摘要:
In this study, an accurate, rapid, green, and environment friendly method for the extraction and quantitative analysis of flavonoids in honey was established by using the aqueous two-phase extraction combined with the chemometrics-assisted HPLC-DAD. The first purpose of this study was to extract seven flavonoids in five different types of honey using alcohol/salt aqueous two-phase system (ATPS). The system with 2.82 mL sodium citrate (30%), 1.58 mL water, and 3.10 mL isopropanol, showed the highest flavonoids extraction yields in the top phase (87.66–101.50%). Additionally, the three-way array of honey samples based on HPLC-DAD was decomposed mathematically by the alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD) algorithm to obtain reasonable chromatograms, spectra, and concentration profiles for each analyte. Compared with the traditional solid-phase extraction method, the ATPS-ATLD-based method showed satisfactory spiked recoveries, lower limit of detection, and higher sensitivity, further verifying its accuracy and stability. © 2023 The Authors

摘要:
Ti(C,N)-based cermets with ultrafine or submicron black core-rim grains are attracting candidates for high-quality tools and dies, due to their high hardness and strength. However, high chemical activity of ultrafine Ti(C,N) powders lead to the increased instability and difficulty to control the sintering process, since the denitrification and interface diffusion are accelerated during the solid-state reaction. Based on this, owing to the unrealized commercial ultrafine-grade powders, ultrafine Ti(C,N) powders with an average grain size around 150 nm, low oxygen content and few dislocations are fabricated via the high-energy ball milling and subsequent heat treatment of commercial micron Ti(C,N) powders. Related morphology evolution, microstructure and composition of the ultrafine Ti(C,N) powders are investigated. Dense submicron Ti(C,N)-based cermets with grain size of 0.62 μm and uniform core-rim phases are successfully prepared by using the as-fabricated ultrafine Ti(C,N) powders. Compared to cermets via the conventional high-energy milling route, submicron Ti(C,N)-based cermets exhibit higher hardness of 1750 ± 40 N/mm2, bending strength of 1960 ± 135 MPa, and satisfactory fracture toughness of 9.2 MPa m1/2, owing to smaller grain size, uniform microstructure and partial black core-rim grains. © 2022

摘要:
利用乙醇和去离子水的混合溶液为溶剂,通过静态水热处理合成NiO,并对其在KOH电解液中的电化学行为与CO2吸附性能进行探究。采用X-射线衍射、X-射线光电子能谱、扫描电子显微镜、能量色散谱和N2吸附-脱附技术对NiO的物相、形貌、组成和孔结构进行分析。结果表明,NiO为颗粒状介孔材料,属于立方系晶体。NiO中,Ni以Ni2+、Ni3+形式存在。以NiO为活性材料、6 mol/L KOH为电解液组装三电极,可以产生赝电容。电流密度为1 A/g,电压窗口为0.1~0.5 V时,首次放电效率为93.5%,放电比容量为254.5 F/g,能量密度为5.7 Wh/kg,功率密度为200 W/kg。循环1000次,放电比容量仅降低3.93%。NiO表面的CO2吸附过程符合Bangham模型。温度为25 ℃,气体流速为10 mL/min时,CO2吸附量可达103.2 mg/g。循环20 次,吸附量保持稳定。

摘要:
In the present work, zirconium-doped metal oxide of TiO2(ZrN) was synthesized and functionalized with different amount of tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA). The physical properties of the materials were tested using temperature-programmed desorption of NH3, X-ray diffractometer, X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, energy dispersion spectrum, Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy, Infrared spectrometer, N2 adsorption-desorption analyzer, energy dispersion spectrum and thermogravimetric analyzer. Zr species has a positive effect on the enhancement of the thermal stability and amine utilization. After the introduction of Zr, the decomposition temperature of TEPA is improved to 180℃. Over TEPA decorated adsorbents, physical adsorption and chemical adsorption occurs simultaneously. When the adsorption time is 75℃, CO2 flow rate is 20 mL/min, the adsorbent of TEPA(40)/TiO2(Zr0.1) exhibit a remarkable amine utilization of 83.5%. © 2022 Korean Society of Environmental Engineers.

