摘要:
Urbanization-induced land use transitions (LUTs) result in a decline in ecosystem services, which has implications for regional ecological security. In order to explore the relationship between ecosystem services and land use transition, this paper utilizes the InVEST model, a geographically weighted regression (GWR) model, to examine the impact of land use transition on ecosystem services in the Dongting Lake area (DLA). The results showed that 1) with the change in urbanization development, the average values of land use transition intensity (LUI) in 2000, 2010, and 2020 are 237.99, 235.82, and 238.92, respectively. Land use dynamics (LUD) show a tendency to increase and then decrease, with average values of 5.58 and 5.62 for the periods 2000-2010 and 2010-2020, respectively, and the transformation of land use shows obvious spatio-temporal heterogeneity. 2) Habitat quality and carbon sequestration showed a downward trend. In contrast, food supply followed an upward trend; soil conservation (SC) and water yield (WY) services initially increased and decreased later. The overall spatial changes in habitat quality and carbon sequestration appear to be insignificant. Food supply shows significant differences in the plains compared to other areas, while soil conservation and water yield service show significant changes in places other than the DLA. 3) From 2000 to 2020, land use transition dynamics, population density, GDP density, night lighting, and transition intensity had mainly negative effects on ecosystem services. Only the Normalized Vegetation Index (NDVI) showed a positive effect on ecosystem services. The results of the research will provide valuable references for the development and implementation of spatial ecological restoration planning and land use policies in the national territory.

<jats:p><jats:bold>Introduction:</jats:bold> The construction of digital governance of national land space depends greatly on the development of a digital model for robust control of water and ecological space. However, how changes to the urban-water coupling relationships affect the resilience control of water ecological space is rarely reported.</jats:p><jats:p><jats:bold>Methods:</jats:bold> The evolution characteristics of urban and water space in the study area from 2000 to 2020 and the correlation between them are analyzed based on the grid analysis using InVEST and Moran’I methods. Based on the theory of human-environment interaction territorial system to provide a theoretical framework to explain the urban and water space. We used digital to construct an resilience control framework in the Dongting Lake area based on the correlation between the urban and water space.</jats:p><jats:p><jats:bold>Results:</jats:bold> The results show that: 1) From 2000 to 2020, the geographical evolution of towns and cities in the research area displayed obvious spatial variation in intensity, indicating a process of expansion and change. The regional and temporal fluctuations of the water conservation function are significant. The mountainous areas in the east, south, and northwest are where the high values of the water conservation function are primarily found. These regions have more vegetation, which increases the water conservation function. 2) According to the results of local binary spatial autocorrelation analysis, it can be seen that from 2000 to 2020, the high-high agglomeration of town space and water-related is mainly distributed in Linxiang City, Yueyang County, Miluo City, Li County, and Yiyang City, and the low-low agglomeration is mainly distributed in Dongting Lake, Datong Lake, and along the Yangtze River. 3) Based on how urban spatial evolution affects water ecological space, we construct a theoretical framework of urban-water coupling and establish a digital model of water ecological space resilience control in the Dongting Lake area from four perspectives: threshold, visualization, dynamics, and intelligence.</jats:p>

