摘要:
In this paper, a class of boundary value problems of nonlinear fractional differential equations with phi-Laplacian operator is investigated. Based on the Schauder fixed point theorem, a new existence result for positive solutions, in terms of the value of the parameter h is obtained. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the main result.

摘要:
Neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy is an effective treatment for lung cancer. Accurate prediction of lung cancer tumor after neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy from Computed tomography (CT) scans is of significance as it can enable clinicians to quickly select patients who will obtain good outcomes after treatments and evaluate patients' prognosis in advance. Therefore, this study proposes a new hybrid Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and low-complexity Transformer network with attention-based feature fusion to achieve lung cancer tumor prediction after neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy on CT scans. In each stage, we first use channel split to reduce the parameters, then we design both CNN branch and low-complexity Transformer branch to learn the effective local and global features. To reduce the computational complexity of the Transformer, we introduce a novel low-complexity self-attention computation method via feature aggregation and element-wise multiplication. Additionally, to effectively fuse CNN and Transformer features, we design an attention-based feature fusion module with coarse fusion, attention computing and fine fusion. The proposed method is evaluated on a private lung cancer dataset including CT scans of 232 patients undergone neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed method achieves the highest Dice of 47.04% with the fewest parameters of 2.91M and floating point operations (FLOPs) of 52.95G, outperforming several state-of-the-art methods. Diameter analysis shows the predicted diameters of lung cancer tumors are promising to provide support information for treatment planning.

This paper investigates the existence of positive solutions to boundary value problems for nonlinear fractional differential equations with φ-Laplacian operator, which is fundamental to the study of control theory for such problems. Based on fixed point theorems, several new existence results for positive solutions, in terms of the value of parameters h<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">1</inf>,h<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>,h<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf> are obtained. Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the main results.

摘要:
Images obtained by compressive push-broom hyperspectral imaging systems may be affected by serious stripe noise, which will significantly reduce the image quality and affect the subsequent image processing. In this paper, we propose a destriping method via matrix decomposition and sparsity constraints for compressive hyperspectral images (CoHSIs). The original noise-free CoHSI is decomposed into a spectral information matrix and a spatial information matrix. The sparsity of spatial information matrix, the smoothness of spectral information matrix and the sparsity of stripe noise are used to remove the stripe noise while preserving spatial details and spectral information of the original image. Numerical tests with both simulated and real datasets show that the proposed method can achieve good results.

Pollution flashover is one of the important reasons for the decrease in insulation strength of transmission lines. The occurrence of pollution flashover in transmission lines is mainly due to the special climate of the environment in which they are located, and the dissolution and conductivity of attachments on the surface of insulators, significantly reducing the insulation level of insulators. The paper uses PSCAD transient simulation software to model and simulate the 220kV Jinmou Second Line operated and maintained by an energy supply company. The results show that the B phase of the 220kV Jinmou Second Line did indeed experience a tripping phenomenon. Through on-site investigation, it was found that the insulators were heavily contaminated and did not comply with regulations. Under the influence of heavy fog weather, pollution flashover is prone to occur. Subsequently, through the analysis of the action of the feed pump frequency converter, it was found that the accident occurred indirectly due to the load fluctuation range exceeding the controllable range of the frequency converter during the restart process, resulting in overcurrent protection actions of the 1st and 2nd frequency converters; And the water supply of boiler 4 did not meet the demand, resulting in boiler shutdown. Based on the analysis of the case, prevention and control measures for differential transformation of insulators and optimization of the feed pump frequency converter were proposed.

摘要:
The existence and uniqueness of solutions of nonlinear fractional differential equations is the key point for stability theory and the design of feedback stabilization controllers. In this paper, we investigate the existence of solutions for initial problems of fractional hybrid differential equations of variable-order 0 < ς(ϱ) < 1. Based on the generalized intervals and piecewise constant functions, the existence of solutions is established with the help of a fixed point theorem in the Banach algebra due to Dhage.

