摘要:
Weblogs are becoming the grassroots publishing medium of the current electronic publishing era. This paper discussed the request of blog in the web-based learning for teachers and students. We analysed the major role of networking in research learning, and it designed research learning model which is in the blog-based network environment, it aims at predicting the trends and other inherent latent information present in the blogs with various techniques. The method achieved well effective on aspects of the application in the implementation Blog environment in research learning.

摘要:
For the precision weakness of GM(1, 1) model in some predictions, this paper introduces the basic principle of GM(1, 1) equal-dimension new-information model and topology prediction algorithm, combines GM(1,1) equal-dimension new-information model with least square method and gets improved grey topology prediction algorithm based on a new judgment rule for selection of best prediction intersection point. To verify validity of this algorithm, this paper applies this improved grey topology prediction algorithm into prediction of annual average runoff. The prediction precision of the algorithm in this paper is higher.

摘要:
Differential evolution (DE) is a simple, fast, and efficient evolutionary algorithm for global numerical optimization. The major advantage of DE is its self-adaptation in both search direction and step size of the differential mutation.. On the other hand, DE is good at exploring. The search space and locating the region of global minimum, but it is slow at exploitation of the solution. In order to alleviate these drawbacks of DE, in this paper, we propose an improved self-adaptive control parameter of DE, referred to as ISADE, for global numerical optimization. In order to verify the performance of our approach, ten widely used benchmark functions and the results are compared with the original DE algorithm. Experimental results verify our expectation that the search parameters controlled DE algorithm obtains better results than the original DE algorithm in term of the solution quality and convergence rate. Our approach performs better than the original DE in terms of both the convergence rate and the quality of the final solutions. Moreover, ISADE obtains faster convergence rate than the original self-adaptive control parameter of DE (SADE).

摘要:
This essay combines the global searching ability of particle swarm optimization with the local searching ability of hill climbing method, and then enhances the ability of the algorithm searches on the optimal solution, thus puts forward the Memetic algorithm research on multimodal function. The simulation results show that this algorithm not only has a stronger ability to find the optimal value, but also more stable, reliable and with fast convergence, indicating the effectiveness of the algorithm.
