摘要:
以分段布索预应力柱面巨型网壳结构为研究对象,首先,通过模态分析对其动力特性和预应力体系的引入对柱面巨型网壳结构各方向刚度的影响规律进行了分析;然后,通过时程分析对其在三维地震作用下的地震响应进行了研究;最后,对该结构时程分析中所需考虑的地震作用维数、反应谱法的适用性及合理的振型组合数进行了探究.结果表明,预应力体系的引入使结构横向和竖向刚度得到明显增强,而对纵向刚度影响较小,且结构频谱十分密集,各方向振型耦合作用明显;三维地震作用下,位移动力放大系数约为1.32,大部分杆件内力动力放大系数约为1.2,主节点区个别杆件动内力放大系数可能较大,设计中仅按静力分析结果进行截面设计可能会偏于不安全;可采用二维XY向地震输入或振型挑选反应谱法对此类结构的位移及关键杆件内力的地震响应进行简化分析,且参与组合的振型阶数需在46阶以上.

摘要:
为了探索榫卯节点在钢-混凝土组合结构中应用的可行性,提出了一种钢混组合装配式节点——榫卯连接组合框架节点,设计并制作了2个足尺的榫卯连接节点,对其进行梁端单调静载试验,并采用ABAQUS软件进行有限元模拟分析,探讨了梁内钢筋面积的变化对节点破坏模式、承载能力、刚度、弯矩-转角关系等特征的影响。试验结果表明,该节点具有较好的承载能力和延性,梁内钢筋面积的增加使得节点的刚度、正弯矩区承载力有一定的提高,但对节点负弯矩区承载能力影响不大。节点的破坏模式主要为柱壁鼓曲变形、组合梁翼缘楼板受拉断裂。有限元模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,验证了有限元模型的有效性。最后对该类节点受剪机制进行了分析,结果表明节点核心区受剪承载力主要由钢管、槽钢腹板及核心区混凝土斜压杆组成,并采用叠加方法推导了该类节点核心区的受剪承载力计算式。

This article focuses on the seismic performance and mechanical mechanisms of core walls under biaxial earthquakes. Through the oblique loading test (biaxial loading test) on one 1/6 scale steel-enhanced damping concrete core wall with steel plate bracings, the failure patterns, the load-bearing capacities, the yield mechanisms, and the strain distributions, etc. were investigated. Comparisons were made with the available test results of the authors' previously unidirectional tested core walls and the tests completed by other scholars. The oblique tested core walls exhibited lower initial stiffness, but higher yield displacements, loading capacities, and ultimate displacements. A much more serious damage was also found in the wall limbs of oblique tested core walls by comparing with the unidirectional test core walls. Then finite element analysis (FEA) was also carried out to study the axial compression ratio (n), coupling beam span-depth ratio (l/h) on the stress distributions, and effective width of the end wall limbs (be). From the analysis results, it can be indicated that l/h affects much the stress distributions of oblique test core wall, which would be in eccentric force states if the coupling beam span-depth ratio was small, while the axial compression ratio does not affect the stress distributions dramatically. be varies with loading steps, the minimum value (be, min) of which increases with the decrease of l/h, and be, min will grow along with n. © 2022 Zhangqi Hu et al.

本文以我校土木工程检测技术这门土木工程专业课为例,介绍了土木工程蕴含的思政元素,通过合理的教学思政元素设计,在理论课堂融入相关实际案例,实践环节要求数据真实性,以此对学生进行爱国主义教育、职业操守教育,并培养学生严谨治学的精神,配合实际检测活动,进一步增强学生的动手能力、数据处理能力等,真正做到学以致用,实现了课程思政与专业课程的有机结合,为土木工程专业学生实现立德树人提供参考。