摘要:
Fertilization and early embryonic development as the beginning of a new life are key biological events. Hydrogen polysulfide (H2Sn) plays important roles during physiological regulation, such as antioxidation-protection. However, no report has studied in situ H2Sn fluctuation during early embryonic development because of the low abundance of H2Sn and inadequate sensitivity of probes. We herein construct a polymeric nanobeacon from a H2Sn-responsive polymer and fluorophores, which is capable of detecting H2Sn selectively and of signal amplification. Taking the zebrafish as a model, the polymeric nanobeacon revealed that the H2Sn level was significantly elevated after fertilization due to the activation of cell multiplication, suppressed partially during embryonic development, and finally kept steady up to zebrafish emergence. This strategy is generally accessible for biomarkers by altering the responsive unit and significant for facilitating biological analysis during life development. © 2022 Wiley-VCH GmbH.

摘要:
Doping carbonaceous materials are regarded as prospective cathode candidates for high-performance lithium-sulfur (Li−S) batteries. In this study, we construct a dual functional modification system, including iodine-doped soft carbon (I-SC) and iodine functional separator for Li−S batteries. The formation of C−I bonds in the carbon skeleton increases the carbon interlayer spacing and displays a powerful chemical adsorption ability and electrocatalytic activity for polysulfide conversion. In addition, semi-hollow micro-rods-structure soft carbon not only accommodates the volume expansion of sulfur, but also provides a continuous conductive network to transport Li+ and electrons over cycling. Furthermore, by assisting with polyiodide (e. g., I3− and I5−) modified separator, the polysulfide migration can be further controlled, resulting in a high capacity of 956 mAh g−1 at 0.2 C after 300 cycles. This work represents the importance of I-doping and provides the potential of soft carbon for low-cost and scalable fabrication of energy storage systems. © 2022 Wiley-VCH GmbH.

In this study, a ternary blend modifier (TBM) was prepared with RPE, RPP, and various dosages of PP-g-MAH (i.e., 0%, 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, and 9% by weight of RPE and RPP) by a twin-screw extruder. The performance of TBM (4% by weight of asphalt) modified asphalt was studied, with the increase of PP-g-MAH content, the penetration decreases gradually, but softening point and viscosity increases and ductility exists minimum value at 7% content, with the increasing of PP-g-MAH percentage, the dynamic rheological properties show that vertical bar G*vertical bar increases, while the d and vertical bar G*vertical bar cos delta decrease, and the fatigue performance (vertical bar G*vertical bar sin delta) of TBM modified asphalt is worse than virgin asphalt. Dynamic stability test shows that TBM shows the prominent high-temperature properties of a modified (asphalt mixture. BBR test indicates that the m-value of asphalt modified with TBM does not fulfill the requirements (m-value> 0.3) except at 5% and 7%, but the S meets the standard requirements (S < 300 MPa), and increases from 0% to 7%, then decreases slightly. In order to illuminate possible reasons, a chemical reaction (ester compounds generated) and physical twines of concerned polymer molecules were put forward, and the results were confirmed by infrared analysis.

Nowadays, resorcinol (RC) has been widely applied in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. However, the electrochemical detection technique of RC still features some significant drawbacks, for instance, a low sensitivity. Hence, in the present work, a glass carbon electrode was developed for the electrochemical detection of RC with good specificity and stability, through modifying the glass carbon electrode (GCE) by polyphenol oxidase (PPO), an NH2- SBA-15 mesoporous material (NH2-SBA-15), L-tyrosine (L-Tyr) and gold nano-particles (AuNPs). After being successively modified by AuNPs, L-Tyr, NH2-SBA-15 and PPO, the constructed PPO/NH2-SBA-15/L-Tyr/AuNPs/GCE was used to discriminate RC from ions and other common micromolecules, which showed a fairly good specificity and stability. The proposed electrochemical detection method features a linear range of from 0.5 to 21.0 μM with a LOD down to 0.15 μM, revealing a better sensitivity than the existing methods. It is worth mentioning that the proposed PPO/NH2-SBA-15/L-Tyr/ AuNPs/GCE has been successfully used as an electrochemical probe for the RC assay in domestic sewage. 2021 © The Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry

