基于土木工程应用型人才执业能力培养要求，在分析土木工程专业应用型人才执业能力培养的必要性及现状的基础上。结合土木工程实验教学中心多年的应用型人才培养经验，对应用型地方本科院校土木工程专业实验教学进行研究和探索，构建基于执业能力培养的应用型土木工程专业实验教学体系。实践表明，实验教学体系改革取得了较好的成效和示范作用，使学生的工程执业能力得到全方位培养。

Based on the training requirements for the professional capability of applied talents in civil engineering, the necessity and the status of the professional capability of application-oriented civil engineering talents were analysed. The experimental teaching of the applied undergraduate civil engineering was studied and explored, and the experimental teaching system based on developing the professional ability of application-oriented civil engineering students was established.
