摘要:
应用型本科院校水处理生物学课程面临如下困境:一是课程目标不清晰;二是教学与专业联系不紧密;三是内容多,课时少;四是重知识传授,轻思想教育。针对上述问题我们采取以下四项改革措施:一是明确课程目标,建立与专业培养能力的关联;二是整合教学内容,强调与其他课程的协调性;三是改革教学手段,构建线上/线下混合教学模式;四是融入"课程思政",强调立德树人。从而培养学生具备科学思维与工程素养,以及解决实际工程问题的能力。

摘要:
采用正交实验法优化制备Al-Fe-La除氟材料,研究按照不同Al/Fe/La摩尔比配制的除氟材料在不同水浴温度、不同pH值和不同结晶时间下的除氟性能,从而确定具备最佳除氟性能的Al-Fe-La金属复合氧化物制备方法.研究表明:所制备吸附剂的吸附效果受pH值的影响最大,受晶化时间的影响次之,受水浴温度和Al/Fe/La摩尔比的影响最小;其最佳吸附氟离子的实验条件组合为吸附剂配比浓度0.1 mol/L、水浴温度50℃、pH值10.5和晶化时间6 h.

摘要:
文章研究了超声波+CPAM对剩余污泥脱水性能的影响,通过分析超声波联合CPAM处理后污泥含水率、污泥比阻(SRF)、污泥粒径(d0.5)、絮体强度(FS)、分形维数(D3),以及这些参数之间的相关性,发现40kHz下超声时间为20s、CPAM投加量为80 mg/L时污泥脱水性能最好,此时d0.5、FS相对原污泥都有明显增大,而SRF、含水率及D3有明显减小。从多元线性模型拟合结果可知污泥特性参数d0.5、D3、FS对SRF均有显著影响。在污泥调质中可通过测量d0.5、FS在线监测污泥脱水性能。

摘要:
将海藻酸钠与羟乙基纤维素混合,采用戊二醛交联,制备得到复合膜(GHS),并将其用于吸附去除含铜废水中的Cu(Ⅱ);同时,考察吸附剂投加量、溶液初始pH值、初始浓度和接触时间等因素对Cu(Ⅱ)去除效果的影响.研究表明:GHS对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附在60 min时基本达到平衡,溶液初始pH值为6时达到最佳吸附效果;其吸附过程符合Freundlich等温吸附模型,且吸附动力学过程符合准二级动力学(R^2>0.999);pH值影响及D-R模型分析结果表明GHS吸附Cu(Ⅱ)机理主要表现为离子交换.

Antimony pollution resulting from industrial production is a great threat to the environment, ecology and the human body. Zero-valent iron powder is low-cost and easy to obtain. Nevertheless, the lower adsorption capacity limits its application when it is used as an adsorbent. In the present study, ball-milling and acid modification were developed to change its surface characteristics and γ-Fe2O3, γ-FeOOH and Fe3O4 were obtained after treatment, which promoted its adsorption capacity. Compared with the raw iron powder, the adsorption capacities for Sb(iii) and Sb(v) using the modified material were increased from 12.93 mg g-1 and 5.47 mg g-1 to 17.96 mg g-1 and 10.58 mg g-1, respectively. The study showed that the experimental data fitted the Langmuir model and the pseudo-first-order kinetic model better; the adsorption process was monolayer and chemically controlled at pH 5.0 ± 0.2. XPS and FT-IR analysis showed that Fe-O-Sb bonds arose during the adsorption process. The effect of pH on the adsorption capacity was also studied and the pH affected the adsorption of Sb(v) more than the adsorption of Sb(iii). In addition, the modified iron powder presented better efficiency when applied to the removal of low levels of antimony in drinking water. Based on the increase of adsorption capacity and low cost, iron powder should be a promising adsorbent for aqueous antimony removal. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
The recovery of iron is the key step for zinc recycling by electrolysis in zinc hydrometallurgy industry. Iron exists mainly as ferrites in the zinc neutral leaching residue and is difficult to decompose. In this paper, the reductive leaching process using sulfur dioxide was adopted to replace the traditional hot-acid leaching method, and the magnetic seed-assisted iron precipitation was developed. Under the optimum reductive leaching conditions, the initial concentration of sulfuric acid, the temperature and the partial pressure were determined as: 80 g/L H2SO4, 90 degrees C, 200 kPa at the fixed liquid/solid ratio of 10:1 and the stirring speed of 400 rpm. The most suitable iron precipitation reaction conditions were as follows: the pH: 3.0-3.5; the temperature: 95 degrees C. The recovery of iron mainly depended on the oxydrolysis of the ferrous. The ferrous precipitated as goethite and its crystallinity noticeably decreased with decreasing pH. The addition of the magnetic seeds shortened the reaction time from 4.5 to 3.0 h when the iron precipitation rate reached more than 99%. Simultaneously, the loss rates of zinc and cadmium in the iron process were also reduced from 10.96% and 9.27% to 4.23% and 3.73%, respectively. Besides, the sedimentation and filtration performance were greatly improved after the addition of magnetic seeds. The adsorption and inclusion were the main reasons for better sedimentation and filtration performance and higher metal loss rate.