利用聚醚P123对双金属材料Fe-Zr进行改性合成介孔材料Fe-Zr(P),再利用四乙烯五胺(TETA)对Fe-Zr(P)进行功能化制得TEPA(n)/Fe-Zr(P)。采用X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、红外光谱、N2吸附-脱附、热重分析等技术对材料结构和热稳定性进行表征,并对CO2吸附性能进行测试。结果表明:P123存在于载体孔道内部;利用TETA对Fe-Zr(P)进行功能化,通过N与Zr配位,从而固载于Fe-Zr(P)表面;温度低于182℃时,TEPA(n)/Fe-Zr(P)保持稳定;TEPA(n)/Fe-Zr(P)中羟基和氨基同时与CO2反应,产生化学吸附,从而提高化学吸附量和N利用率;TEPA质量分数为30%,温度为75℃,气体流速为10 mL/min时,TEPA(30)/Fe-Zr(P)的吸附量可达211.3 mg/g, N利用率为62.7%。循环20次,CO2吸附量保持稳定。

摘要:
In this work, a novel thermo-controlled sensor based on a thermo-controlled electrochemical sensing film modified electrode was fabricated to achieve the detection of acetaminophen (AP). The composite sensing film was consisted of poly(N,N-diethylacrylamide) (PDEA) and carboxylic multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT(COOH)). The electrochemical responses of AP at proposed sensor were very sensitive to temperature. When the temperature was higher than 30 °C, AP had good electrochemical behavior and a large peak current on the sensor, while the peaks were greatly suppressed at low temperature (<30 °C). The response to AP is liner in the 2.90 × 10−6 to 3.40 × 10−4 M concentration range, and the LOD is 4.20 × 10−7 M. Conceivably, this work provides a new method and new idea for the detection of AP. © 2020 Elsevier B.V.

In the present study, a new type of material of Zr-TSCD was first synthesized and modified with different amounts of triethylenetetramine (TETA). The properties of the adsorbents were characterised with X-ray diffraction, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, FT-IR spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, N2 adsorption- desorption, energy dispersion spectrum, and thermogravimetric analysis. The results suggested that Zr-TSCD (TSCD=Na3C6H5O7 2H2O) was successfully synthesized through the coordination of Zr atoms from ZrOCl2 8H2O and O species in -COO- groups. After functionalization with TETA, the structure of Zr-TSCD was preserved and the adsorption capacity of CO2 was enhanced dramatically. At 75°C, TETA(30)/Zr-TSCD achieved a maximum absorption capacity of 175.1 mg g -1 in a stream of 10mLmin -1CO2. The adsorption capacity ratio ofCO2/N2, CO2/O2, andCO2/SO2 was 10.5, 7.4, and 1.2, respectively. In addition, the adsorption capacity of CO2 remained stable during 10 adsorption- desorption cycles. © CSIRO 2020.

摘要:
Nitrogen-doped porous carbon is an ideal electrode material for supercapacitors, and the development of efficient and inexpensive graphene-based porous carbon is of great significance to promote its application. In this study, a bottom-up in-situ method is developed to grow nitrogen-doped 3D graphene-like porous carbon (Cu-GL-NPC) with Cu as a catalyst. The Cu-GL-NPC possessed the high nitrogen content of 7.64% and the high ratio of pyrrolic nitrogen, along with open three-dimensional porous structure, which led to the smooth transfer of electrolyte. Consequently, the Cu-GL-NPC delivered an extremely high surface area specific capacitance of 49.2 μF cm−2 at a current density of 1 A g−1. This study provides an insight for better understanding the effect of catalysts on the formation of porous carbon, which is beneficial for the design of new nanocarbon materials with different structures and different nitrogen doping types, and would offer ideas for the development of carbon materials for the next generation of supercapacitors. © 2020 Wiley-VCH GmbH

