随着我国智能化、信息化等技术的快速发展,对不同形状加工生产中的材料所要求的性能也呈现出了多样化、精确化的特点。在过去的锻压成型工艺生产过程中,常使用导柱作为导向元件确保模具定位精准。我国在塑料模具行业普遍采用45#钢,因此也叫塑料模具钢。本文利用DEFORM-HT软件对45#钢的模具导柱模拟其热处理过程做了介绍,分析了计算机辅助工艺优化的应用可行性,以期为相关工作者提供指导和帮助。

连续体结构拓扑优化研究方向,从2014年Janson的研究和2016年Zhou的跟进,进入了一个因安全理念的延伸导致的新阶段:从结构处处安全发展到结构破损-安全。于是,离散结构的拓扑设计继续从连续体拓扑优化获益,同时连续体拓扑优化的理论可以从离散结构的拓扑优化的结果中受益。本文基于离散基准结构,通过几何分析途径,建立了预估破损区域的理性准则,即给出了结构局部破损模式尺寸上、下限及相邻局部破损区域的间距上、下限。研究表明满足预估破损区域的理性准则条件情况下,可以保证所有拓扑生成离散元件通过破损测试并得到更多冗余的最优拓扑。

The contradiction among population, resource and environment has become increasingly evident that requires the manufacturing industry to improve the compatibility of its activities and the environment. Green supply chain management is a valid way to resolve the conflict between manufacturing industry and the environment based on a systems point of view and the concept of integration. In the content of this paper, the concept of green supply chain would be combined with the method of DEA and it is established from the perspective of input and output in order to offer academic reference and practical guidance to automobile manufacturing industry for moving toward green development that is a set of complete carbon performance evaluation system of automobile manufacturing industry in green supply chain.

城镇化是现代化的必由之路,也是乡村振兴和区域协调发展的有力支撑.随着新型城镇化工作的持续推进,大中小城市协调发展趋势逐渐明晰.部分市域内出现了数个潜力型小城市,在产业支撑能力、公共服务品质和促进人口就地城镇化等方面具有明显优势.本研究试图对有条件形成次中心的诸多小城市进行综合分析,对"次中心"进行概念界定,并通过众多次中心的案例分析得出其特征,以此构建次中心城市评选的三级指标体系,通过历年统计数据的对比,论证其是否达到次中心的标准,以及未来能否成为次中心,若能够成为次中心则应如何具体定位,还需通过哪些策略来促进次中心辐射带动作用的发挥.本文以永州市宁远县为例,通过对其与道县、蓝山、新田、江永和嘉禾等周边八个县城的对比,分析得出目前宁远已经与道县分别承担永州市南部两大发展组团的核心,改变了南部以道县为单中心的发展格局,并且宁远正在影响郴州西部地区.但是,宁远要发挥次中心应有的辐射带动作用还需进一步明确其具体定位,在自身空间结构、发展方向、产业调整、交通梳理和创新示范等方面制定策略.

This paper focuses on how to train BIM professional engineers in civil engineering majors in applied universities of ordinary universities. In view of the current situation in China, it is proposed to develop BIM technology popularization education in applied universities. At the same time, we should make full use of the "Second Classroom" to train BIM professional engineers. Based on this, we have built a "capacity training, capability certification, The ability output "three" is the core BIM professional engineer training mode.

A sewage treatment plant is located in the middle of Inner Mongolia. There is a large amount of slaughtering wastewater in the influent with high COD, SS, low annual temperature, poor nitrogen removal effect, and the effluent quality is only grade B. In order to solve the above problems, A\A\O-MBBR + high efficiency sedimentation tank continuous sand filter process was adopted to establish a new anaerobic tank and a first stage AO-MBBR bioreactor. The selection tank and partial oxidation ditch were transformed into the second stage A pool (anoxic pool), and the remaining part of the existing oxidation ditch was transformed into the second stage O pond (aerobic pool), which further removed phosphorus and reduced the SS in the sewage, and solved the problem of low temperature biological treatment in winter in the north of China. The quality of the effluent reached level A after the upgrading. © 2019 The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.

摘要:
Single nanowire becomes attractive as a basic component of various nanodevices. Nanowire joining is one of the crucial operations in micro-nano manufacturing. Compared with other joining methods, such as electrical current heating and mechanical pressure, laser illumination can yield metallic contacts through local precision nanosoldering. In this paper, the authors report the joining of one single copper nanowire (CuNW) to a silver film by a laser illumination method. They first cut the silver film on a flexible substrate to form a gap of about 1-4 μm by a 1030 nm femtosecond (fs) pulsed laser. Then, they coat CuNWs by dripping nanowire solution onto the gap, bridge the gap, and then join single CuNW with the fs pulsed laser. By comparison with scanning electron microscope images after and before laser illumination, it is found that the local silver film melts, then wraps partial CuNW, and finally crystallizes. So, the joining is through a part of CuNW embedded in a silver film. In addition, the authors further analyze the joining situation by directly measuring the resistance variation between after joining (Ra) and before joining (Rb). It is demonstrated that the resistance ratio of Ra to Rb decreases from 0.835 to 0.172 with increasing laser power from 10 to 40 mW for 3 s of the laser illumination time. The resistance ratio of Ra to Rb decreases from 0.936 to 0.368 with an increment of the laser illumination time from 1 to 4 s at a laser power of 30 mW. Finally, the authors find that the welded single CuNW enables sensing of glucose at a concentration of 10-5M. © 2019 Laser Institute of America.

摘要:
The complex three-dimensional traffic construction often occur when the lower structure cannot bear the construction load and other special cases, indicating the need for temporary reinforcement of the lower structure. In this paper, combined with a project construction example, various temporary reinforcement technologies are adopted to solve the insufficient bearing capacity during understructure construction, which poses a serious danger, to ensure synchronous construction of the understructure and viaduct. Compared with the traditional construction technology, the temporary reinforcement technology proposed in this paper features the advantages of saving project cost and time and has achieved better economic and social benefits. © 2019 The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.

The cost management of traditional construction projects has the following shortcomings. The calculation accuracy of engineering quantity in bidding quotation is not high; the drawing is not easy to identify; call of historical data is inconvenient; dynamic management and refined management are lacking. This article discusses the connotation of BIM technology specifically and the application of BIM technology in cost control management of construction project. BIM technology can improve the quality and efficiency of cost management, and has become one of the main trends in the development of construction. BIM technology has significant advantages. Applying it in cost management can help reduce engineering costs to a large extent, promote the progress of the project, and gain good practical results.

调查公费定向师范生的信息环境、信息素养和信息需求等情况,目的在于了解他们的信息获取利用情况和信息行为特征,从而有针对性的采取措施为其提供信息服务。选取湖南城市学院2017届319名公费定向师范生作为调查对象,通过调查问卷对其信息需求和信息行为进行调查分析。通过对调查结果进行分析,建议从优化信息环境、加强信息素质教育、引导信息行为、提供个性化信息服务等方面着手培养公费定向师范生的信息意识、提升其信息能力,提高他们的信息素养。

Engineering cost control is a very important process in the field of engineering management, and factors that affect the engineering cost are quite complicated. Traditional engineering cost management has some disadvantages. For example, data can't be shared; the departments do not coordinate with others; the whole process is discontinuous. Applying BIM technology to the whole process of engineering management is conducive to coordination management, data sharing in each stage of construction, timely collection and utilization of engineering information. The practical application proves that the efficiency and effect of engineering cost management improves obviously. © 2018 IEEE.