Segmentation of lung cancer lesions can assist physicians in diagnosing the condition. Transformer typically has high computational complexity, and how to effectively integrate Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Transformer for lung cancer segmentation remains an unresolved issue. Therefore, this paper introduces a novel hybrid CNN and Transformer network for lung cancer segmentation. The designed method consists of a CNN encoder, a Transformer encoder, a fusion module, and a CNN decoder. The CNN encoder is employed to extract local features, while the Transformer encoder captures global features. We propose a new self-attention-free Transformer block, which replaces the self-attention mechanism with a combination of shifting operations and depth-wise convolution to reduce computational complexity while maintaining performance. In addition, to enhance the interaction between CNN features and Transformer features, we introduce an innovative local-global attention fusion module, which performs feature fusion from both local and global views, resulting in better feature representations. The proposed approach is evaluated on a lung cancer segmentation dataset. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves a Dice of 0.714 for lung cancer segmentation, outperforming several state-of-the-art methods.

This paper presents 15 SVM models optimized by machine learning methods in water quality assessment. Through comparative analysis, we found that all the models reached reasonable accuracy during the training and testing process. In particular, SAA-SVM-PI, GWO-SVM-PI, GWO-SVM-TN, PSO-SVM-TP models have the highest accuracy, the highest squared correlation and the lowest mean squared error when testing the three indexes of PI, TN and TP. In order to study the spatial distribution characteristics of water quality in Dongting Lake, GWO-SVM-PI, GWO-SVM-TN and PSO-SVM-TP models were respectively used for single-factor water quality classification. The results showed that: As far as the PI is concerned, the water quality is mainly in grade I and II; As far as TN is concerned, the water quality is mainly of grade IV and V, with the worst water quality in the East Dongting Lake and the outlet profile; In terms of TP, the water quality is mainly of grade III, IV and V, with the best inlet water quality, the worst water quality in the South Dongting Lake.

This Research focuses on the intelligent tennis practicing device design based on stochastic differential equations. By constructing the Fokker-Planck equation, we aim to test the accuracy of the algorithm and improve the precision of data feedback. We use the intelligent tennis practicing device of the Hong Kong Swallowsing Sports Technology Co., LTD., as the research object. By reading the data of simulated physical tennis through sensors, such as moving acceleration, angular velocity, and tennis rotation speed, we perform data selection and calculation to generate the virtual three-dimensional tennis trajectory and landing point in the tennis court. At the same time, we provide corresponding training guidance based on the athlete's performance and training needs to improve the training effect. This research provides a new method and approach for the design and accuracy verification of intelligent tennis practicing device.

At present, air source heat pump water heater units are widely used and have formed relevant national standards. However, the unit energy efficiency ratio is greatly affected by the outdoor meteorological conditions, and the hot water demand usually varies with the season and the user's water use habits. It is difficult to accurately and objectively reflect the actual energy saving effect only by using the unit operating energy efficiency ratio under nominal conditions. In this paper, the finite-time thermodynamic analysis method is introduced for four cities with typical distribution of air source heat pump water heater units, combined with regional meteorological conditions and actual application of users. A continuous energy efficiency evaluation integral model is proposed. Then the actual energy efficiency of the air source heat pump water heater unit is evaluated based on the annual comprehensive operating conditions to determine a more reasonable evaluation standard. The analysis results show that the comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation of the air source heat pump water heater unit is more accurate and more in line with the actual operation of the system by using the annual comprehensive operation hourly working condition as the reference working point. This case can be used as a reference for the evaluation of this type of thermal system.

With economic and social development, urbanisation is accelerating and human activities are increasingly interfering with the natural environment, leading to a series of ecological and environmental problems. To solve these problems, rational planning and management of cities is required. One of the important tools is to guide urban construction through urban colour landscapes. At present, many large and medium-sized cities in China have the phenomenon of “a thousand cities in one”, which not only affects people's quality of life, but also restricts the shaping of urban characteristics. Therefore, how to use remote sensing technology to obtain high-resolution satellite images and combine with GIS platform to achieve multi-source data integration application has become one of the current research hotspots. The experimental results show that the composition integrity of urban space design colors based on remote sensing image fusion algorithm can reach up to 94.8%.

Gluing bamboo arches become the main load-carrying component of modern long-span bamboo structures for its elegant shape and reasonable mechanical behavior.In order to study the in-plane elastic and elastic-plastic instability mechanism and bearing capacity of gluing bamboo arches,the effects of middle-span and quarter-span point loads are considered in this study.The failure mechanism of two-hinge circular gluing bamboo arches made with Douglas fir under different load conditions is analyzed.
