the driver distraction behavior, deep learning methods has been used to learn the hierarchical features of receptive field images. However, most of existing studies focus on investing in spatial components based on the convolutional neural network for visual analysis. In this study, an attention-based deep neural network (ADNet) method is proposed for driver behavior recognition. The ADNet framework is first presented, which integrates the lightweight attention block into the deep learning model to strengthen the representative power of the model. Then, the channel attention (CA) block is designed to model inter-channel dependencies in the ADNet. Furthermore, the spatial attention block is combined with the CA for adaptive feature extraction. Data augmentation is used in the data preprocessing stage to improve recognition performance. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified on the distraction dataset of American University in Cairo (AUC) and the real dataset of Hunan University (HNU). The ADNet method achieves a Top-1 accuracy of 98.48%, which outperforms the state-of-the-art methods. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.

在超分辨荧光显微成像技术中,单分子定位显微方法是被广泛应用的技术之一。根据荧光显微成像原理构造多测量矢量压缩感知模型(Multiple Measurement Vector-Compressed Sensing, MMVCS),并采用多重稀疏贝叶斯学习算法进行求解,来实现超分辨荧光图像重建。分析了有效像元大小、荧光分子生成的光子数和背景信号泊松化噪声对重建结果的影响,以及在图像进行分块处理时算法运行时间的分析。模拟和实验计算分析表明,当点扩展函数的标准差在160 nm时,有效像元大小在120、160、200 nm能取得较好的重构效果,而在60 nm时效果较差。探测器收集的光子数越多,重构效果越好,随着背景信号光子数增加时,离得越近的样品结构越不能分辨。在同样的分块处理情况下,MMV-CS比同伦算法(L1-Homotopy, L1-H)和凸优化算法(CVX)分别快一个数量级和三个数量级,因此,在研究三维超分辨荧光显微成像时,MMV-CS算法在运行时间上具有更大的优势。

Traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm has the problems of sparse data and limited user preference information. To deal with data sparseness problem and the unreliability phenomenon on the traditional social network recommendation. This paper presents a novel algorithm based on trust relationship reconstruction and social network delivery. This paper introduces the method of eliminating falsehood and storing truth to avoid the unreliable phenomenon and improves the accuracy of falsehood according to the user similarity formula based on the scale of contact established by users. In this paper, the problem of attack caused by the misbehaving nodes is investigated when the recommended information is disseminated in the existing trust model. In addition, a recommendation-based trust model is proposed that includes a defensive plan. This scheme employs the clustering techniques on the basis of interaction count, information Compatibility and node intimacy, in a certain period of time dynamically filter dishonest recommendation related attacks. The model has been verified in different portable and detached topologies. The network knots undergo modifications regarding their neighbors as well as frequent routes. The experimental analysis indicates correctness and robustness of the reliance system in an active MANET setting. Compared with the most advanced recommender system, the proposed recommendation algorithm in accuracy and coverage measurements show a significant improvement. © 2019, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.

Today, resource depletion threatens a number of resource-based cities in China. The ecological security problem caused by the long-term exploitation of natural resources is a key issue to be solved in the development of resource-exhausted cities. Using 23 indicators, this study evaluated the ecological security status and development trends of 21 resource-exhausted cities in China from 2011 to 2017. The results showed that from 2011 to 2015, the overall ecological security of this type of city was low, with over 60% of the cities at an unsafe level. However, ecological security improved rapidly after 2016, and by 2017, all of the cities had reached the critical safety level. The top 10 indicators of ecological security included industrial sulfur dioxide emissions, water supply, agricultural fertilizer application, and forest coverage. These 10 indicators’ cumulative contribution to ecological security was 48.3%; among them, reducing industrial sulfur dioxide emissions contributed the most at 5.7%. These findings can help governments better understand the ecological security status of resource-exhausted cities, and it can provide a reference for the allocation of funds and other resources to improve the ecological safety of these cities. © 2021 Tech Science Press. Sm3+-Modified (1 −x)Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-xCaTiO3(NBT-xCT:Sm3+) piezo-luminescent ceramic materials were synthesized to investigate the influence of CaTiO3(CT) concentration on their photoluminescence and electrical performance. Under 480 nm irradiation, the NBT-xCT:Sm3+samples exhibit prominent orange-red emission, with a prime emission peak centered at 597 nm. A moderate amount of CT doping in the Sm3+-modified NBT ceramics boosts both their photoluminescence and piezoelectric properties significantly, with NBT-0.04CT:Sm3+showing the optimal performance. Furthermore, outstanding luminescence thermal stability over a temperature range of 293-473 K and superior water resistance behavior are achieved in the NBT-0.04CT:Sm3+ceramic. These results indicate that NBT-xCT:Sm3+piezo-luminescent ceramics show great potential applications in white LEDs, as well as novel optical-electronic multifunctional devices. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2020.

