随着社会经济的发展,我国迅速进入大数据时代,教育领域课程教学资源的数据随之呈几何级数量增长,其数据储存量与处理量远远超过了传统架构服务器的处理能力。为解决这一问题,提高大数据时代课程教学资源的共享效率与服务满意度,相关人员需要基于大数据平台,采用大数据技术搭建异构服务器集群,构架大数据课程教学资源推荐系统。对此,本文针对基于大数据平台的课程教学资源推荐系统展开相关研究。

摘要:
A fundamental problem facing deep neural networks is that they require a large amount of data to keep the system efficient in complex applications. Promising results of this problem are made possible by using techniques such as data enhancement or transfer learning in large data sets. However, when the application provides limited or unbalanced data, the problem persists. In addition, the number of false positives generated by deep model training has a significant negative impact on system performance. This study aims to solve the problem of false positives and class imbalances by implementing an improved filter library framework for Cole pest identification. The system consists of three main units: First, the primary diagnostic unit (boundary box generator) generates a bounding box containing the location of the infected area and class. Then, the promising box belonging to each category is used as an input to the secondary diagnostic unit (CNN filter bank) for verification. In the second unit, the misclassified samples are filtered by training for each category of independent CNN classifiers. The result of the CNN filter bank is to determine if a target belongs to the category because it is detected (true) or no (false), otherwise. Finally, an integrated unit combines the information of the autonomous unit and the secondary unit in the future while maintaining a true positive sample and eliminating false positives of misclassification in the first unit. By this implementation, the recognition rate of this method is about 96%, which is 13% higher than our previous work in the complex task of Cole disease and pest identification. In addition, our system is able to handle false positives generated by bounding box generators and class imbalances that occur on data sets with limited data.

摘要:
Acquisition of air pollution source data is a key part of building ecological monitoring database, and a new data acquisition technology of air pollution source is studied. The problem of locating air pollution sources is modeled as the problem of parameter identification of sparse systems by using the location algorithm based on sparse system identification. The sparse signals are reconstructed by using the least mean square error optimization method of L 1 − norm regularization based on incomplete random sampling data, and the air pollution sources are accurately located. The air pollution sources are collected by ZigBee sensor network based on the results of the location of air pollution sources. While describing the hardware working principle of sensor and concentrator nodes, the key functions of data acquisition in ZigBee sensor network are designed. Through the storage table and writing method based on Hbase design, the collected air pollution source data are stored. The results show that the rate of missing report of air pollution source data collected by the research technology is between 0.1% and 1.0%, and the time of using different air pollution source materials is about 50ms. It is a data acquisition technology of air pollution source with high performance. © Foundation Environmental Protection & Research-FEPR.

摘要:
A whispering-gallery mode (WGM) microcavity provides a natural structure to strengthen the light-matter interactions. The surface plasmon (SP) of a metal generates tremendous electromagnetic near-fields which contributes to the detection of Raman signals. Moreover, graphene can improve the Raman signals through charge transfer between the graphene and the analyte molecules, namely chemical enhancement. Combining these three kinds of enhancement factors, a femtomolar SERS response with an enhancement factor of 0.95 × 10 12 and an ultralow detection limit down to 10 -15 M was achieved in a hybrid ZnO/graphene/Ag WGM microcavity for probe molecule detection. It can be attributed not only to the optical field confinement effect of the natural WGM structure but also to the graphene-assisted charge transfer and Ag SPs. This label-free SERS substrate has further been employed to detect a neurotransmitter and also to obtain high sensing performance. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
六维力传感器能够通过应变片及板梁结构实时检测空间六方向的力信息,但其输出信号不可避免地被噪声干扰所污染。为改善这一现象,同时针对过程噪声模型不精准致使经典卡尔曼滤波器性能差的问题,设计了一种双因子渐消卡尔曼滤波器。算法研究了加性噪声信号的统计特性,建立了矩形板主振型增广状态方程,分析了两种过程噪声模型偏差对滤波性能的影响。在经典卡尔曼滤波器的基础上,基于新息正交性原理,依据Sage开窗估计原理与最小二乘准则,构造了双渐消因子的解析式,阐述了滤波器的工作原理。研究表明:双渐消卡尔曼滤波器稳定性强,能够有效削弱噪声模型偏差的影响;对比抗差卡尔曼滤波器,精度提升38.66%。

