With regards to the complexity of business systems for the transport and traffic information multi-sources and heterogeneity, achieving consensus among themselves can be an effective information integration, adoption services bus and Agent technique to build traffic information integrated model that can better solve the information integration and information decision-making. And to further explore the collaborative model of Agent based on services bus, the collaborative model based on integration of traffic information to achieve business integration and information services, and so as to build traffic information integration platform that can have a good implementation.

Cultivation of engineering practical ability is one of the most important training objective for higher civil engineering education, while it is also the weak link for current engineering education especially for some local undergraduate colleges. Affected by local economic development and "enrollment expansion", local colleges encounter a lot of difficulties in the way of cultivation of engineering practical ability for civil engineering students. Through in-depth investigation, the paper analyzes the status and main problems of the training on engineering practical ability for civil engineering students in local colleges, and some suggestions are put forward on how to counter such problems.

Combined with the nature of scientific research teams in colleges, the characteristics of tacit knowledge in such an organization are discussed. Based on the perspective of the sharing and transfer of knowledge, the paper analyze some obstacles existing in the management of tacit knowledge, and some strategys are advanced on how to promote the sharing and transfer of tacit knowledge in college scientific research teams.

The research of this dissertation focuses on the quantitative methodologies of the network security assessment. So the dissertation gives the term "Model-based network security risk assessment" a more meaningful definition. The methodology called a model-based will use one network security analysis model to design the scenarios of threatens according to the Patterns behaviors of vulnerabilities and threatens in the network. And then the risk assessment will be done under those scenarios. Following this new definition. The dissertation Proposes a Component-centric Access Graph Based Network Security Risk Assessment Model (Oc-AGNSRAM).

As a result of plain concrete pavement cracking phenomenon is more serious, leading to the late maintenance and repair costs are higher, resulting in the national great economic losses, it has taken many measures to alleviate the damage of pavement, of which the most widely used reinforced concrete. The use of reinforced concrete materials can effectively delay the pavement cracking phenomenon, but its cost is high. In this paper we consider the use of bamboo reinforcement in concrete pavement instead of steel, and compare the bending test of the two kids of board, the bamboo reinforced concrete board and a concrete board. The experiment indicated that, compared with ordinary concrete board, the ultimate strength of bamboo reinforced concrete plate has been grew 87.5%, and reinforced concrete plate has certain signs before failure, so the concrete reinforced with bamboo ribs can prolong the concrete crack time, but also greatly improve the concrete pavement flexural strength and crack resistance. Bamboo reinforcement applied in concrete pavement is entirely feasible, and it is good of the application development prospect about bamboo reinforcement.

Experimental work for the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete was designed. The results indicated that the recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) re-placement ratio has a remarkable influence on the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete.the relationships between the compressive strength and themw/mcratio are also different for differentRCA replacement ratios and the developments for the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete are not exactly the same as that of normal concrete.

Ground settlement, especially the ground surface settlement induced by subway tunneling is an important issue. However, there is no an agreed standard for controlling ground surface settlement during the subway construction at present. The control standard of ground surface settlement was studied using the methods of statistical analysis and numerical simulation based on the running tunnel in Beijing subway. According to the research results, a conclusion could be obtained that the ground surface settlement can be controlled within 40 mm using the general construction measures in Beijing subway running tunnel construction, and furthermore, the settlement of 40mm will not damage the existing nearby structures and utilities including neighboring buildings, bridges and pipelines, etc. So the control valve of 40 mm is rational, which can be adopted as the control standard of ground surface settlement induced by running tunnel construction in Beijing subway.

摘要:
A novel spiral bridge is proposed to connect two sides of the slit of the power/ground island for wideband simultaneous switching noise (SSN) suppression in partitioned power/ground planes. The -30dB SSN suppression stopband is from 1.4 to 6.1GHz and the -35dB SSN suppression stopband is from 2.4 to 5.4GHz, 96% enhancement of -30dB stopband bandwidth and 275% enhancement of -35dB stopband bandwidth are realized respectively, which is verified with the simulated and measured results. The effects of the length and gap of the spiral bridge on the SSN suppression are also studied, and the low frequency noise could be suppressed by long length and large gap. The effect of the spiral bridge structure on the signal integrity (SI) is also investigated. It is shown that good SI can be maintained due to the continuous return path provided by the spiral bridge structure.

Traffic operation characteristics in merging area of on-ramp are firstly analyzed based on traffic flow Basic Graphics which is classified into 7 types. Then, traffic flow characteristics including flow-occupancy, flow-speed graphics and speed-occupancy time series plot under two states, that is, state of balanced lane and that of imbalanced lane, are distinctly studied. The analyzed results show that traffic capacity amplifies when the expressway on-ramp merging area takes lane balance, with traffic condition more stable and more controllable, providing preferences for related traffic design and management.

The purpose of this paper is to construct the option pricing model of land- use right based on the real option theory. Method of real option model was employed. The results indicate that the land- use right is interpreted as an American call option, the underlying asset is regarded as housing price, the price of land-use right includes two parts, the discounted value of land development income and development of premium (real option value). It is concluded that the land development decision-making faces growing uncertainties, which makes the discounted cash flow method more and more unsuitable for pricing of land-use right, because the traditional method neglects the uncertainty and flexibility, which underestimates the value of land-use right, and affects the psychological price of real estate developers, while in the “highest bidder” policy, underestimating price often leads to failure of the land bidding; however, the real option theory applied to the pricing of land use right can effectively determine the maximum price of land use right and overcome the deficiencies of traditional pricing methods, which can improve the offer capacity, and prevent over-bidding.

A mathematical model for the output waveform of SPWM VSI (voltage source inverter) is created specific to the harmonic problem of SPWM voltage source inverter. Through theoretical analysis and calculation, we can get the distribution regularity of the output harmonic wave in the process of frequency conversion and voltage transformation. Utilizing the matlab to verify the simulation, we can get such results like "frequency conversion will lead to the shift of the harmonic wave's distribution center", "voltage transformation will cause the valuable change of the harmonic wave and the valuable change direction of harmonic wave is opposite to that of the fundamental wave". All of these will have significant guide meaning to the application of SPWM.

This article conducts study on application of virtual manufacturing technology in accordance with the characteristics of furniture manufacturing enterprises, introduces characteristics, implementation procedure and actual application value of virtual manufacturing in furniture manufacturing.
