摘要:
Manifold alignment is very useful in seeking the correspondence between high dimension data sets. In this paper, we proposed semi supervised manifold alignment based on improved local tangent space to solve this problem. LTSA is used here as a method to find the inner manifold constraint of each dataset, which exists a linear mapping from a high-dimensional data point to its local tangent space. We improved linear mapping of local tangent space, then additional knowledge about the intrinsic embedding coordinates of some of the samples were used to constrain the alignment. Experiments on aligning various high dimension data set data demonstrate the effectiveness.

摘要:
This paper introduces the fundamental principles of optical flow at first, states the theory of calculating global optical flow with Horn-Schunk method, realizes the calculation of global optical flow. Using image processing methods, such as thresholding algorithm, smoothing, image morphological operation on received global optical flow vectogram to realize the detection and tracking of moving targets based on optical flow under static background. Also utilize a set of freeway videos to carry out simulation experiment. At last, summarize the limitation and places to be improved of this method, and put forward possible solutions.

摘要:
In order to obtain structure information, RNA secondary structure is usually reduced into characteristic sequence based on eight symbols (A, C, G, U, A′, C′, G′, U′), which is accompanied with loss of information. In this manuscript, according to the characters of RNA secondary structure, we propose a new four bit binary representation of RNA secondary structure with sixteen symbols A, C, G, U, A′ C′, G′, U′, A″, C″, G″, U″, A‴, C‴, G‴ and U‴. Based on this binary representation, we introduce an alignment method for RNA secondary structure by changing the structure alignment to sequence alignment.

摘要:
Differential evolution (DE) is a simple yet powerful evolutionary algorithm for global numerical optimization over continuous domain, which has been widely used in many areas. Although DE is good at exploring the search space, it is slow at the exploitation of the solutions. To alleviate this drawback, in this paper, we propose a generalized hybrid generation scheme, which attempts to enhance the exploitation and accelerate the convergence velocity of the original DE algorithm. In the hybrid generation scheme the operator with powerful exploitation is hybridized with the original DE operator. In addition, a self-adaptive exploitation factor is introduced to control the frequency of the exploitation operation. In order to evaluate the performance of our proposed generation scheme, two operators, the migration operator of biogeography-based optimization and the "DE/best/1" mutation operator, are employed as the exploitation operator. Moreover, 23 benchmark functions (including 10 test functions provided by CEC2005 special session) are chosen from the literature as the test suite. Experimental results confirm that the new hybrid generation scheme is able to enhance the exploitation of the original DE algorithm and speed up its convergence rate.

摘要:
The main problems of the design of large-scale call center intelligent scheduling system were given firstly; we proposed and testified that using four BP Neural Network models separately in different time buckets can improve the precision of telephone traffic greatly. And the problems of the classes who have discontinuous working time when applied in Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) were addressed in this paper. The critical codes were protected by encapsulation as dynamic link library (DLL), the difficulties of using Java Native Access calling C++ codes in java environment were solved too. Practices showed that the large-scale calling center intelligent scheduling system can allocate the human resources scientifically, improve the standard of service and productivity greatly. 摘要:
The microstructure evolution of NiA-2.5Ta-7.5Cr alloy during annealing at different temperatures was investigated.It is found that the microstructure of the as-cast alloy consists of coarse Laves phase Ta(CrNiAI)2 with C14 structure at grain boundaries and Cr-rich particles with sizes in the range of 400-500 nm in the NiAI matrix.The Ta and Cr concentrations in the NiAl are-0.6% and-2.5% (at%),respectively.When the alloy is annealed at the temperature above 1000 ℃,fine rod-like Laves phases with C15 structure begin to precipitate dispersively in the NiAl.After annealing at 1200 ℃ for 2 h,the volume fraction of the particles increases,and in the mean time,the Ta concentration in NiAl matrix reduces to ~0.2at%.As the annealing temperature further increases to 1400 ℃,the Laves phase precipitates dissolve in the NiAl matrix completely.Therefore,the precipitation of Laves phase in NiAI during the annealing in the temperature range of 1000-1300 ℃ may be attributed to the diffusing followed by the supersaturation of Ta in NiAl after the solidification.

摘要:
Data correspondences and data matching are important tasks of high-dimensional data analysis. In this paper, we discuss a family of semi-supervised learning algorithms for studying different manifold data sets corresponding. The algorithm improves local embedding or density models by elevating their status to full global dimensionality reduction without requiring any modification to their training procedures or cost functions. By using self correspondence between examples in the same data set, the method can improve the performance of these data sets with limited numbers of examples. The effectiveness of the presented schemes is validated by applying it to the problems of coil20 sequence alignment. The curse of dimensionality in these problems is overcome by exploiting the low dimensional structure of image manifolds.

摘要:
This paper Introduces a simple and reliable method to connect an ordinary twisted pair RS-232 up to 2048 devices and transmit the communication data more than 10 kilometers by using ZLGCAN interface card, CAN232MB converters and other equipment. The virtual serial port server makes use of CAN-bus network for data communications, guaranteeing the reliability of communic-ation, improving the RS-232 transmission distance, and simplifying the wiring process. Meanwhile user’s operation of the virtual serial port and a standard PC are compatible with the basic serial port operation. However, if there is a large number of continuous transmission of data to the case, the ac-tual serial data transfer rates is determined by the number of virtual serial port.

Fracture toughness K(IC) is one of the important parameters to characterize the general mechanical properties of materials, Tests for determining K(IC) are usually performed on a fatigue test machine. However, for some large structure parts, such as hydropower generator rotor, weighing several tons or even one hundred tons, it requires large samples for testing, which results in the large loss of the materials.. In the present work, we use a small sample to measure its J(IC), and the consistency of J(IC) and K(IC) on characterizing fracture toughness of small size samples was analyzed. Both the experimental results and theoretical calculations show that, under certain experimental conditions, J(IC) can replace K(IC) to characterize the fracture toughness.

摘要:
In this paper, a reasoning model is proposed for energy efficiency task allocation in wireless sensor network. The presented energy efficient contract net protocol is used to implement the negotiation process. Multi-issue scoring function can evaluate the offer with multi-issues in a quantifiable way. An energy threshold is brought to decrease communications which will turn out to decrease nodes’ energy consumption. And the usage of energy threshold also promote the nodes with high level energy have more chance to implement tasks. The simulation results show that the allocation model has outstanding performance maintaining a fair energy balance and is energy efficient in negotiation process.

Coalition formation of the Multi-Agent System is a key issue, mainly focuses on how Multi-Agent System dynamically generate optimal task-oriented Agent Coalition. This article will discusses the formation of Agent coalition applying genetic algorithm to the formation of Agent coalition, Experimental results show that the genetic algorithm can quickly and efficiently identify Agent coalition. Furthermore the performance and convergence rate are better than correlation algorithm.
