摘要:
In this paper, we firstly analyzed the categories and characteristics of safety hazards of genetically modified organisms. Then, we summarized and compared the laws on safety hazard compensation for genetically modified organisms in the United States, the European Union and China. Finally, suggestions were put forward to solve the existing problems in compensation laws in China so as to ensure the healthy and orderly development of China's genetically modified biological industry.<br/>

摘要:
WEB 2.0 facilitates the bidirectional communication capabilities of online review, causing the personalization and asymmetry of online review. Despite the problem of online personalized recommendation system, the influence of consumer characteristics on consumer repurchase intention is insufficiently examined in the extant literature. To address this issue, this study proposes a new online personalized recommendation approach based on the perceived value of consumer characteristics. Two aspects of the proposed framework are addressed. The first aspect is the linguistic information transformation model, which converts online reviews to unbalanced linguistic label cloud. The second aspect is an online recommendation approach based on the linguistic information trans-formation model. A series of experiments are conducted based on a set of hotel assessment data from four cities and the electronic consumer record of four consumers selected randomly. Results show that the proposed cluster method is useful for identifying consumer characteristics and gives personalized recommendation. Overall, this method reduces computation and provides a reference point based on consumer characteristics.

摘要:
In recent years, the smart city construction gradually becomes a major strategic move in cities at home and abroad, in order to solve a series of problems such as population energy and environment in city development. The smart city is a systematic project, of which the smart city construction assessment is the most important part. It has been few academical research studies with the smart city level evaluation now days. A case study of "The PRD city clusters" has been covered in this paper and TOPSIS based on coefficient of entropy method has been employed in this case to assess the smart construction from several aspects: infrastructure, economic level, technology and innovation, livelihood, security, focusing on contribute to the smart city construction in order to provide a set of feasible evaluation system and help for the smart city construction.

摘要:
Message propagation is a primary means to locate resources in current unstructured peer-to-peer (P2P) systems and how to reduce effectively the redundant messages of propagation while keeping its high network coverage is what many researchers go in for in this field. In this paper, we propose the algorithm of LMPR, a scheme of improved MPR for message propagation in distributed unstructured P2P system. Based on analyzing the process and message redundancy of MPR, this paper proposes to add to such scheme a mechanism of specified relay-list to reduce further the number of its retransmitting of message. By attaching to each relay-peer a relay-list with peers it will relay message to, the scheme can assure that in the view of each decision-peer a broadcast message can be dispatched and only be dispatched once to every neighbor peer within 2 hops of it. Simulation results show that the scheme of LMPR has better performance than that of MPR in message redundancy, network overhead, and fluctuation brought to the system.

摘要:
Network marketing is developed on the basis of application and development of modern electronic technology and communication technology. Compared with the traditional furniture marketing, it has obvious advantages in several aspects. Furniture enterprises should take a close grasp of this opportunity, enlarge investment in resources of network marketing, make full use of this sort of modernized marketing mode and better serve the business goal of furniture enterprises.
