摘要:
化工原理实验数据处理过程中经常会碰到双纵坐标图的绘制,文章以Excel和Sigmaplot工具为例,针对离心泵特性曲线的测定实验数据,分别介绍了双纵坐标图的绘制方法。学生通过对绘图工具进行多方面、多层次的深入学习,进一步加深对实验数据的分析能力,提高数据处理技能。

摘要:
本论文采用以聚丙烯(PP)为基体,楠竹竹粉为增强材料,通过挤出和注塑成型的方法制备了复合材料。考察了改性前后竹粉的化学结构和竹纤维及复合材料断面的微观形貌,研究了偶联剂用量为竹粉含量的2%的不同竹粉含量的复合材料和竹粉含量为5%的不同偶联剂用量的竹塑复合材料的维卡软化点温度、熔体流动速率、冲击强度、拉伸强度,分析了竹粉含量和偶联剂含量对材料性能的影响。

摘要:
甲基环己烷(MCH)作为最佳的液态有机氢化物储氢介质,是甲基环己烷-甲基-氢气(MTH)循环体系中的重要组成部分,但MCH催化脱氢过程所使用催化剂因低温活性欠佳及高温不稳定的问题导致MTH循环无法大规模应用。本文综述了MTH循环系统的应用现状和该系统中MCH脱氢过程催化剂的研究现状。重点概述了单、双金属催化剂设计现状,比较了不同催化剂性能的优劣。此外,还比较了各类催化剂释氢速率以及反应条件和催化反应器结构特点。分析表明,研发出低温高活性或高温高稳定性的催化剂有利于MCH脱氢过程;此外,开发出既能打破反应平衡限制又能强化传质和传热效果以及保持催化剂稳定性的车载催化反应器将会加速MTH循环的社会化应用进程。

针对目前大学无机化学实验课程存在的问题,从以下几个方面进行的改革:(1)改变实验课前准备方式;(2)合理设置课程体系;(3)变学生为主动,增加开放性实验;(4)科学的“三段式”期末考核制度。成果表明,改革后学生对无机实验课的积极性明显提高,实际操作能力总体有一定的提升。

摘要:
以季戊四醇和甲基丙烯酸为原料,制备具有多支链结构的不饱和羧酸酯,再与P(VDF-HFP)共混,经热聚合制备锂离子电池用凝胶聚合物电解质,用红外光谱、循环伏安、X射线衍射、交流阻抗等研究电解质的性质。结果表明,用该多支链羧酸酯制备聚合物电解质时,单体用量少,获得的凝胶粘性好,室温离子电导率为1.03 mS/cm,电化学稳定窗口达到5.2 V,以此制备的聚合物电池界面阻抗小,放电性能好。

摘要:
结合化工原理实验教学内容的特点,设计了分层次"翻转课堂"具体教学模式、 实施方案和考核指标,重点培养学生的创造性和发散性思维,对其原有的认知结构不断地进行反思和重构,形成新的认知结构.结果表明:经过化工原理实验"翻转课堂"的教学实践,学生综合能力普遍得到加强,在每学期末,在每个任课班随机抽查5名同学,现场随机指定一个实验项目,80%的学生能较熟练的独立完成实验,达到了预期目的.

摘要:
A novel electrochemical sensor for nonenzymatic hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) detecting based on facile synthesis of copper oxide (CuO) nanoparticles dopping into graphene sheets@cerium oxide nanocomposites sensitized screen printed electrode (SPE) was fabricated. CuO nanoparticles were dopped into GS@CeO2 nanocomposites via a facile solvothermal process. X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD) combines with fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were used to characterize the composition of GS@CeO2-CuO nanocomposites. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was utilized to study the interfacial properties as well as scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to characterize the morphologies of different electrodes. The electrochemical properties of electrochemical sensor were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry (i-t curve) methods. After all experimental parameters were optimized, the GS@CeO2-CuO hybrid nanomaterials modified SPE (SPE|GS@CeO2-CuO) showed a good performance towards the electrocatalytic reduction of H2O2. A wide linear detection range (LDR) of CV peaks from 5.0×10-3 mM to 18.0 mM (R=0.9994) and a low limit of detection (LOD) of 2.1×10-3 mM (S/N=3) was achieved. The proposed electrochemical sensor was quick, selective, sensitive, simple, stable and reliable to quantitative determination of trace H2O2 in real samples. © 2016 The Authors.