The territorial spatial planning in the new era strengthens the control of different functional spaces and emphasizes integrated and coordinated development of each functional space. Therefore, it is important to monitor the “structure-function” characteristics of water-ecological space based on the context of territorial spatial planning and develop a management and control framework. Based on land use and social statistics, and with the help of ArcGIS analysis, this paper examined the structure and function of the water-ecological space in the Dongting Lake study for 2010, 2015, and 2020, generating a control framework and proposing key initiatives. The main results are as follows: 1) The overall scale of the water ecological space in the Dongting Lake study is over 7,300km2. Water bodies had the largest share, followed by coastal terrestrial areas, while the land-water ecotone was the smallest. There was a small decrease in the water ecological space during the study period. Yueyang had the largest overall scale of water ecological space, while Linli had the smallest. 2) The comprehensive function of water ecological space in the Dongting Lake study was about 0.4000, increasing somewhat during the study period. Among the units, the comprehensive function value was highest in Yuanjiang City, while Jincheng City had the lowest. 3) From the structural elements of water ecological space, scientific planning of functional zoning of water ecological space should be carried out and combined with the delineation of “three zones and three lines.” Key initiatives such as multi-scale and multi-level planning and control, use control and access restrictions, determination of water ecological space ownership, pollution control and accountability, and comprehensive water ecological treatment and restoration should be promoted. 摘要:
Understanding the spatio-temporal characteristics of ecological degradation and its mechanism is the key to implementing national land space ecological restoration. Currently, there is a lack of knowledge about identifying ecologically degraded areas from a structure–function angle. This paper used the Dongting Lake Basin (DLB) as the research area, with the landscape pattern index and InVest model utilized to analyze the landscape distribution characteristics and ecosystem service functions in 2000 and 2018. Based on this, a fuzzy inference approach and geographic detectors were used to explore the characteristics and driving mechanism of ecological degradation in the DLB from 2000 to 2018. The results found are the following: (1) The overall landscape of the DLB was fragmented, the landscape shape tended to be complex, the degree of aggregation declined, and the landscape types were more discrete than before. In terms of the landscape-level index, the overall indicators of the landscape pattern in the DLB showed little change from 2000 to 2018, and the overall landscape pattern change was reasonably stable. (2) The three ecological services exhibited prominent spatial distribution features during the study period. In particular, food supply services showed a steady upward trend, while habitat quality and carbon storage services generally declined. (3) The ecological degradation in the DLB demonstrated striking spatial and temporal differences during the study period, and the ecological situation improved. The ecological degradation areas were mainly distributed in urban areas with denser populations and a higher level of urbanization, while the ecological restoration areas were mainly in the mountainous and hilly areas far away from the urban centers. (4) Among the influential factors, the production potential of urban land and farmland is the main factor that affects the ecological environment degradation and spatial distribution difference in the DLB. Understanding the pattern and quality of construction land expansion in urban agglomerations is important for new urbanization and high-quality development of land spaces. Taking urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River as the research object, this study analyzes the spatio-temporal pattern and quality level of construction land expansion at various scales using remote sensing images, the expansion intensity index, the coordination degree model, and the Tapio elastic decoupling model. The results show that from 2000 to 2020, (1) the construction land scale of urban agglomeration in the study area had expanded, with significant stage characteristics and spatial differentiation patterns. (2) The overall relationship between the construction land and the population in urban agglomerations was found to be uncoordinated, but the coordination degree had been improved. The optimization of human–land coordination was faster at the metropolitan scale than at the overall level and the sub-urban agglomerations. (3) The decoupling relationship between the overall construction land and the economy in urban agglomerations was weak and had improved. The coupling/decoupling relationship was found to be better at the metropolitan scale than at the overall level and sub-urban agglomerations. Copyright © 2022 Ning, Ouyang and Liu.

摘要:
科技创新是实现新型城镇化高质量发展的重要手段.以国家自主创新示范区长株潭城市群为例,通过构建科技创新与新型城镇化相关性分析模型,实证分析了科技创新对新型城镇化发展的影响.结果表明:2000-2020年,长株潭城市群的科技创新水平和新型城镇化水平提升迅速;科技创新与新型城镇化呈正相关关系,科技创新对新型城镇化有显著影响,并且两者之间存在长期稳定的平衡关系;科技创新与人口城镇化、经济城镇化、社会城镇化等方面指标之间总体上存在显著正相关.最后,根据实证结果提出科技创新加快新型城镇化发展的对策建议.

准确把握乡村振兴背景下民俗文化区景观格局变化,是实现民俗景观可持续发展的重要抓手﹒基于Landsat遥感影像解译得到土地利用数据,计算相应的景观格局指数,分析2000―2018年通道侗族自治县土地利用类型及其景观格局的变化特征﹒结果表明:不同的土地利用类型面积变化趋势存在显著的差异性,其中,耕地和林地呈现出减少趋势,其他类型呈现出增加趋势﹒土地利用类型面积变化动态程度表现出差异性和阶段性,其中,耕地的动态度变化最为明显,而林地的动态度变化最弱;2000―2015年动态变化不明显,2015―2018年动态变化较为明显﹒不同类别的景观格局指数表现出不同的变化特征,其中,斑块密度、多样性、Shannon均匀度等指数均表现出逐年增长的态势,结合度指数表现出先减少后增加的态势,分离度指数表现出先增长后减少的态势,蔓延度指数表现出逐年减少的态势﹒因此,研究区未来发展旅游的过程中应进一步提升土地利用效率,保护生态景观增加人类福祉﹒

