摘要:
Influence of retrogression and re-aging treatment on the microstructure, strength, exfoliation corrosion, inter-granular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking of an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy has been investigated by means of optical microscope (OM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results show that retrogression and re-aging treatment can increase the size and the distribution discontinuity of the grain boundary precipitates, and lead to the increase of the corrosion resistance without the loss of strength and ductility. In addition, the analysis of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy shows that retrogression and re-aging treatment can enhance the resistance to exfoliation corrosion. 摘要:
Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer can be used as suspender in boxed steel arch bridge which is of good physical and mechanical performance. A type of thread anchorage for CFRP has already developed and its adjustably telescopic range is 10 cm that is used for any diameter below 10 mm. According to the similarity principle, a scale model for CFRP tied arch bridge has made in this paper. Meanwhile, stress and deformation performances about the model have been analysised respectively. During applying concentrated force and distributed force at the mid-span, the tensile force for suspender is large because of its vertical deformation and its results are coincide with the one of model analysis, at the same time, A compressive stress for the relative steel boxed sections is big. Test results show that the stress and deformation performance for CFRP steel boxed arch bridge are well. It can be applied for the similar bridges for CFRP suspender.

Tunnel excavation is often done in underground engineering such as civil tunnel construction and mine excavation. The numerical simulation can output colorful results to interpret the tunnel excavation effect more easier. Among all the numerical simulation methods, fast lagrangian explicit finite difference code of continua (FLAC3D) is widely used to solve practical problems, especially in field of elasto-plastic characteristic and construction procedure. So in the present paper, 3 steps of excavations in a tunnel is modeled by FLAC3D to present the stress and displacement distribution, and give guidance for the real practice.
