摘要:
The topology optimization of continuum structures is investigated to obtain an optimized topology satisfying the fail-safe design principle with suitable redundancy components. An optimization model with a nonlinear objective and linear constraints is established by defining the reciprocal topology variable as design variables and linearly approximating the structural performance. The model is solved by a dual sequential quadratic programming (DSQP) algorithm. Topology optimization with displacement constraints is used as an example. The presented optimization model and solution approach offers the following advantages. (1) A volume constraint, which makes determining reasonable values difficult, need not be specified. (2) Weighted coefficients, which combine multiple compliances under different load cases into a combined compliance, need not be specified as well. (3) The presented optimization model is a type of single-objective programming and thus avoids the challenges in the min-max model. (4) The proposed method shows a strong capability of finding optimum solutions. © 2019 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

摘要:
A long-term load test performed for 470 days on two two-span prestressed concrete (PC) continuous box girders is reported in this paper. Load types were selected as the test variates, and structural responses such as support reactions, deflections, and concrete strains were monitored. Simultaneously, affiliated experiments such as material strength, creep, and shrinkage tests were conducted to investigate the time-dependent performances of the materials. Data obtained from these tests showed that deflections, strains, and support reactions develop rapidly in the beginning and stabilize afterward; the reactions of mid-and end-supports decline and rise over time, respectively. Time-dependent patterns of deflections and support reactions were analyzed on the basis of an effective modulus method, and a practical calculation method for long-term deflections considering reaction redistributions was proposed. The effects of the service environment on the performance of PC girders were evaluated through an incremental analysis method. © 2020, Canadian Science Publishing. All rights reserved.

本文的工作涉及数学与力学两方面,数学方面:(1)将数学规划论中新提出的互逆规划,从s-m型(或称为m-s型)发展出s-s型和m-m型互逆规划(其中s意为单目标,m意为多目标),从而使互逆规划的定义完备成为3种;(2)从KKT条件审视互逆规划的两方面,得到了互逆规划双方求解涉及拟同构和拟同解的3个定理,并且予以证明,提供了在求解中对于互逆规划双方在求解中相互借鉴的理论基础;(3)对一对互逆规划双方皆合理的情况和某一方不合理的情况,皆给出了求解策略和具体解法.力学方面:(1)给出结构优化设计模型合理与否的诠释;(2)在互逆规划对结构拓扑优化的应用中,提出了不合理结构拓扑优化模型的求解策略;(3)给出了借助MVCC模型(多个柔顺度约束下的体积最小化)解决MCVC模型(对于给定体积下的多个柔顺度的最小化)的途径,其中的建模基于ICM(独立连续映射)方法.用Matlab编程给出了数值算例.其中两个数学问题图示了互逆规划的双方关系;其中,结构拓扑优化问题是众多结构拓扑优化中的两个个案;数值结果均支持了本文提出的互逆规划理论.

摘要:
针对连续体结构,考虑破损-安全拓扑优化中如何处理结构局部破损的关键问题,以位移约束下结构体积极小化拓扑优化问题为例,基于独立连续映射ICM方法,建立了优化模型,给出了求解方法。以单荷载及多荷载工况的数值算例为例,探讨了结构局部破损模式的形状和大小及结构局部破损状况预估分布等对最优结构拓扑的影响。结果表明,(1)相比于不考虑破损-安全的结构拓扑优化,考虑破损-安全得到的最优拓扑具有更多冗余构件及传力路径;(2)不同形状及大小的结构局部破损模式会得到不同的最优结构拓扑;(3)结构局部破损模式布置间距越小,得到的最优拓扑越趋复杂。故在进行考虑破损-安全拓扑优化设计时,宜依据工程问题,合理定义结构局部破损模式的形状和大小及结构局部破损状况的预估分布等,以准确模拟实际结构的局部破损,得到具有适度冗余的最优拓扑。

摘要:
针对在工程中广泛应用于最大化结构刚度设计的最小化结构柔顺度拓扑优化问题,应用连续体拓扑优化SIMP法,基于倒变量建立了优化模型;应用K-T条件建立了相应的优化准则,并提出了柔顺度过滤方法消除棋盘格现象及网格依赖等数值问题。应用不同的网格,与原准则法及MMA法进行了算法效率比较,与敏度过滤法及密度过滤法进行了优化求解结果及效率的比较。所附MATLAB程序测试表明:所提方法迭代次数最少、运行时间最短,随问题规模增大迭代次数不会增加;与原准则法相比,不用设置运动极限参数,适合求解大规模工程问题。