Magnetic anisotropy plays an important role in the development of manganite-based magnetic devices. Establishing a deeper understanding of the anisotropy in manganites is useful for controlling their magnetic properties. We have studied the structure, lattice strain, and magnetic properties of La0.5Ba0.5MnO3 (LBMO-5) films with the thickness of 12 nm-96 nm, grown on the (001) SrTiO3 (STO) substrate. The LBMO-5 films are grown with high crystalline quality. The orientation relationship between the LBMO-5 film and the STO substrate [(001)f//(001)s, (010)f//(010)s, and (100)f//(100)s] exists at the film/substrate interface. With increasing the thickness of the film to 48 nm, the LBMO-5 film is fully strain relaxed. The LBMO-5 film shows the out-of-plane magnetic anisotropy (OMA) along the three mutually perpendicular crystalline axis directions. Usually, the manganite films with tetragonal distortion show both the OMA and the in-plane magnetic isotropy. However, the in-plane magnetic anisotropy (IMA) along the two mutually perpendicular in-plane directions ([010]f and [100]f) is clearly observed in LBMO-5 films. We attribute this new observation of the IMA to the in-plane structural anisotropy along the two distinct crystalline axes. Our studies provide helpful guidance for the understanding and the tuning of the IMA. © 2020 Author(s).

摘要:
利用分步傅里叶方法,研究了PT对称介质中Airy光束的演化特性,并从截断系数、调制深度、调制宽度三个参数,研究了其对Airy光束所脱落出的孤子的传输特性的影响。研究结果发现:Airy光束在PT对称介质中传输时,在主峰位置处脱落出一个周期性变化的孤子并且孤子波形会产生一个横向位置的偏移;另外发现,截断系数a越小、调制深度P和调制因子w越大,Airy光束脱落出的孤子的峰均比越大,产生的光束干扰和光束畸变越大,阻碍光纤通信;调制深度P越小、调制因子w越大,Airy光束脱落出的孤子的峰值和峰均比出现了明显的跳跃,传输的稳定性减小,但是脱落出的孤子依然能够稳定地长距离传输。

本文建立了一种三维压缩感知模型以实现对高密度荧光分子图像的快速三维定位。首先,根据荧光显微的三维点扩展函数成像理论,设计测量矩阵,并建立压缩感知模型。接着,对荧光显微成像过程进行了模拟,并采用凸优化方法(CVX)、正交匹配追踪(Orthogonal Matching Pursuit,OMP)算法和同伦算法对建立的压缩感知模型中模拟生成的图像进行了定位分析,分别从恢复率、定位精度、重构时间几方面进行了对比。最后,采用同伦算法对模拟的生物样品和实验室采集的细胞进行了三维定位,并获得了三维超分辨图像。对比结果表明:在重构密度和定位精度接近的情况下,同伦算法比CVX方法的重构速度快2个数量级。同伦算法较OMP算法的定位精度要高一倍。采用同伦算法来实现三维的超分辨荧光显微成像在节约计算时间、实现实时成像方面具有一定的意义。 In order to achieve fast three-dimensional localization of high-density fluorescent molecular images, a three-dimensional compressed sensing model was established and studied using the CVX method, the Orthogonal Matching Pursuit(OMP) algorithm and a homotopy algorithm. The models’ measurement matrix was then designed. Firstly, the system’s theory and design were both developed using the three-dimensional point-spread function imaging theory of fluorescence microscopy. Then, the process of fluorescence microscopic imaging was simulated, through which the images generated in the established compressed sensing model were analyzed using the CVX method, OMP algorithm and homotopy algorithm. The recall rate, localization accuracy and reconstruction time were compared. Finally, the simulated biological samples and the collected cells in the laboratory were analyzed using the homotopy algorithm, and thus three-dimensional super-resolution imaging was achieved. It can be seen from the comparative results that the homotopy algorithm is two orders of magnitude faster than the CVX method when the reconstruction density and localization accuracy have little deviation. The localization accuracy of the homotopy algorithm is twice higher than that of the OMP algorithm. The homotopy algorithm is meaningful for 3D super-resolution fluorescence microscopy imaging, which can save computing time and achieve real-time imaging.

Tensors have drawn a growing attention in many applications, such as physics, engineering science, social networks, recommended systems. Tensor decomposition is the key to explore the inherent intrinsic data relationship of tensor. There are many sparse tensor and vector multiplications (SpTV) in tensor decomposition. We analyze a variety of storage formats of sparse tensors and develop a piecewise compression strategy to improve the storage efficiency of large sparse tensors. This compression strategy can avoid storing a large number of empty slices and empty fibers in sparse tensors, and thus the storage space is significantly reduced. A parallel algorithm for the SpTV based on the high-order compressed format based on slices is designed to greatly improve its computing performance on graphics processing unit. Each tensor is cut into multiple slices to form a series of sparse matrix and vector multiplications, which form the pipelined parallelism. The transmission time of the slices can be hidden through pipelined parallel to further optimize the performance of the SpTV. © 2019 Association for Computing Machinery.