摘要:
Accuracy is extensively considered a key issue for traffic big data prediction in a vehicular cyber-physical system (VCPS). Deep learning with super performance has been successfully applied to traffic prediction for feature learning. However, uncertain traffic big data pose a remarkable challenge on current deep learning models, which work in a vector space in a deterministic manner and fail to learn the features of uncertain traffic data. This study solves the problem of citywide traffic flow prediction to satisfy the accuracy requirement of the VCPS from the perspective of users. In this study, a tensor-train fuzzy deep convolution (TFDC) approach is first proposed to satisfy the accuracy requirements of traffic flow prediction. Moreover, the Tucker deep computation (T-TFDC) approach for TFDC is proposed to satisfy the prediction accuracy requirements with low computational complexity. The TFDC model is built upon the fuzzy deep convolutional network, which uses unified tensor data representation for spatio-temporal traffic flow data. The key idea of the T-TFDC is to introduce Tucker decomposition into the TFDC model to compress parameters for traffic flow feature learning. Furthermore, learning algorithms for training TFDC and T-TFDC model parameters are devised on the basis of the back-propagation strategy. Experimental results on the TaxiBJ and BikeNYC data sets verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed approaches over state-of-the-art methods. © 2013 IEEE.

摘要:
An image encryption scheme that combines a hyperchaotic system with standard weighted fractional Fourier transform theory is proposed. Simulation results showed that grayscale distribution of the encrypted image was balanced, correlation coefficients of adjacent pixels were highly irrelevant, and the encrypted image was highly sensitive to the secret key, offering good robustness against attacks and a larger key space.

摘要:
Tensors have drawn a growing attention in many applications, such as physics, engineering science, social networks, recommended systems. Tensor decomposition is the key to explore the inherent intrinsic data relationship of tensor. There are many sparse tensor and vector multiplications (SpTV) in tensor decomposition. We analyze a variety of storage formats of sparse tensors and develop a piecewise compression strategy to improve the storage efficiency of large sparse tensors. This compression strategy can avoid storing a large number of empty slices and empty fibers in sparse tensors, and thus the storage space is significantly reduced. A parallel algorithm for the SpTV based on the high-order compressed format based on slices is designed to greatly improve its computing performance on graphics processing unit. Each tensor is cut into multiple slices to form a series of sparse matrix and vector multiplications, which form the pipelined parallelism. The transmission time of the slices can be hidden through pipelined parallel to further optimize the performance of the SpTV. © 2019 Association for Computing Machinery.

摘要:
In this era of Internet of Things (IoT), a variety of battery-powered devices communicate with each other or some remote gateways via wireless multihop communications. Although Wi-Fi has been shown to be of great benefit to a wide range of IoT applications due to its high data rate, high reliability, and native IP compatibility, it is inherently energy-hungry and potentially suffers from a dilemma: More (less) frequent use of Wi-Fi results in shorter (longer) delay but higher (lower) energy consumption. This dilemma becomes the major obstacle in the use of Wi-Fi in long-term but delay-bounded IoT applications. To address this, we propose a bidirectional cross-interface scheduling (BCS) scheme, which leverages the widely used low-power ZigBee to collaborate with the high data rate and reliable Wi-Fi for sustainable and reliable end-to-end (E2E) data delivery in IoT. The objective is to maximize network lifetime while satisfying certain required E2E delay bound. Extensive simulations and testbed experiments have been conducted. The results show that the network lifetime of BCS is 33.4% and 346.9% longer than those of a state-of-the-art scheme and the IEEE 802.11's standard power-saving scheme with the default settings, respectively. © 2007-2012 IEEE.