Batch experiments were conducted to study the adsorption performance of fluorine removal by the calcium alginate (SA) embedded by the composite Mg-Al-Ce oxides (SA-CMAC). The physical and chemical properties of the SA-CMAC were characterized by XRD, SEM and XPS analysis. The optimum conditions for fluoride removal were determined and the maximum adsorption capacity was 26.12mg g−1. The co-existing PO4 3− and CO3 2− anions in solution had more effect than the SO4 2− and NO3 - on the fluoride removal efficiency. The adsorption process of fluorine by SA-CMAC was attributed to ion exchange on the surface of the SA-CMAC. The experimental data fitted both the isotherms and Freundlich well, and the Freundlich model had a little higher correlation coefficient. As the rate determining step, the adsorption process could be best described by the pseudo-second order kinetic model followed by the intra-particle diffusion. The thermodynamic examination demonstrated that the fluoride adsorption on the SA-CMAC beads was reasonably spontaneous and exothermic. The reclaimed adsorbents still could adsorb 65% of the total fluoride in the solution after three cyclic processes using 0.01mol/L NaOH. © 2018, Korean Institute of Chemical Engineers, Seoul, Korea.

通过合成多壁碳纳米管/二氧化钛(MWNTs/TiO_2)复合光催化剂,研究其对氧乐果农药的降解效率和作用机理,为去除水体中农药提供高效环保的水处理技术。通过溶胶-凝胶法制备MWNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂,其中钛酸丁酯:异丙醇:水摩尔比为1 ∶25 ∶3、MWNTSs为0.5 g、MWNTSs与TiO_2质量比为100 ∶1.5。采用批实验法考察了复合材料投加量(200、400、600、800、1 000 mg/L)、溶液pH值(3、5、7、9、11)、氧乐果初始浓度(20、75、150 mg/L)、温度(15℃、25℃、35℃)、光照强度(385、560 W)等因素对其降解效果的影响,对比了MWNTs/TiO_2和TiO_2两种催化剂对降解效果,并通过SEM和EDS等手段对MWNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂进行表征。结果表明,TiO_2均匀覆盖在MWNTs上,其中TiO_2占复合光催化剂的质量分数为59.59%;MWNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂对氧乐果的降解效率受复合材料投加量、溶液pH值、氧乐果初始浓度、温度、光照强度等因素影响较大,在氧乐果初始浓度75 mg/L、MWNTs/TiO_2投加量600 mg/L、pH值为3、温度35℃及光照强度560 W最佳条件下,MWNTs/TiO_2对氧乐果的光催化降解率为60.71%。降解动力学分析发现降解过程符合一级反应动力学方程,降解速率常数为0.0033 h~(-1)。在同样的条件下,MWNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂比TiO_2降解效率提高了8.45%。

A novel adsorbent embedding Mg-Al-Zr mixed oxides with millimetre-sized calcium alginate beads (SA-CMAZ) was synthesized, characterized, and applied for the secondary removal of fluoride from wastewater. Key factors affecting the fluoride adsorption, including initial fluoride concentration, contact time, initial pH and coexisting anions, were investigated. The results showed that fluoride could be removed by SA-CMAZ over a wide pH range, from 4 to 10. The presence of coexisting anions weakened the adsorption of fluoride, and the decreasing order of the removal towards fluoride was PO43−>CO32−>SO42−>NO3−. The adsorption follows a pseudo second order kinetic with theoretical adsorption capacity (Qe,cal) and experimental adsorption capacity (Qe,exp) close to each other at the temperatures of 303K, 308K, and 313K. The equilibrium data could be fitted by the Freundlich isotherm model as the SA-CMAZ is a heterogeneous. The value of the thermodynamic parameter indicated an endothermic adsorption process. A negative value shows the feasibility and spontaneity of the material-anion interaction. © 2017 Elsevier Inc.

