Using pentaerythritol and methylacrylic acid as raw materials, an unsaturated carboxylic ether monomer with star-shaped structure was synthesized. By blending monomer with P (VDF-HFP) and in-situ thermal polymerization, gel polymer electrolytes and polymer Li-ion cells were prepared, and their properties were studied with FTIR, cyclic voltammogram, XRD and A.C impedance. The results show that this polymer electrolyte exhibits good stickiness and a small consumption of monomer.
