摘要:
在钛白废酸中,钛量约是钪的500倍。因此,在提钪工艺中,除钛是关键,常见的方法是萃取法。实验研究表明,在硫酸加双氧水除钛方法中,当洗液中硫酸酸度为6 mol /L,双氧水含量为4%,洗涤温度为70 ℃,搅拌时间为25分钟,洗涤段为6级,洗涤相比O/A = 3∶ 1时,负载有机相中钛的去除率为99.67%,且洗涤过程中钪未损失。

摘要:
Hydrophobic-hydrophilic macroporous polydivinylbenzene/polymethylacrylethylenediamine IPN (PDVB/PMAEM IPN) was synthesized indirectly through the strong forced compatibility. The effects of the hydrophobicity of adsorbate on the adsorption of salicylic acid and 5-sulfosalicylic acid onto the hydrophobic-hydrophilic PDVB/PMAEM IPN were investigated. PDVB/PMAEM IPN exhibited greater adsorption capacity of salicylic acid than that of 5-sulfosalicylic acid. The absolute values of δH, δG and δS of the adsorption of salicylic acid onto PDVB/PMAEM IPN were greater than those of 5-sulfosalicylic acid, indicating the adsorption of salicylic acid onto PDVB/PMAEM IPN was more welcome. Adsorption mechanism proved that greater adsorption capacity of salicylic acid onto PDVB/PMAEM IPN than that of 5-sulfosalicylic acid was attributed to the stronger hydrophobicity of salicylic acid. © 2016 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
A novel electrochemical sensor for nonenzymatic hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) detecting based on facile synthesis of copper oxide (CuO) nanoparticles dopping into graphene [email protected] oxide nanocomposites sensitized screen printed electrode (SPE) was fabricated. CuO nanoparticles were dopped into [email protected] 2 nanocomposites via a facile solvothermal process. X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD) combines with fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were used to characterize the composition of [email protected] 2 -CuO nanocomposites. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was utilized to study the interfacial properties as well as scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to characterize the morphologies of different electrodes. The electrochemical properties of electrochemical sensor were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry (i-t curve) methods. After all experimental parameters were optimized, the [email protected] 2 -CuO hybrid nanomaterials modified SPE (SPE|[email protected] 2 -CuO) showed a good performance towards the electrocatalytic reduction of H 2 O 2 . A wide linear detection range (LDR) of CV peaks from 5.0×10 -3 mM to 18.0 mM (R=0.9994) and a low limit of detection (LOD) of 2.1×10 -3 mM (S/N=3) was achieved. The proposed electrochemical sensor was quick, selective, sensitive, simple, stable and reliable to quantitative determination of trace H 2 O 2 in real samples. © 2016 The Authors.

以邻氨基酚(o-AP)为功能单体,桑色素为模板分子,基于分子间的相互作用力,在金电极表面电聚合制备具有特异性识别孔穴的桑色素分子印迹传感器膜。采用循环伏安法(CV)、差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)等研究了分子印迹膜的性能和分子印迹效应。探索了聚合膜配比及聚合扫描圈数对传感器性能的影响,优化了洗脱时间和印迹时间。比较了此传感器对其结构相似物的选择性响应,发现其对桑色素检测具有良好的选择性。在最佳实验条件下,此传感器对桑色素浓度定量测定范围为0.05 ~ 1.70 μmol /L,线性方程为I(μA)= 1.0800lgc(mol /L)+ 9.3599,R= 0.9934,检出限为0.01 μmol /L。用此传感器测定黑茶样品中桑色素的含量,加标回收率为104.0% ~ 108.0%。

