By means of axial compressive and eccentric compressive tests of four Four-tube Concrete-filled Steel Tubular Laced Columns, to research the strain modes of these columns without yield point. Longitudinal strain and the hoop strain of column limbs, the Poisson ratio of combination of materials have been obtained.

摘要:
Diaphragm beam has grate influence to load transverse distribution factors of T-beam bridge. Two steel T-beam bridge models were made in this article, one have diaphragm beam and the other one have not. Concentrated load was applied to both of them, and mechanical analysis of the T-beam bridge model was carried out by finite element software. Compared with experiment data and theoretical data, it shows that: when the concentrated load was applied to mid-span of 1#,2# and 3# beam of the two kind bridges, the 1#,2# and 3# beam load transverse distribution factors of T-beam bridge without diaphragm beam is larger than that of T-beam bridge with diaphragm beam by 19.3%similar to 23.2%, 25.3%similar to 30.6% and 48.1%similar to 50.1% respectively.

摘要:
Most of graph-based methods for semi-supervised learning are transductive, giving predictions for only the unlabeled data in the training set, and not for an arbitrary test point. SLC(Semi-supervised Local Linear Coordinate), which is based on LLC(Local Linear Coordinate) is present here as an inductive method. The mixture of factor analyzers is used to model the raw data set, and the label smoothness over the graph is enforced by local approximation. At last, smooth nonlinear projection is achieved by local affine transformation. Experiment shows the superiority of our proposed method in comparison to others.

The research of network security Situation Awareness is important in improving the abilities of network detection) response to emergency and predicting the network security trend. In this paper, based on the conceptual model of situational awareness > three main problems with regard to network security situational awareness were discussed: extraction of the elements in the network security situation i comprehension of the network security situation and projection of future situation. The core issues to be resolved, and major algorithms as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms were focused. Finally> the opening issues and challenges for network security situation awareness concerning both theory and implementation in near future were proposed.

摘要:
To meet the requirement of service quality and event filtering of data exchange in application integration, this paper adopts the notification service of CORBA to realize transmission quality service through applying event message. We develop a multi-channel message integration plan which is based on notification service, and provide plug-and-play message servo in the middle of message procession by employing CORBA object and XML file as the carrier of message transmission. This design achieves high performance in massive and real-time message transmission as well as adding superior extensibility to software integration of complex operation.

摘要:
An urban regional traffic network is the base of regional traffic planning. The visual method of traffic network, which uses interactive editing and optimization methods, make editing and displaying network information more efficient. The use of MapInfo's and TransCAD's visual editing functions contributes to establish the clear, intuitive layer-structure of a traffic network that has strong maneuverability. In this paper, the optimization method based on visual analysis of a regional traffic network is discussed, which is based on the regional case of Changsha's Yanghuyuan. The paper realizes the visualization of regional network editing and attribute data processing with visual inputting, modifying the network data, and project optimization. We can update network information in time, and offer accurate and complete test data for the planning and design of a regional traffic network by means of MapInfo and TransCAD.

According to attribute mathematical theory, attribute recognition model in the assessment of urban traffic environment quality is established in this paper. Firstly, an index system is developed for assessing urban traffic environment according to automobile exhaust pollution and traffic noise; secondly, attribute measurement functions are rigorously constructed to compute attribute measurement of single index, as well as index weight is determined to compute synthetic attribute measurement; thirdly, a confidence criterion is established on the basis of the ordered evaluation sets; finally, An example is assessed to demonstrate the application of the proposed model and method, and the assessment results agree well with that of the matter-element method, which validates that the proposed model is feasible, effective and reliable in assessing urban traffic environment. The study indicates that the model is forthright in theory, simple and convenient in method, so it is applicable in practice.

Based on the coupling action of vehicle dynamic load and pavement a simplified vehicle dynamic load model is established, and new methods for calculating representative temperatures, accumulate action time of vehicle load and load revised parameters are proposed. At the same time, calculation method for rut prediction is formulated by using dynamic finite element method in the paper. Rut prediction calculations of a circuit test flexible pavement and a semi-rigid asphalt pavement are performed by the method, and their calculation results agree well with their test datum. The agreements between calculation results and test datum indicate that the rut prediction method is reasonable and reliable. Copyright ASCE 2009.

Turing-computable issue Is important in research of Turing Machine and has significant value in both theory and practice. The paper analyzes Turingcomputable issue of k-variable function of nonnegative numbers by relational operationsfincludes greater than,less than and equal) and arithmetic operationsfincludes add operation,subtract,multiply,divide and modulo) and different accepting states are designed to compare the non-negative integers and to distinguish normal subtraction and proper subtraction and to decide whether an integer could be divided exactly. The paper also propose a Turing computation model for non-negative integers and based on the model,the conversion between binary numbers and non-negative integers in decimal system is achieved.

摘要:
This paper analyzes the hole and open hole wall without cracking load, crack distribution and the order of appearance. We use MSC.Macr software and two-dimensional four-node element and the constitutive relation proposed masonry. Masonry shear wall is failed criterion for the force and deformation of elastic-plastic finite element analysis, wall cracking load is ultimate shear capacity. The predicted values of cracking load, ultimate shear load-bearing capacity and maximum horizontal deformation of wall agree better with testing results.