摘要:
Cycle stability and rate performance are the key factors for the commercial applications of Li-sulfur batteries. Herein, N-doped carbon sheets with cobalt compounds nanoparticles anchored on carbon cloth (CoP/NC or Co9S8/NC) are synthesized to act as sulfur host in Li-S batteries. The porous 2D N-doped carbon sheets uniformly grow on the surface of carbon cloth to form open porous structure, providing a mechanically robust space for the deposition of sulfur species and offering direct channels for fast Li+ diffusion. The cobalt compounds, serving as adsorbent to alleviate the shuttle effect of polysulfides by providing strong affinity and to accelerate the redox kinetics via their electrocatalytic effect toward the polysulfides conversion, are firmly and evenly embedded in the carbon sheets. Through comparison, the higher electrocatalytic effect of CoP/NC than Co9S8/NC are proved by the cyclic voltammetry (CV) of the symmetric cell with Li2S6 electrolyte as both negative and positive electrodes. Benefiting from the unique open structure, proper adsorption ability and superior catalytic effect of CoP/NC, it shows enhanced electrochemical performance, delivering high specific of 1482 mAh g−1 at 0.1C and 678 mAh g−1 at 3C and outstanding cycling performance with capacity decay of only 0.0327% per cycle for over 560 cycles. © 2020 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Nucleic acid-based probes have been widely exploited for biosensing by virtue of their excellent physicochemical and ease synthesis properties. Given that the aggregation-induced emission, and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) can be converted hydroxyl radical (·OH) to cleave nucleic acids, a new nucleic acid-based probe has been developed for H2O2 assay. Herein, a novel carbazole derivative of 3-(3-(2-(1-ethylquinolin-1-ium-4-yl)vinyl)-9H-carbazol-9-yl)propanoate (EVCP) was designed with enhanced fluorescence signal by G-quadruplex labeled with FAM (G-FAM/EVCP), in which there was a fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) effect between EVCP and the labeled FAM. In this assay, the probe of G-FAM/EVCP exhibited high fluorescent signal of EVCP in the absence of H2O2, yet a decrease of EVCP emission intensity but an increase in that of FAM in the presence of H2O2, due to the cleavage of G-FAM/EVCP to short-oligonucleotide fragments by ·OH generated from Fenton reaction, eliminating the FRET effect and achieving H2O2 assay. The nucleic acid-based ratiometric probe was further applied for oxidase-based biosensing using H2O2 as a mediator. Results demonstrated that our proposed strategy had great potential for biochemical and clinical applications. © 2019

分别以普通铝箔和涂碳铝箔为正极集流体制备磷酸铁锂(LiFePO_4)扣式电池(OB-1、 OB-2)和全电池(FB-1、 FB-2,批量生产)。采用扫描电子显微镜、 X射线光电子能谱和电化学工作站对正极箔材和所组装的电池进行表征,并对其电化学性能进行研究,根据所组装电池在不同条件下的充放电性能判断涂碳铝箔对磷酸铁锂动力电池充放电性能的影响。结果表明,涂碳铝箔有利于提高Li+扩散速率和充放电性能。然而,涂碳铝箔对电池在低温环境中的充放电性能影响更大。以涂碳铝箔为集流体可以降低电池内阻,提高电池低温充放电性能。温度为-20℃时, OB-2中Li+扩散速率可达1.1×10~(-12) m~2/s,放电容量为92.7mA·h/g,全电池FB-2循环充放电100次,容量保持率可达72.2%。

Herein, a novel carbazole derivative of BEVC was designed with an enhanced fluorescence signal by a G-quadruplex, and thus a fluorescent probe of G-quadruplex/BEVC was obtained by aggregation-induced emission, which could exhibit a decreased fluorescence signal in the presence of Cu2+via the Fenton reaction, demonstrating great potential for Cu2+ assay in pure aqueous solution. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