摘要:
A rhodamine/coumarin-based ratiometric fluorescent Fe3+ sensor has been designed and synthesized. The sensor exhibits a good response to Fe3+ ions with high sensitivity, selectivity and a large shift in the emission spectra (>100 nm), which shows Fe3+-induced FRET OFF-ON and PET ON-OFF behavior. 摘要:
在氧化铝表面,以葡萄糖为炭源,通过高温热解方法制备了覆炭氧化铝载体(CCA),利用浸渍法制备Ni-Cu/CCA催化剂,并对催化剂进行了IR、BET、TG、SEM表征。利用微型连续管式反应器与气相色谱联用装置,考察了Ni -Cu/CCA催化剂对甲基环己烷(MCH)气相脱氢的催化性能。结果表明,载体覆炭质量分数为10%,金属活性组分Ni、Cu质量比为10: 1,反应温度为650 K,甲基环己烷微量进料为0.015 mL/min,载气流速为8 mL/min,反应压力为0.4 MPa时,使用0.6 g Ni-Cu/CCA,甲基环己烷脱氢转化率达到95.27%,甲苯的选择性接近100%。

摘要:
A sensitive and selective amperometric immunosensor for chloramphenicol (CAP, IUPAC name: 2, 2-Dichloro-N-[2-hydroxy-1-(hydroxymethyl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl) ethyl] acetamide) detection based on magnetic nanocomposites modify screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) as a disposable platform was fabricated. Graphene sheets (GS)-Nafion (Nf) dispersed solution was first dropped on the SPCE and then Fe3O4-Au nanoparticles (GoldMag particles, GMP) coated bovine serum albumin-CAP (BSA-CAP) conjugates was absorbed on it with the aid of external magnetic field. X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were employed to characterize the synthesized GS and the construction processes of the modified electrode. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were used to study its electrochemical properties. The content of CAP was determined with a competitive immunoassay mode. When different concentration of CAP and 1.0 μg/mL anti-CAP were added to the phosphate buffer solution (PBS) containing 2.0 mmol/L K3[Fe(CN)6], the increase ratio of the DPV current (CI%) was proportional to the concentration of CAP over the range from 2.0 ng/mL to 200.0 ng/mL after incubation for 5.0 min at 25 °C. The detection limit was 0.82 ng/mL (S/N=3). The immunosensor was employed to determine CAP in milk samples and the results were consistent with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. The proposed amperometric immunosensor is sensitive, selective, rapid, magnetic field controllable, low sample consumable and disposable. Results obtained in this study demonstrate that the immunosensor was suitable for determining trace CAP in real samples. © 2014 The Authors.

本文主要研究掺杂羟基磷灰石和石墨烯碳糊电极在差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)的条件下同时测定Pb2+和Cd2+,对实验参数:掺杂羟基磷灰石和石墨烯的比例、盐酸的浓度、沉积时间和沉积电位进行了优化.最优的实验条件为:羟基磷灰石和石墨烯比例分别为20%和2%,盐酸浓度0.24mol/L,沉积时间50s,沉积电位-1.3V.在最优实验条件下用DPV法对不同浓度的Pb2+和Cd2+进行了同时测定,Pb2+和Cd2+的线性方程分别为IPb2+(A)=-0.06306-0.05539 C(mol/L)(R=-0.9920);ICd2+(A)=-0.1100-0.01514C(mol/L)(R=-0.9996),富集时间为150s,Pb2+、Cd2+的检出限分别为:2.20110-7mol/L;1.35210-6mol/L,回收率分别为:105.6%和103.3%.

摘要:
LiVOPO4/carbon composite materials were prepared at amoderate temperature of 400°C by oxalic acid assisted sol-gel technique and acetylene black acting as a carbon source. The as synthesized composite materials were characterized by XRD, SEM, galvanostatic charge-discharge and CV measurements. When tested at 0.1 C rate for Li ion insertion properties, α-LiVOPO 4/ carbon composite material exhibits good cycle capability with an average capacity degradation of just 0.05 mAh/g per cycle. Additionally, when the various discharge rates were applied progressively for each of ten cycles, it shows excellent rate capability with initial discharge capacities of 138 mAh/g (0.1 C), 134 mAh/g (0.2 C), 108 mAh/g (0.5 C) and 83 mAh/g (1 C), respectively, indicating that carbon modification could enhance the electronic conductivity of LiVOPO4. © 2013 The Electrochemical Society.

