伴随我国高速城镇化,新城开发比比皆是,其开发建设中不乏困难重重。在丘陵地区进行开发建设,让开发建设者尤为头痛的莫过于竖向问题,它关乎开发进度、关乎投资效益、关乎建设效果。基于此,笔者结合项目开展新区竖向规划设计研究,通过探索影响竖向设计的诸多因素分析,采用系统模拟平衡计算法,提出因地制宜、便于分期可操作的精细化竖向规划设计方法,并为控规修改提供依据。

With the rapid urbanization of China, the development of new towns abounds, and there are many difficulties in its development and construction.