Rational design and facile preparation of non-noble trifunctional electrocatalysts with high performance, low cost and strong durability for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) are highly demanded, but remain as a big challenge. Herein, we report a spontaneous gas-foaming method to prepare nitrogen doped ultrathin carbon nanosheets (NCNs) by simply pyrolysing a mixture of citric acid and NH 4 Cl. Under the optimized pyrolysis temperature (carbonized at 1000 °C) and mass ratio of precursors (1:1), the synthesized NCN-1000-5 sample possesses an ultrathin sheet structure, an ultrahigh specific surface area (1793 m 2 g -1 ), and rich edge defects, and exhibits low overpotential and robust stability for the ORR, OER and HER. By means of density functional theory (DFT) computations, we revealed that the intrinsic active sites for the ORR, OER and HER are the carbon atoms located at the armchair edge and adjacent to the graphitic N dopants. When practically used as a catalyst in rechargeable Zn-air batteries, a high energy density (806 W h kg -1 ), a low charge/discharge voltage gap (0.77 V) and an ultralong cycle life (over 330 h) were obtained at 10 mA cm -2 for NCN-1000-5. This work not only presents a versatile strategy to develop advanced carbon materials with ultrahigh specific surface area and abundant edge defects, but also provides useful guidance for designing and developing multifunctional metal-free catalysts for various energy-related electrocatalytic reactions. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
Three-dimensional CoSe2/carbon nanotube arrays (CoSe2/CNTAs) composite with optimized morphology has been synthesized through a microwave-thermal treatment-selenization method. The CoSe2 nanoparticles with an average size of ∼25 nm are anchored uniformly on the surface of CNTAs. The CoSe2/CNTAs composite exhibits excellent hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) performance in an acidic electrolyte with a low Tafel slope of 36.7 mV/dec, a potential of −204 mV vs RHE at 10 mA/cm2 and especially a low overpotential of 229 mV at a high current density of 100 mA/cm2. The high electrocatalytic activity can be achieved by the synergistic effect of CoSe2 nanoparticles and CNTAs. The CoSe2 catalyst particles with nanoscale size provide abundant active sites for HER. The CNT arrays possess well-ordered 1D conductive paths, providing a fluent charge transport channel for CoSe2 catalyst nanoparticles and external electrodes. Meanwhile, CNTAs with aligned intertube spacing can provide sufficient space for the penetration of electrolyte, rapid transport of ions (H+) and release of produced H2. Thus even at a high current density, the hydrogen evolution reaction can proceed smoothly. © 2018 Elsevier Ltd

Near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent probes have been considered as powerful tools for exploring bioactive species and biological processes in living systems by virtue of the substantial merits of the NIR window (such as minimal photo-toxicity, deep tissue penetration, and low background interference). However, the development of effective NIR fluorescent probes for biological application is still facing great challenges due to some weakness (for example, pH sensitivity, poor chemical and photo-stability) of mainly current NIR fluorophores. Herein, we synthesized a novel fluorine atom substituted NIR chromenylium-cyanine fluorophore, termed CCF-OH, with an optically tunable hydroxyl group. Compound CCF-OH possess several optical advantages, including high chemical stability, high photo-stability, and high fluorescence quantum yield (Phi = 0.47). Significantly, a low pK(a) value (6.3) of CCF-OH was obtained, making its fluorescence signal steady around the pH ranging from 6.8 to 8.1. To demonstrate the practicability of CCF-OH, a mitochondria-targeted near-infrared fluorescent probe, N-Cys, was developed by masking the hydroxyl group of CCF-OH with an acrylate group as the recognition unit for cysteine (Cys). N-Cys responded to Cys with an obvious ratiometric signal. Furthermore, N-Cys has also been successfully applied for ratiometric NIR imaging of Cys in living cells, suggesting the great potential of the new NIR fluorophore, CCF-OH, for practical applications in living systems. 邻碘苯甲酸铵循环去除粗氧化钪中的锆和铪

摘要:
锆、铪与钪物理化学性质相似且难以分离,是导致氧化钪纯度不高的主要原因之一。为解决这一问题,本文采用邻碘苯甲酸铵作为沉淀剂,去除粗氧化钪中的锆、铪杂质,通过优化不同实验参数得到最佳工艺条件。在实验研发基础上本工艺进行工业生产,进一步验证及完善了工艺条件。得出在溶液酸度为0.1mol/L、沉淀剂加入量为理论量的1.1倍、100℃保温条件下搅拌30min时处理效果最佳。利用氨水与锆、铪沉淀反应回收沉淀剂,通过FTIR和SEM对锆和铪原沉淀与现沉淀进行表征,高效液相色谱对滤液进行分析,结果表明原沉淀物反应生成氢氧化物和邻碘苯甲酸铵。工业实验中钪和邻碘苯甲酸铵回收率分别为99.54%和95.19%,锆、铪去除率均为99.6%。