摘要:
探讨土地利用变化与景观格局之间的关系可以为区域生态管理提供依据。以洞庭湖地区为研究对象,以该地区2000、2005、2010和2015年4个时期的遥感影像为基础,综合运用地理信息系统(GIS)、景观格局分析等方法,定量描述该地区的土地利用和景观格局的时空演变规律,并利用OLS回归分析土地利用变化与景观格局之间的关系。结果表明:①开发区和新城区建设等经济社会发展条件下土地利用发生显著变化,以耕地和林地转化为建设用地为主要特征,其中,建设用地和未利用地面积持续增长,耕地、林地、草地和水域面积明显减少。②景观水平层面下洞庭湖地区景观格局的破碎程度上升和聚集程度下降,其中,林地和草地的破碎化程度上升,林地的破碎化程度上升趋势有所缓解。并在空间尺度上表现建成区范围内景观指数变化显著。③类型水平层面下,其景观格局的集聚程度呈现上升趋势。景观格局变化与耕地、林地、未利用地和建设用地的变化具有较强的关系,建设用地扩张增加了整个景观格局的异质性和破碎性。同时,提出相应的对策措施,以期为洞庭湖地区更好地协调优化空间开发与景观格局之间的关系。

近年来随着我国城市进入发展转型的重要阶段,由增量规划转为存量规划,许多城市都积极投身于生态修复和城市修补工作。从艺术介入住区畸零空间更新的研究切入,从畸零空间和艺术介入的相关理论研究出发,明确艺术介入住区畸零空间的意义,根据畸零空间的布局方式与形态特征,从散点空间、线型空间和面域空间三方面提出更新改造策略,认为艺术介入畸零空间不仅是对城市生活物质空间的优化重构,更是对地域特色文化的融合嵌入、对居民认同感归属感的重塑与再营造。

在我国城市发展进入提质增效的转型阶段的大背景下,通过存量用地的盘活、优化、挖潜、提升而实现城市发展的存量规划模式逐渐适应了城市新发展模式的要求。历史文化街区作为城市存量资源的重要组成部分,其保护和更新成为提升城市发展品质与内涵的重要一环。文章以青岛市上海路——武定路历史文化街区的裕德里里院地块为例,通过详细测绘调研分析街区现状及发展困境;进而梳理微更新理念在国内外规划理论中的发展,提出基于微更新的历史文化街区保护和更新的三点特征;然后从延续传统肌理、控制物质形态、街区功能置换三个方面探究了基于微更新的历史文化街区保护更新策略;最后补充到微更新仍然需要我们从宏观角度对历史文化街区的功能定位、发展方向等进行总体考虑和布局。

中部地区综合竞争力评价及提升路径

构建一个城市竞争力评价的指标体系,并采用熵权TOPSIS法对中部地区6个省进行竞争力定量化研究。结果表明:从中部六省内部来看,河南综合竞争力最强,湖北、湖南次之,其次分别是安徽、江西、山西,整体差异明显;中部地区的整体竞争力远低于东部地区,相比于东北与西部地区有竞争优势。中部地区可以通过构建融合互补的产业体系、优化区域产业空间结构、提升产业合作关联度、深化区域交流与合作、培养创新型人力资源队伍等途径提升综合竞争力。

伴随我国高速城镇化,新城开发比比皆是,其开发建设中不乏困难重重。在丘陵地区进行开发建设,让开发建设者尤为头痛的莫过于竖向问题,它关乎开发进度、关乎投资效益、关乎建设效果。基于此,笔者结合项目开展新区竖向规划设计研究,通过探索影响竖向设计的诸多因素分析,采用系统模拟平衡计算法,提出因地制宜、便于分期可操作的精细化竖向规划设计方法,并为控规修改提供依据。

在经济高速发展、快速城镇化的时代下,住区的大拆大建于无形中产生了许多"畸零空间"。多数研究认为畸零空间的合理利用能促进住区空间的整合,对其研究利用已成为住区改造和更新的重要课题。中央政府适时推出的城市双修政策提出"城市修复、生态修补",这对城市空间的可持续发展有引领作用,且对住区空间品质提升和居住环境的改善具有重要的现实意义。文章通过分析益阳市西流湾住区畸零空间中存在的问题,从对边角空间的创造性使用和对闲置地块及不规则地块的功能性改造两个方面,提出住区畸零空间优化改造策略。

