摘要:
Yiyang rubber machinery group cargo terminal is a vertical frame wharf established in the early 1970’s. A certain degree of deterioration and damage has occurred to the structure because of the long service time and long-term exposure of some parts of the structure. Taken the subsequent use of safety into account, the structure was completely detected. The detection content included array of structure, apparent damage and rebar corrosion situation, carbonation depth and compressive strength of concrete, distributions of reinforcement and cover thickness, verticality of the overall structure and so on. The bearing capacity of the main structure was checked according to the corresponding detection results and standards. Then the safety of the wharf structure was comprehensively assessed and some suggestion about repairing and reinforcement was also made which could provide the reference for the follow-up repair and reinforcement or other similar engineering.

In order to study the characteristics about deformation and stress of four-tube concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) laced columns of no yield point, a test with the parameter of eccentricity on two our-tube concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) laced columns of no yield point has been fmished by means of 500t press. The results of the test shows that the larger the eccentricity, the more obvious the global deformation of laced columns tends to become, and the four-tube CFST laced columns of no yield point under eccentric compression were subjected to overall bending failure and ductile failure with obvious premonition; In the meanwhile, confinement effect of main tubes away from the loading point of laced columns under eccentric compression was inapparent, while confinement effect of the two main tubes close to the loading point begain to play and increase before it was to fail, which made the characteristics about deformation and stress of the the two main tubes close to the loading point similar to the single CFST column under axial compression.

By means of axial compressive and eccentric compressive tests of four Four-tube Concrete-filled Steel Tubular Laced Columns, to research the strain modes of these columns without yield point. Longitudinal strain and the hoop strain of column limbs, the Poisson ratio of combination of materials have been obtained.

As a result of plain concrete pavement cracking phenomenon is more serious, leading to the late maintenance and repair costs are higher, resulting in the national great economic losses, it has taken many measures to alleviate the damage of pavement, of which the most widely used reinforced concrete. The use of reinforced concrete materials can effectively delay the pavement cracking phenomenon, but its cost is high. In this paper we consider the use of bamboo reinforcement in concrete pavement instead of steel, and compare the bending test of the two kids of board, the bamboo reinforced concrete board and a concrete board. The experiment indicated that, compared with ordinary concrete board, the ultimate strength of bamboo reinforced concrete plate has been grew 87.5%, and reinforced concrete plate has certain signs before failure, so the concrete reinforced with bamboo ribs can prolong the concrete crack time, but also greatly improve the concrete pavement flexural strength and crack resistance. Bamboo reinforcement applied in concrete pavement is entirely feasible, and it is good of the application development prospect about bamboo reinforcement.
摘要:
By means of axial compressive and eccentric compressive tests of four Four-tube Concrete-filled Steel Tubular Laced Columns, to research the mechanical properties and failure modes of this structural without yield point. Research shows that, the failure modes of this model, as well as axial compressive short columns, have the same trend of oblique shear failure, and presenting overall bending failure under eccentric compression. The linear eccentricity takes a biggish influence on mechanical properties of laced columns.

Long-term mechanical properties test for 864 days were completed on three types column, including plain concrete(PC), reinforced concrete(RC) and concrete-filled steel tube(CFST) columns, the creep performance and ultimate strength were tested and analyzed. Creep test results show that reinforcement can significantly reduce the creep deformation of concrete columns. The creep coefficient of steel pipe surface is larger than that of inner concrete for CFST columns, it would last a long time for the creep of inner concrete to achieve stability. The ultimate strength test results show that loading age and reinforcement have great effect on extreme compression strain and ultimate strength of PC columns and RC columns. Whether it has loading course would influence the stress redistribution of CFST columns, the stress redistribution effect is relatively small for columns having loading course. However, whether it has loading course, the creep effect on the ultimate strength of CFST columns is very small.