混杂纳米填料增强环氧树脂复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要:
通过改变混杂纳米填料的含量,分别制备出了不同含量纳米填料(0,0.1%,0.2%,0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,4.0%和7.0%(质量分数))的环氧树脂复合材料。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析(TG)、X射线衍射图谱(XRD)、电导率仪等方式对其热学性能和电学性能进行了表征。结果表明,环氧树脂复合材料的断面形貌与纯环氧树脂基本一致,呈现出不规则的状态以及粗糙裂纹特征;当混杂纳米填料的含量逐渐增加时,石墨烯结构从二维转变为三维状态,复合材料的热扩散系数和热导率也不断增加,且材料的热稳定性明显增强,当混杂纳米填料的含量为7%(质量分数)时,复合材料的热导率达到0.33 W/(m·K),相比纯环氧树脂,增加了65.0%;不同含量混杂纳米填料的环氧树脂复合材料在不同频率下均呈现出绝缘性质,复合材料自身具备介电性,当混杂纳米填料处于分散均匀状态时,对应的复合材料会呈现出常规的介电常数。

Steel plate-reinforced concrete composite coupling beams (SPRCs) have a wide range of applications in shear/core walls due to their several advantages, such as ease of construction and high earthquake resistance capacity. The stiffness reduction coefficient, which affects the seismic response and internal force distribution of the structure, is an important indicator among the numerous indicators of the coupling beams. However, the existing calculation methods for the stiffness reduction coefficient of coupling beams do not apply to SPRCs due to the differences in mechanical mechanisms, and no other study on the stiffness reduction coefficient of SPRCs has been reported. A simplified strut-and-tie model was created to effectively estimate the stiffness reduction coefficient of SPRCs, through model analysis, an equation that can comprehensively reflect the influencing factors of span-depth ratio, longitudinal reinforcement ratio, steel plate ratio, steel plate depth, and concrete compressive strength was proposed. The proposed equation was verified by comparison with existing experimental results. The parameter analysis and the comparison with the existing studies on the stiffness reduction coefficient of conventionally reinforced concrete coupling beams (CCBs) were carried out. Results show that the stiffness reduction coefficient of SPRC is affected by all the influencing factors, and the factors are related to each other. The interaction law between the stiffness reduction coefficient of SPRCs and the influencing factors is similar to that of CCBs. The stiffness reduction coefficient of CCBs increases with the shear member content (stirrup ratio), while that of SPRCs decreases with the increase in shear member content (steel plate), provided that the SPRC has a large spandepth ratio. This study can be used as a reference for the application of SPRCs and the seismic optimization design of shear/core walls. © 2021 School of Science, IHU. All rights reserved.

This paper proposes a novel U-shaped steel-encased concrete composite beam-girder joint (referred to herein as the novel composite beam-girder joint), in which the U-shaped beams at two sides (L and R) are inserted into a shaped sleeve, and the U-shaped girder and two U-shaped beams are connected by the shaped sleeve through welding. Compared with the traditional beam-girder joints, the novel composite beam-girder joints take advantage of easy construction, light weight, and short construction period. The failure patterns, load-strain and load-deflection curves, and strain distributions of the novel composite beam-girder joints were investigated through the static loading tests on two full-scale specimens, denoted as GBJ1 and GBJ2. The two specimens were varied in beam section reinforcements. Specimen GBJ2 was equipped with 3φ16 additional bars in the U-shaped beams based on Specimen GBJ1. Test results show that the two specimens failed as the through arc cracks developed at the concrete slab interfaces. The additional bars can increase the bearing capacity slightly but will also increase the stress concentration on the bottom flange of the shaped sleeve, leading to the decrease of ductility for Specimen GBJ2. The slab effect is considered in the test and can thus reflect the actual stress state of the beam-girder joints well. This study can provide a reference for the design and application of beam-girder joints. © 2021 Zhangqi Hu et al.

在现有的全装配墙板体系中,通常采用预埋连接件的连接方式。鉴于预埋连接件总体成本较高,为进一步增强全装配墙板体系的市场竞争能力,本文开发出一种成本相对较低的套筒连接件,通过套筒连接件与预埋连接件的抗剪切性能对比试验,来验证套筒连接件能否替代预埋连接件用于全装配墙板体系中,为工程应用提供试验依据,并得出相关试验结论。

摘要:
纤维混凝土是未来结构抗震的发展方向之一,其设计与应用的关键问题是确定其本构特性,但目前相关研究较少,其受压本构特性仍较模糊.为此,本文完成了3个纤维混凝土圆柱体受压本构试验,分析了纤维混凝土各特征点的应力、应变、割线模量和单位体积应变能(应变能密度).结果表明,纤维混凝土与普通混凝土("混规"本构)相比,存在一个"类塑性"阶段——达到或接近峰值后的一定应变范围内应力几乎不下降,且极限压应变值为后者的2~3倍,其应变能密度明显提高.综合已有剪力墙试验结果,发现纤维混凝土可抑制裂缝的开展,形成较理想的梁铰机制,改善剪力墙的抗震性能.