摘要:
The phenomenon of extraordinary optical transmission (EOT) caused by light through metallic nanohole arrays has attracted significant attention due to its potential applications for monolithic color filters and ultrasensitive label-free biosensing. However, the EOT spectra of these nanohole arrays have multiple resonance peaks that are spectrally close to each other due to the multiple resonance modes generated by different media on the upper and lower surfaces of metal. In addition, owing to the absorption loss of metal and the scattering of holes, the EOT resonance peaks have low transmission coefficient for practical applications. In this work, utilizing a tapered nanohole arrays structure which is stacked by multiple cylindrical holes with the same depth but different radii, we show that tapered nanohole arrays can effectively suppress the excitation of multiple resonance peaks, and a single EOT peak emerges in the transmission spectrum and simultaneously exhibits significantly enhanced transmission ( approximately 7 times) and narrow linewidth ( approximately 15 nm). The enhanced EOT of tapered nanohole arrays can be also found in other wavelength regions and plasmonic materials. Benefiting from isolated transmission peak, high transmission efficiency and extremely narrow linewidth, a highly sensitive plasmonic nanosensor with sensitivity of 1580 nm/RIU and figure of merit of 105 can be attained. We believe that the tapered nanohole structure would enable applications for ultrasensitive sensors, switches and efficient filters.

摘要:
Single-molecule localization methods play a vital role in a localization-based super-resolution fluorescence microscopy. However, it is difficult for conventional localization schemes based on the Gaussian fitting to locate overlapped high-density fluorescent emitters. Currently, in the spatial domain, the compressive-sensing-based algorithm (CSSTORM) can localize high-emitter-density images. However, the computational cost of this approach is extremely high, which limits its practical application. Here, we propose an alternative frequency-domain compressed sensing (FD-CS) technique for fast super-resolution imaging. Unlike the CSSTORM method, which is a measurement matrix based on the point spread function, a Fourier dictionary designed in the frequency domain and orthogonal matching pursuit is used to reliably recover the original signal. The simulation and experimental results prove that the FD-CS is 1000 times faster than CSSTORM with CVX and ten times faster than that with L1-Homotopy with almost the same localization accuracy and recall rate. This drastic reduction in computational time should allow the compressed sensing approach to be routinely applied to a super-resolution image analysis.

摘要:
利用分步傅里叶方法数值模拟研究了相同振幅的平行输入正反Airy光束在Kerr介质中脱落孤子的演化,并进一步研究了高阶效应对脱落孤子的影响。研究结果发现:Kerr介质中正反Airy光束由于相互作用,将产生类似于DNA结构的缠绕孤子,通过调整初始输入的振幅和间距,可以影响缠绕孤子的特性。另外发现:当存在单个高阶效应(三阶色散,拉曼,自陡)或者同时存在多个高阶效应时,缠绕孤子在时域和频域的演化会发生很大影响。研究结果可以为调控Airy光束产生的脱落孤子提供一些理论基础,也可以为Airy光束在超连续谱产生和宽带光源方面提供潜在的应用前景。

PT对称光学格子介质中时空孤子的演化研究

摘要:
首先解析求解具有PT对称结构的(2+1)变系数非线性薛定谔方程,获得PT时空孤子解;然后详细地讨论了PT时空孤子在3种不同衍射/色散介质中的演化特性.研究结果表明:当衍射/色散系数为常数或指数衰减函数时,无啁啾PT时空孤子的强度随传输距离始终保持不变,而啁啾PT时空孤子的强度随传输距离呈现增长趋势,此时PT时空孤子的传输是不稳定的;当衍射/色散系数为周期性调制函数时,无啁啾PT时空孤子的强度随传输距离也是始终保持不变的,而啁啾PT时空孤子的强度随传输距离呈现周期性变化,此时PT时空孤子能够稳定传输.

摘要:
Multi-sensing system for target tracking has been addressed by many researchers from different fields. In this work, a multi-sensing system within the time, space, and frequency domains is first described. The system development is based on sensor spatial and temporal characteristics, and therefore is reliable and stable. The frequency outcome of sensors is employed to segment the detection scope into different domains, and is simple to implement. For resolving the challenge of decision-making strategy, this work combines the spatial and temporal properties with the determination mechanism as well as optimizes the system devising—making it a very promising basis for the realization of tracking accuracy improvement. With this strategy, target detection results are obtained and evaluated by probability-based parameters. The proposed decision-making scheme receives a high detection accuracy as well as a good working performance according to statistical analysis, allowing a straightforward methodology for the configuration of multi-sensing system. © 2019, The Author(s).