在数学规划的领域里定义了互逆规划——各自目标函数与约束条件位置相互交换的一对规划.接着指出,尽管互逆规划与对偶规划在表面上似乎类似,但是二者存在5点不同:(1)是否为同一个问题的不同;(2)存在"对偶间隙"与否的不同;(3)设计变量数目的不同;(4)是否单目标与多目标问题的不同;(5)问题合理与否的不同.然后,基于互逆规划的定义,用以审视结构拓扑优化模型,给出如下结果:(1)从这个角度洞悉,在结构优化中,确实有不合理的模型一直被沿用着;(2)找到了修正不合理模型使之合理化的方法;(3)对于给定体积下的柔顺度最小化(MCVC)模型,指出了其不合理的原因;(4) MCVC模型实际是互逆规划的m方,由此建立起其对应的s方,即给出了多个柔顺度约束的体积最小化(MVCC)模型;(5)给出了MVCC模型中的结构柔顺度约束的物理解释和算法,论证了ICM (independent continuous and mapping)方法以往关于全局化应力约束的概念和方法;(6)数值算例表明了MCVC与MVCC模型作为互逆规划的差异,且印证了MVCC模型的合理性.MCVC模型在不同体积约束及多工况下不同的权系数时,得到最优拓扑不同;但MVCC模型在多工况柔顺度约束下可得到唯一的最优拓扑.

摘要:
An objective function for a dual model of nonlinear programming problems is an implicit function with respect to Lagrangian multipliers. This study aims to address separable convex programming problems. An explicit expression with respect to Lagrangian multipliers is derived for the dual objective function. The exact solution of the dual model can be achieved because an explicit objective function is more exact than an approximated objective function. Then, a set of improved Lagrangian multipliers can be used to obtain the optimal solution of the original nonlinear programming model. A corresponding dual programming and explicit model (DP-EM) method is proposed and applied to the structural topology optimization of continuum structures. The solution efficiency of the DPEM is compared with the dual sequential quadratic programming (DSQP) method and method of moving asymptotes (MMA). The results show that the DP-EM method is more efficient than the DSQP and MMA. © 2018, © 2018 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

本文瞄准连续体在破损-安全考虑下的结构拓扑优化问题,旨在克服传统模型求解所得最终构型存在的弊病,避免结构因缺乏合理的冗余结构而敏感于局部破坏,实现破损-安全的目标. 首先,梳理了以往虽然用到却并不明晰的4 个概念:结构局部破损模式、结构局部破损区域、结构破损状况、结构破损状况的预估分布.之后,基于独立连续映射(ICM) 方法,对该问题建立了力学性能约束下结构体积极小化的模型. 建立目标函数时,利用Minimax 的概念将可能出现的结构破损状况对应的所有结构体积目标转化为原结构的唯一结构体积目标,克服了多目标问题的困难. 建立近似约束函数时,将可能出现的所有结构破损状况对应的力学性能的约束皆考虑进去,既能处理载荷单工况也能处理载荷多工况. 最后,以位移约束为例,建立了优化模型并求解. 单工况及多工况位移约束拓扑优化算例验证了算法的有效性. 结果表明:本方法相比于不考虑破损-安全的拓扑优化设计,得到的最优拓扑更复杂,体积比更大即所用材料更多,亦即最优结构具有更多的冗余,此正是考虑破损-安全设计原则的结果. 本文的研究对于航空、航天、其他水、陆等领域运载工具以及其他工程结构在意外破坏、战争创伤或恐怖袭击下的结构设计,乃是非常重要的进展.

摘要:
对结构拓扑优化ICM(independent continuous mapping)方法中的磨光映射和过滤映射加以拓广,利用反演映射极限形式的磨光特性构造其与过滤映射相协调的复合映射.由于该复合映射的叠加离散效应,首先引入幂函数和正弦函数的复合形式过滤函数,用ICM方法建立位移约束下重量最小为目标的连续体结构拓扑优化模型,并采用二次规划精确对偶算法进行求解.再将求得的离散解为主的连续最优解依照动态反演策略,用最佳阈值和理性反演函数求出最严格的0-1离散解,给出了拓扑优化"离散→连续"和"连续→离散"先后相反的二阶段解法.基于MATLAB软件平台开发了相应的拓扑优化计算程序,给出的数值算例对该文提出的方法进行验证,结果表明:该方法计算效率高,最优解灰度单元少,反演后结构重量更小,并且能够计算出更合理的结构拓扑.