以普通沥青为原料,采用有机多孔模板法制备铅酸电池用泡沫炭负极集流体,并用循环伏安、充放电测试和扫描电子显微镜等研究电池负极的电化学行为。研究结果表明:多孔模板法制备的泡沫炭具有三维连通开孔结构,孔径为0.5~1.0 mm;该泡沫炭在-1.25~0.7 V范围内电化学性能稳定,能用作铅酸电池负极集流体;以此制备出的铅酸电池具有较好的荷电循环性能。电池以1/20C和1/10C放电时,负极活性物质利用率比使用传统铅板栅负极集流体的电池分别提高12.3%和23.0%,扫描电镜显示电池充放电时,泡沫炭集流体上生成的晶体颗粒更小更均匀。

摘要:
对蒙脱石进行改性, 并用直接挥发溶剂法制备有机蒙脱石/聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯复合聚合物电解质. 用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射等对所制电解质性能进行表征, 用交流阻抗和充放电实验研究聚合物电池的电化学性质. 结果表明: 直接挥发溶剂法制得的复合聚合物膜呈蜂窝状, 孔穴丰富, 强度增加, 浸取电解液后室温离子电导率为1. 51 mS/cm, 电化学稳定窗口为5. 5 V;以LiCoO_2为正极制得的聚合物电池0. 1C充放电, 50次循环后容量保持率达到95. 3%, 倍率放电能力较好, 有机蒙脱石的加入可改善电池的电极界面性质, 提高电池充放电循环性能.

摘要:
A polymer electrolyte based on poly(vinylidene) fluoride- hexafluoropropylene was prepared by evaporating the solvent of dimethyl formamide, and non-woven fabric was used to reinforce the mechanical strength of polymer electrolyte and maintain a good interfacial property between the polymer electrolyte and electrodes. Polymer lithium batteries were assembled by using LiCoO2 as cathode material and lithium foil as anode material. Scanning electron microscopy, alternating current impedance, linear sweep voltammetry and charge-discharge tests were used to study the properties of polymer membrane and polymer Li-ion batteries. The results show that the technics of preparing polymer electrolyte by directly evaporating solvent is simple. The polymer membrane has rich micro-porous structure on both sides and exhibits 280% uptake of electrolyte solution. The electrochemical stability window of this polymer electrolyte is about 5.5 V, and its ionic conductivity at room temperature reaches 0.151 S/m. The polymer lithium battery displays an initial discharge capacity of 138 mA•h/g and discharge plateau of about 3.9 V at 0.2 current rate. After 30 cycles, its loss of discharge capacity is only 2%. When the battery discharges at 0.5 current rate, the voltage plateau is still 3.7 V. The discharge capacities of 0.5 and 1.0 current rates are 96% and 93% of that of 0.1 current rate, respectively. © Central South University Press, Sole distributor outside Mainland China: Springer 2007.

以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯为聚合物基质,采用直接挥发溶剂法制备正极自支撑的聚合物电解质,并以锂为负极制备LiCoO2聚合物电池.用扫描电子显微镜和循环伏安实验对聚合物电解质进行表征,用红外光谱分析了电解质微孔的形成机理,并对聚合物电池的充放电性能和界面阻抗进行测试.结果表明:直接挥发溶剂制得的聚合物电解质孔穴丰富,电化学稳定窗口达5.5 V采用正极自支撑电解质可改善材料的力学性能,降低电池的界面阻抗;制备的聚合物电池界面性质稳定,循环40次后容量保持率为97.5%,0.5C和1C倍率放电分别能保持0.1C放电容量的97.8%和95.7%.

以N,N-二甲基-甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂, 采用直接挥发法制备无纺布增强型聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯(PVDF-HFP)聚合物电解质, 并以锂为负极制备了聚合物电池.用扫描电子显微镜、交流阻抗和循环伏安对所制聚合物膜性能进行了表征,用充放电实验对所制聚合物电池电化学性能进行了测试.实验结果表明,直接挥发法制得的聚合物膜孔穴丰富,微孔呈蜂窝状,吸液率为280%,电化学稳定窗口为4.5V,浸取电解液后室温离子电导率为1.5mS/cm;以LiCoO2为正极制得的聚合物电池0.1C充放电, 放电平台为3.9V左右, 首次放电容量为137.5mAh/g,20次循环后容量保持在134mAh/g以上,充放电库仑效率高于95%,0.5C放电时放电平台为3.7V,0.5和1C放电分别能保持0.1C放电容量的96%和93%.