摘要:
Fe–Mn binary oxide nanoparticles (FMBON) were reported to be high performance as adsorbent for pollutants removal from aqueous solution. However, there are still limitations in practice application due to the FMBON tend to aggregate into the micro millimeter level. In order to avoid the agglomeration of nanoparticles, this work synthesized the stabilized Fe–Mn binary oxide nanoparticles (CMC-FMBON) by using water-soluble carboxymethyl celluloses (CMC) as the stabilizer. The characteristics of CMC-FMBON and FMBON were measured by using Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and Zeta potential. This work systematically investigated the adsorption capacity of CMC-FMBON for 17β-estradiol (E2) and the influences of external environmental factors on E2 removal. The results indicated that CMC-FMBON had much smaller particles, wider dispersion and larger surface area than the FMBON. CMC-FMBON showed better adsorption performance for E2 than FMBON with the maximum adsorption capacity of CMC-FMBON and FMBON were 124.10 and 98.14 mg/g at 298 K, respectively. The experimental data can be well fitted by the model of pseudo-second-order and Langmuir model. The E2 removal by CMC-FMBON was obviously dependent on pH with the maximum adsorption occurring when the pH was acidic. The removal capacity of CMC-FMBON increased when enhancing ionic strength in solution. Background electrolytes promoted slightly E2 adsorption process whereas the presence of humic acid inhibited the E2 removal. π-π interactions, hydrogen bonds, and oxidation might be responsible for E2 removal. This research suggested that the CMC-FMBON has been considered to be a cost-efficient adsorbent for removing E2 from water. © 2018 by the authors. Licensee MDPI, Basel, Switzerland.

摘要:
城市群是新型城镇化发展的主要载体,也是人地关系矛盾凸显的地方之一.在界定生态文明内涵的基础上,构建符合城市群生态文明建设评价的综合指标体系,我们采用熵值法和空间分析法对长江中游城市群的生态文明建设水平和空间差异分析发现:28个地级市的生态文明建设水平有着明显差异,生态文明建设波动呈现"U"形变化;三大子城市群之间生态文明呈现出不同的建设水平,环长株潭城市群生态文明建设水平最高,其次是环鄱阳湖城市群,而武汉城市圈位于末尾;各子城市群内的城市生态文明建设水平差异化明显.通过区域协作和产业结构调整等措施是提高长江中游城市群生态文明建设水平的重要因素.

摘要:
益沅桃城镇群的建设是提升益阳市的区域竞争力,形成湘北地区新的增长极的重要举措。以SPSS软件的主成分分析法测度益沅桃城镇群各部分的经济发展实力,并结合空间相互作用引力模型测算各城镇的经济联系强度及对中心城区的隶属度,以此定量分析益沅桃城镇群的基本经济情况。结果表明:益阳市区在城镇群中处于绝对的经济中心地位,沅江市、桃江县与益阳市区的经济差距较大,益阳市区的辐射带动作用有待提高;益阳市在区内的引力强度最高,桃江县因距离的邻近效应,引力强度和隶属度排在第二,沅江市因区位和经济独立性排在第三。

摘要:
产城融合是推动长株潭城市群产业升级的主要动力之一.基于学者们对于产城融合研究的基础上,构建了符合长株潭城市群产城融合评价的指标体系,并运用主成分分析法对2016年城市群的26个产业园区进行产城融合的综合考量.研究表明:城市群产业园区的产城融合发展整体水平不高,将产业园区产城融合发展水平分成3类,处于第1类的产业园区只有3个,表现出产城融合发展不均衡.同时,根据产城融合方面的问题,从产业园区的产业升级和城市化的方面提出了相关的政策建议.

摘要:
以湖南省14个地级市为研究单元,运用变异系数和空间自相关法等方法,实证测算了2005—2014年湖南省各地级市外向型经济的区域差异特征。结果表明:①出口贸易区域内呈现由分散向集中转变的态势,而实际利用FDI在各市之间呈扩散发展趋势;②湖南省外向型经济区域存在显著差异,长株潭城市群为主要开放阵地;③不同区域之间的对外开放度差距逐年缩小但依旧较大,湖南省的开放度水平整体得到了提高;④湖南省各地级市的对外开放度存在较强空间自相关性,出现空间集聚的情况。