摘要:
Steel-concrete composite structures are widely used in modern buildings and bridges for their great rigidity, light weight, and simple construction. However, the mechanical behaviors of steel-concrete composite structures degrade over time because of environmental corrosion and long-term load. The existing research on structural durability has often focused on concrete or steel structures. Few studies have been conducted on steel-concrete composite structures, especially on structures under the coupled impact of corrosion and load. To investigate the coupled impact of corrosion and load on the performance of steel-concrete composite structures, a long-term test of 200 days was carried out on eight connectors. The corrosion of the studs was accelerated by DC current, and the test connectors were submerged in a salt solution with a concentration of 5% NaCl. Deformations including the concrete strain and relative slippage between the concrete slab and the steel beam were measured in the long-term test. The experimental results showed that at the end of the long-term test, the deformations induced by shrinkage were about three times larger than those induced by creep for the steel-concrete composite structures. Notably, the stiffness of the connectors degraded substantially with the aggravation of the corrosion of the studs, whereas the concrete strain was only slightly affected by the studs' corrosion. The measured deformations were also obviously larger than those calculated by the current specifications. As a reference, a suitable formula for the long-term elastic modulus is proposed to enhance the applicability of specifications © 2018 American Society of Civil Engineers.

摘要:
A long-term deflection test is performed for 470 days on two simply supported prestressed concrete box beams under sustained uniform load. The deflection growth rules of the box beams under both cracked and uncracked states are studied. The measured longterm deflection of the cracked beam is 18.4% larger than that of the uncracked beam, whereas the deflection growth coefficient of the cracked beam is 65.3% that of the uncracked beam. The larger long-term deflection of the cracked beam is mainly attributed to the huge value of the instantaneous deflection caused by the crack. Then, the cracks lead to the release of concrete stress, thereby reducing the creep effect. For the uncracked beam, the influences of concrete shrinkage, creep, and prestress loss on the long-term mechanical behavior of components are considered, and then deflection is predicted using the blended method based on the age-adjusted modulus method, the prestressed equivalent load method, and the calculation method for prestress loss. Results show that the theoretical and measured values are in good agreement. For the cracked beam, the crack influence coefficient is introduced to revise its effective elastic modulus by considering the influence of cracks on the long-term deflection of the cracked beam. Then, a formula for calculating the long-term deflection of cracked beams that considers stiffness reduction for instantaneous deflection correction is proposed. The formula exhibits high precision in calculating and analyzing the long-term deflection of the cracked beam. The deviation between the calculated and measured values is within 10%.

针对连续体结构破损-安全的拓扑优化问题,通过几何分析途径,建立了预估破损区域的理性准则,即给出了结构局部破损模式尺寸上、下限及相邻局部破损区域的间距上、下限.以此理性准则,分析了Janson及Zhou给出的破损区域预估分布策略的各自优缺点,并通过算例对相关策略进行了验证.结果表明:Janson的策略过于保守而导致不必要的极大计算量;Zhou的无缝平铺的策略不能保证所有拓扑生成离散元件通过破损测试,但在多数情况下仍可以得到具有足够冗余的最优拓扑;论文提出的以满足理性准则的方式布置破损区域,可以保证所有拓扑生成离散元件通过破损测试,并保证得到更多冗余的最优拓扑.论文的研究表明,预估破损区域的理性准则条件,为连续体结构破损-安全拓扑优化问题,提供了表述局部破损区域的理论进展.

摘要:
针对概念设计阶段树状结构拓扑创构问题,提出了连续体结构拓扑优化方法。应用连续体结构拓扑优化法,建立体积约束下结构总应变能极小化(即结构总体刚度极大化)的拓扑优化模型,依据单约束优化问题的鞍点条件建立了优化迭代格式。研究了体积比、屋面结构刚度、屋面结构几何形式、设计空间高度等对树状结构拓扑形态的影响,并给出了具体应用算例。结果表明:随着材料用量的增加,树状结构拓扑随之复杂;随着屋面刚度的增加,树状结构分枝趋向于减少;不同的屋面结构几何形式会导致不同的树状结构拓扑形态;满足一定高度后,树状结构分枝形态不会受高度影响,仅是增加主树杆高度。

摘要:
提出应用连续体结构拓扑优化ICM法对高层建筑大型支撑体系进行拓扑优化。针对高层建筑规范对结构刚度限值是以层间相对位移差形式给出、并结合结构拓扑优化特点,推导了相对位移差敏度分析的伴随法公式,有效提高了计算效率。应用ICM法建立位移约束下结构重量极小化的优化模型,与高层建筑规范对结构刚度限值要求的提法更符合,得到的最优拓扑完全满足规范要求。所提方法应用在概念设计阶段,提供了一种自动化的分析计算及优化设计工具,可以有效地弥补基于经验设计的不足。

以一结构创新设计大赛为例,从结构形态创构的视角,分析应用结构形态创构技术进行结构创新设计时的表达及求解可能.发现即使针对简化版的工程设计问题,仍包含了许多目前结构形态创构技术所解决不了的新问题.通过加入人工决策信息简化设计空间,应用结构形态创构中的连续体结构拓扑优化方法对结构创新设计进行了初步探索,归纳提出了若干具有理论及应用价值的结构形态创构新问题.