摘要:
Multi-sensing system for target tracking has been addressed by many researchers from different fields. In this work, a multi-sensing system within the time, space, and frequency domains is first described. The system development is based on sensor spatial and temporal characteristics, and therefore is reliable and stable. The frequency outcome of sensors is employed to segment the detection scope into different domains, and is simple to implement. For resolving the challenge of decision-making strategy, this work combines the spatial and temporal properties with the determination mechanism as well as optimizes the system devising—making it a very promising basis for the realization of tracking accuracy improvement. With this strategy, target detection results are obtained and evaluated by probability-based parameters. The proposed decision-making scheme receives a high detection accuracy as well as a good working performance according to statistical analysis, allowing a straightforward methodology for the configuration of multi-sensing system. © 2019, The Author(s).

利用分步傅里叶方法数值模拟研究了相同振幅的平行输入正反Airy光束在Kerr介质中脱落孤子的演化,并进一步研究了高阶效应对脱落孤子的影响。研究结果发现:Kerr介质中正反Airy光束由于相互作用,将产生类似于DNA结构的缠绕孤子,通过调整初始输入的振幅和间距,可以影响缠绕孤子的特性。另外发现:当存在单个高阶效应(三阶色散,拉曼,自陡)或者同时存在多个高阶效应时,缠绕孤子在时域和频域的演化会发生很大影响。研究结果可以为调控Airy光束产生的脱落孤子提供一些理论基础,也可以为Airy光束在超连续谱产生和宽带光源方面提供潜在的应用前景。

摘要:
In order to reduce pesticides, it is also necessary to understand how plant diseases originate in the beginning and to be around them all around the world. One of the best ways to achieve this goal is to promote images that are not visible to the world (WMSN) in an agricultural country. However, the sending of a wireless device with little knowledge of the images will add more traffic to traffic, especially electricity. In this pamphlet, we create a diagnostic procedure that is aimed at driving WMSN’s additional resources. From the study of the locally available nodes of the plants, this new technique can make the first choice on the vegetation of the plants, knowing how to send pictures to the control center to continue to explore, to move forward. Look at the Internet. The same method includes the distribution of images using color and shape, and its 2D profile is used as part of the stages. What happens on metal images and lack of food indicates that the correct route is 94.5%. © 2019, The Author(s).

借助线性稳定性分析方法,推导出包含非线性耦合作用的锯齿型光波导阵列中平面波的离散调制稳定性增长率的解析表达式,并针对不同次近邻耦合系数分析了非线性耦合作用对调制不稳定性区域的影响.结果表明,改变非线性耦合系数的值会明显影响调制不稳定区域的形状.根据调制稳定性分析结果,预测了亮离散孤子可能存在的参数区域.然后,利用一种准离散的多重尺度方法得到了此锯齿型光波导阵列中亮离散孤子的解析解,并分析了它们的存在条件,结果与离散调制不稳定性分析预测的存在条件基本一致.

摘要:
Wearable sensing devices for gait recognition is currently one of the most active research topics in locomotion analysis. This strong interest is driven by the promising applications in body sensors. Gait recognition concerns the detection, processing and analyzing of bio-mechanic signals. This paper provides a comprehensive survey of research on gait recognition based on wearable sensing system. The emphasis is on wearable sensors based on biomechanics theory. A general gait recognition system is exhibited. The applications in various fields are discussed to prove the technical feasibility. 摘要:
A series of orange-red emitting Sm3+ activated Ba0.85Ca0.15Ti0.90Zr0.10O3 (BCZT: xSm3+, x = 0.001–0.007) are synthesized by a conventional solid-state reaction method. The Sm3+ ions composition dependent photoluminescence properties are systematically investigated. Under the excitation of a 407 nm near-ultraviolet light, the ceramics exhibit strong characteristic emission of Sm3+ ions with dominant orange-red emission peak at around 595 nm, which is ascribed to the transition of 4G5/2 → 6H7/2. The BCZT: 0.004Sm3+ ceramic displays the optimal emission among these Sm3+-doped BCZT solid solutions. Moreover, the photoluminescence intensity exhibits extremely sensitive to temperature, suggesting that BCZT: 0.004Sm3+ could be applicable for temperature sensing. A maximum relative sensitivity of 1.89% K−1 at 453 K is obtained. Furthermore, the existence of ferroelectricity in the BCZT host combined with Sm3+ activated photoluminescence properties could be useful for developing optical-electro multifunctional materials and devices. © 2018 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.
