以职业能力分析为导向,得到了满足轨道交通施工及运维为主的职业类型所需要的基础能力及专业能力,进一步分析了支持这些职业能力所需的实践教学课程,形成了基础实践、专业实践、创新与社会实践、综合实践的"四位一体"的实践教学体系。探讨了职业能力导向的城市轨道交通应用型人才实践教学体系构建模式。