装配式建筑由于其适合工业化生产,绿色环保,施工周期短,受到国家大力推崇。装配式建筑中,楼盖是房屋建筑的主要组成部分。装配式楼盖中目前应用最为广泛的是钢-混凝土组合楼盖,但其无法适用于大跨度结构。为了适应当今建筑业发展过程中大跨度和超高层的要求,由此诞生了装配式钢桁架-混凝土组合楼盖体系。装配式钢桁架-混凝土组合楼盖体系构造复杂,对大跨度,超高层建筑有良好的适用性。拟建的长沙天空城市工程项目就是采用此类楼盖,本文以该工程项目为例,对装配式钢桁架-混凝土组合楼盖体系进行介绍。

装配式建筑中楼板多采用装配式混凝土叠合楼板,装配式混凝土叠合楼板施工时需要在楼板下架设施工支撑。不同跨度的施工支撑对叠合楼板施工的受力性能影响较大。本文选取某高校装配式学生宿舍项目预制混凝土叠合楼板进行试验,试验模拟叠合楼板施工的全过程,探讨了设置不同跨度的施工支撑对叠合楼板施工时受力性能的影响。试验结果表明:架设跨度1.65 m的支撑与架设跨度1.2 m的支撑楼板均能满足规范要求。

摘要:
Horizontal load is the main controlling factor of high-rise prefabricated structure and floor system is a fundamental part that ensures the effective transmission of horizontal load in the structural system. However, the mechanical properties of traditional prefabricated systems including wooden floor and concrete floor are poor. Thus, neither of them is suitable for long-span prefabricated structures. In order to improve the mechanical properties of floor systems, a new truss composite floor composed of four factory-made floor units and assembled by bolts on site that could be applied to the long-span prefabricated structure was proposed in this study. In-plane unidirectional loading tests were performed on 4 two-story frame structural models in order to study the response of the different parameters involved in the proposed floor system. Taking the second floor of each model as the analysis object, the in-plane failure characteristics, deformation, equivalent shear stiffness were analyzed. At last, the integrality and in-plane stiffness of the new floor were also evaluated further. Test results indicate that all of the cracking loads of concrete slab in the new floor system are greater than the equivalent horizontal force of floor that is stipulated by China code in case of 7-degree rare earthquake. In addition, the reinforcement measures (e.g. pouring structural adhesives into the major slab seam and setting a post-cast stripe between floor and frame beam) can improve the mechanical properties of the new floor system greatly. The distribution pattern of cracks on concrete slab evolves from irregular local dotted distribution into significant linear distribution, which indicates that the integrality of the floor system gets strengthened greatly. More specifically, the inplane equivalent shear stiffness of the floor is 3.4-5.3 times that of the previous one in which the reinforcement measures are not taken, at the same time, the overall lateral stiffness of the floor system is increased by 2 times, which means that the in-plane rigidity is significantly enhanced after taking the reinforcement measures. That's to say, the floor is transformed from a semi-rigid floor to a rigid floor. Therefore, the experimental study can provide the reference for the popularization and application of the proposed prefabricated truss composite floor system. © 2019 Publicaciones Dyna Sl. 装配式钢筋混凝土房屋的楼板普遍采用叠合楼板。由于叠合楼板施工采用二次浇注工艺,而浇筑的混凝土层凝结硬化需要一定时间,期间混凝土叠合层以荷载形式作用在预制板上,为保证其结构稳定性,需在预制板下搭设临时支撑。目前对叠合楼板搭设临时支撑的间距没有具体规定,在施工中其常用的搭设间距为1 m。为优化施工方案,欲增大临时支撑搭设间距,但这会对叠合楼板结构性能产生影响。本文结合某具体工程,对3组搭设不同间距的临时支撑预制板构件进行试验,并通过理论计算,分析临时支撑对叠合楼板结构性能的影响,得出了常用叠合楼板施工临时支撑最优间距的计算公式。