采用双滴共沉淀法制备MgO-LDH水滑石去除溶液中氟,并采用静态实验系统地讨论溶液初始pH值、氟初始浓度和吸附时间等因素对MgO-LDH吸附性能影响。结果表明:吸附条件对氟的吸附能力影响较大,适宜的MgO-LDH投加量为10 g/L,溶液初始pH为6.40;随着温度的升高,MgO-LDH的吸附量也随之增加。在较佳的实验条件下,MgO-LDH对氟的最大吸附量为16.60 mg/g。动力学数据分析显示,准二级动力学方程(R~2=0.9314~ 0.9907)比准一级动力学方程(R~2=0.7941~0.9919)能更好地描述吸附动力学特征。颗粒内扩散方程拟合结果发现,氟在MgO-LDH吸附过程包括表面吸附和颗粒内扩散两个过程。吸附等温数据拟合发现,Langmuir吸附等温式(R~2=0.9982~0.9992)比FreundlicH吸附等温式(R~2=0.6904~0.9453)更好地描述氟在MgO-LDH上的等温吸附行为。

New biopolymer beads, composed of a Mg-Al-La tri-metal oxide (MAL) and alginate (SA), were synthesized, characterized and tested for their fluoride removal efficiency from wastewater. The morphology and properties of the beads were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Batch sorption studies were carried out to investigate the adsorption capacity of fluoride on SA-CMAL. The equilibrium sorption data were analyzed using the adsorption isotherm models of Langmuir and Freundlich. To explore the adsorption mechanism, thermodynamic parameters including ΔH<sup>0</sup>, ΔS<sup>0</sup>and ΔG<sup>0</sup>were calculated from the results of adsorption thermodynamics. The maximum adsorption capacity of fluoride adsorption on SA-CMAL was 30.96 mg g<sup>-1</sup>at 303 K. Compared with the Langmuir model, the Freundlich isotherm model better fitted the equilibrium data. In addition, the adsorption process was best fitted with pseudo-second-order kinetics. The value of the thermodynamic parameter ΔH<sup>0</sup>indicated an exothermic adsorption process. A negative value of ΔG<sup>0</sup>shows the feasibility and spontaneity of material-anion interaction. The detrimental effect of co-existing anions increased in the order SO<inf>4</inf><sup>2-</sup><NO<inf>3</inf><sup>-</sup><CO<inf>3</inf><sup>2-</sup><PO<inf>4</inf><sup>2-</sup>. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry 2017.

摘要:
通过平衡试验分析了多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)及MWNTs/TiO_2复合材料对氧乐果的吸附行为,探讨了两种材料的吸附热力学与动力学特性。结果表明,pH值对两种材料吸附性能的影响不大,在相同条件下,MWNTs和MWNTs/TiO_2对水中氧乐果的吸附量随初始浓度的增加而增大,对100 mg/L氧乐果溶液的最大吸附量分别为74.9和5.4 mg/g。两种材料的吸附过程均符合假二级动力学模型,且MWNTs/TiO_2对氧乐果的吸附速率为0.012 7 g/(mg. min),约为MWNTs的10倍,说明MWNTs/TiO_2具备更强的吸附能力。两种材料的吸附等温线均可用Freundlich等温吸附模型描述。

摘要:
校企合作是实现学生工程能力培养的重要途径,针对学校给排水科学与工程专业在培养工程应用型人才上实践教学体系上存在的不足,通过深化校企合作打造层次完整、特色鲜明的实践教学体系。依托企业开发实践教学资源,以工程项目设计为牵引设置实践课程体系,建立健全教学管理制度、评价办法和教育教学质量保障体系,加强学生工程实践能力的培养,为本科应用型院校的人才培养探索出一套有特色的实践教学体系。

摘要:
The secondary water delivery is the important part of the urban water supply and the problem becomes more and more prominent. In this paper, with the factual example of national secondary water supply, the pollution reasons of secondary water supply are analyzed, and the measures for preventing the pollution of secondary water supply are proposed to satisfy the safety of residents drinking water, including improving the pipe network capacity, and regulating the design, construction and management. ©2016 Taylor & Francis Group, London.
