摘要:
In highway engineering project construction process, the traditional management can not meet the demand of economic development any more. According to the requirement of economic society development with scientific development perspective, under the guidance of scientific development perspective, highway engineering construction management department has strengthened construction project management, optimized highway construction management measure and finished construction task as scheduled with high quality, high efficiency and low cost, which is a beautiful construction management measure. This article has proposed the application of new project management model to solve the problem of contradiction among quality, cost and schedule management, which has certain value in solving practical problems in highway reconstruction and extension engineering. The study in this article has contributed much to highway project management in theory and practice, which has done great benefit to reducing engineering cost, and improving project management & engineering quality.

This paper was combined with a real bridge to construct a carbon fiber arch bridge scale test model according to similar principles, thereby testing and researching on its mechanical properties. Space finite element analysis software Midas / Civil was adopted for space simulation study of all working conditions in each use stage of the model bridge. The test results showed that: CFRP hanger tension and load in all working conditions of the model experience were basically changed in a linear mode, its working conditions were normal, all working conditions were basically matched with the theoretical calculation values except the hanger whose specific anchors were provided with slight slip, which indicates that it is feasible to allocate CFRP hanger in bowstring arch bridge while indicating that calculation and analysis results of finite element program can be used to guide loading work, measuring point selection and other work of the model bridge, and the experimental data and analysis results are correct.

By means of axial compressive and eccentric compressive tests of four Four-tube Concrete-filled Steel Tubular Laced Columns, to research the mechanical properties and failure modes of this structural without yield point. Research shows that, the failure modes of this model, as well as axial compressive short columns, have the same trend of oblique shear failure, and presenting overall bending failure under eccentric compression. The linear eccentricity takes a biggish influence on mechanical properties of laced columns.

A pseudo-dynamic test has been finished to a CFST tube structure model. The model with 13 floors and a scale of 1:10 consists of an outer-tube and an inner-tube, the former is a framed-tube supported on CFST frames and the latter is an RC tube. A series of pseudo-dynamic tests on acceleration earthquake waves in four cases (peak acceleration equal to 0.22g, 0.4g, 0.62g and 1.0g) have been fulfilled by taking to the model. Some behavior of model is researched under earthquake, such as displacement time-history cure, force time-history cure and so on. The experiment has illustrated that the CFST tube structure is an outstanding structural style with excellent anti-seismic behavior.

To simulate shear wall of tall building structures, some kinds of calculation methods towards Multi-Vertical-Line-Element Model are discussed in detail. A more reasonable element stiffness matrix and a improved Multi-Vertical-Line-Element Model are given. Combined with hysteretic axial model and hysteretic shear model, nonlinear analysis of a shear wall is put through. The calculation result indicates that the improved model has relatively well accuracy compared with test result.

With the continuous development of data mining technology, to apply the data mining techniques to transportation sector will provide service to transportation scientifically and reasonably. In intelligent transportation, the analysis of traffic flow data is very important, how to analyze the traffic data intelligently is more difficult problem, so using a new data mining techniques to replace the traditional data analysis and interpretation methods is very necessary and meaningful, clustering algorithm is the collection of physical or abstracting objects into groups of similar objects from the multiple classes of processes. This paper describes all kinds of the data mining clustering algorithms, clustering algorithm is proposed in the method of dealing with traffic flow data, and applied to the actual traffic data processing, and finally the clustering algorithm is applied to each of highway toll station Various types of car traffic volume data analysis.

In order to present basic guidance for system calibration of split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) with the special shape striker, wave characteristics and dynamic responses of SHPB under striker impact were analyzed. Stress generated by the special shape striker tends to have a half-sine waveform and has little wave dispersion during its propagation. Impact velocities of the special shape striker and peak values of generated stress still have linear relation but with a different coefficient from that of cylindrical strikers. From stress histories on the surfaces of the input bar impacted by the special shape striker off-axially and obliquely, it is found that the misalignment impacts usually trigger wave distortion and amplitude decrease, which can be used to identify the poor system adjustment. Finally, the system calibration of SHPB with the special shape striker can be classified into four steps: system adjustment, wave distortion identification, measurement calibration and transmission calibration, where the measurement calibration factor and transmission calibration factor are elaborated and redefined.