摘要:
数字滤波技术在随机振动信号处理中应用十分广泛,不仅能准确分离出大型建筑结构的模态信号分量,还能在宽带信号中准确识别出系统阶次.详细介绍了数字处理技术的时域法和频域法识别原理,并结合具体案例,通过采用数字滤波处理技术对实测高层建筑信号进行了滤波,并分离出不同阶次下有效振动信号分量;通过滤波得到实测结构的窄-宽信号,实现了实测高层建筑单一频率分离,提纯了实测结构在自振频率共振处信号.研究有利于展开不同阶次信号幅值对比及分析不同阶次在环境激励下对振动响应的贡献.

摘要:
《土木工程结构实验与检测》是应用型本科一门重要的实践性课程,其任务是通过理论和实践教学环节,使学生获得工程结构实验、检测方面的基础知识和基本技能,并培养其进行实验设计和实验规划的能力。文中针对在实验教学中存在的一些主要问题,如实验教学观念不强,轻视实验教学;该课程实验学时少,实验教学项目内容较少;教学方式单一,限制学生实际动手操作的能力;实验教学方法落后;考核模式单一等。从5个方面对具体的实验教学进行了改革初探:主要构建新的实验项目内容体系和开发出可以记录学生的整个实验过程的云平台考核模式体系。这些改革措施最终能把该课程的教学与产教融合真正结合起来。真正实现以学生为主体的实验教学活动,在实验中培养学生工程实践能力与创新精神。

摘要:
法兰攻丝高强螺栓连接是一种适用于装配式钢结构的新型连接方式,具有广阔的应用前景.作者主要对其在钢结构梁柱T型连接中的受力性能进行了试验研究,考虑了T型连接翼缘板厚度和螺栓直径2种参数变化时对连接节点受力性能的影响,对10个试件进行了单向拉伸试验,观察了破坏现象,得到了相关的试验数据和结论.试验结果表明,T型连接翼缘板厚度和螺栓直径对连接节点承载能力和法兰攻丝高强螺栓受力具有显著影响.研究可为法兰攻丝高强螺栓的实际工程应用提供参考.

摘要:
虚拟仿真实验技术应用于土木工程教学领域,可以解决传统土木工程实践教学与现代应用型人才培养之间的一些突出矛盾。结合地方高校对接产业发展和行业需求、面向工程实践培养应用型人才的现实需要,论述了应用型地方高校土木工程虚拟仿真实验教学中心的建设理念和土木工程虚拟仿真实验教学体系的构建思路,分析了土木工程虚拟仿真实验教学资源平台的功能和组构模式。实践表明,为提升学生的创新意识、工程实践能力、信息化应用能力、综合素质和自主实验的学习兴趣,提高土木工程应用型人才培养成效,地方高校应校企合作开发"层次化、模块化、体系化"的土木工程虚拟仿真实验教学资源,建立"高度仿真、虚实结合、开放共享"的应用型虚拟仿真实验系统,积极开展土木工程虚拟仿真实验教学。

摘要:
High-strength blind-bolted T-stub with endplate tapping is a new joint that is applicable to the prefabricated joint of steel columns with closed sections and steel beams. The failure mode and force performance of this joint are affected by many factors. In order to disclose the relations of this joint with various parameters, a calculation formula for the bearing capacity of high-strength blind-bolted T-stub with endplate tapping was proposed. The influences of bolt diameter and plate thickness on mechanical performance, failure mode, and bearing capacity were investigated through a unidirectional tensile performance test on 10 T-stub specimens. A nonlinear finite element simulation of specimens was performed, and its results were compared with those of the experiments. Experimental results show that the bearing capacity of the Tstub specimens is positively related with bolt diameter and plate thickness. Compared with an ordinary high-strength bolt, a new shear failure of tapping thread is added. Finite element analysis confirms that the numerical model is reliable and can provide references for parametric analysis. The ratio of calculated results of the proposed formula to the experimental results ranges from 65.1% to 94.7%, indicating that the calculated results are relatively safe. This study can offer references for the engineering applications of high-strength blind bolts with endplate tapping. © 2018 Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Institute of Technology.