By virtue of its high sensitivity and rapidity, Fenton reaction has been demonstrated as a powerful tool for in vitro biochemical analysis; however, in vivo applications of Fenton reaction still remain to be exploited. Herein, we report, for the first time, the design, formation and testing of Fenton reaction for in vivo fluorescence imaging of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). To realize in vivo fluorescence imaging of H2O2 via Fenton reaction, a functional nanosphere, Fc@MSN-FDNA/PTAD, is fabricated from mesoporous silica nanoparticle (MSN), a Fenton reagent of ferrocene (Fc), ROX-labeled DNA (FDNA), and a cationic perylene derivative (PTAD). The ferrocene molecules are locked in the pore entrances of MSN, and exterior of MSN is covalently immobilized with FDNA. As a key part, PTAD acts as not only the gatekeeper of MSN but also the efficient quencher of ROX. H2O2 can permeate into the nanosphere and react with ferrocene to product hydroxyl radical (·OH) via Fenton reaction, which cleaves FDNA to detach ROX from PTAD, thus in turn, lights the ROX fluorescence. Under physiological condition, H2O2 can be determined from 5.0 nM to 1.0 μM with a detection limit of 2.4 nM. Because of the rapid kinetics of Fenton reaction and high specificity for H2O2, the proposed method meets the requirement for real applications. The feasibility of Fc@MSN-FDNA/PTAD for in vivo applications is demonstrated for fluorescence imaging of exogenous and endogenous H2O2 in cells and mice. We expect that this work will not only contribute to the H2O2-releated studies but also open up a new way to exploit in vivo Fenton reaction for biochemical research. 摘要:
A rhodamine/coumarin-based ratiometric fluorescent Fe3+ sensor has been designed and synthesized. The sensor exhibits a good response to Fe3+ ions with high sensitivity, selectivity and a large shift in the emission spectra (>100 nm), which shows Fe3+-induced FRET OFF-ON and PET ON-OFF behavior. A graphene (GN) and ionic liquid (IL) modified selenium-doped carbon paste electrode (GN/IL/Se/CPE) was established to simultaneously determine trace Cu(ii) and Sb(iii) by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Several parameters which affect the stripping current response were investigated and optimized, including the proportion of Se powder, concentration of hydrochloric acid, deposition time and deposition potential. The DPV curves were recorded by simultaneous deposition of Cu(ii) and Sb(iii) at -0.4 V for 50 s in a supporting electrolyte solution HCl of 0.30 mol L-1. Under the optimized conditions, the GN/IL/Se/CPE sensor has a good linear response in the range of 2.0 × 10-6 to 7.0 × 10-5 mol L-1 for Cu(ii) and 2.0 × 10-6 to 4.0 × 10-5 mol L-1 for Sb(iii). The detection limits were 6.6 × 10-7 mol L-1 for Cu(ii) and 4.3 × 10-7 mol L-1 for Sb(iii). The sensor showed favorable stability and higher sensitivity. The present work extends the scope of these devices as mercury-free sensors and can be used to detect Cu(ii) and Sb(iii) simultaneously. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2016.

The present study was conducted to elucidate the influence of impurities in waste ferrous sulfate on its recovery of magnetite. Ferrous sulfate solution was purified by the addition of NaOH solution to precipitate impurities, and magnetite was recovered from ferrous sulfate solution without and with purification pretreatment. Calcium hydroxide was added to the solution of ferrous sulfate as a precipitator. A mixed product of magnetite and gypsum was subsequently obtained by air oxidation and heating. Wet-milling was performed prior to magnetic separation to recover magnetite from the mixed products. The results show that with the purification pretreatment, the grade of iron in magnetite concentrate increased from 62.05% to 65.58% and the recovery rate of iron decreased from 85.35% to 80.35%. The purification pretreatment reduced the conglutination between magnetite and gypsum, which favors their subsequent magnetic separation. In summary, a higher-grade magnetite with a better crystallinity and a larger particle size of 2.35 μm was obtained with the purification pretreatment.

According to the planar structure and the small molecular size of theophylline (TP), a novel hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbent with high microporous surface area (denoted GQ-06) was synthesized and its adsorption to TP was explored from aqueous solution. The results showed that GQ-06 possessed a high microporous surface area of 1223 m<sup>2</sup>/g and bimodal pore size distributions. The equilibrium adsorption capacity of TP on the five polymeric adsorbents followed an order as: XAD-4 <NDA-88 <H103 <NDA-150 <GQ-06, which was in agreement with the order of the microporous surface area. The adsorption as a function of the solution pH was accordant with the dissociation curve of TP from aqueous solution. The equilibrium adsorption capacity of TP on GQ-06 increased with increasing of the ionic strength due to the predominant contribution of the hydrophobic effect. The pseudo-first-order rate equation described the adsorption in two stages according to the bimodal pore size distributions. The adsorption isotherms were correlated to the Freundlich equation. The breakthrough capacity and the total capacity of TP on GQ-06 were up to 45.9 and 105.8 mg/mL respectively, and it could be regenerated by 4 BV of anhydrous ethanol. ©2016 Elsevier Inc. 摘要:
A highly selective red-emitting fluorescent probe for biothiols detection was developed. The addition of biothiols to the solution of this probe, 1, resulted in a strong red fluorescence with an obvious color change from red to claybank. This colorimetric and fluorescent dual probe exhibited a low detection limit (15 nM) and a large Stokes shift (147 nm) in detecting biothiols. Importantly, the utility of this probe for sensing intracellular thiols was successfully demonstrated in living HNE-2 cells. (C) 2016 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

摘要:
A series of BiOBr/BiOI photocatalysts supported on fly-ash cenospheres (FACs) were successfully prepared via a facile one-pot alcoholysis method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS) and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS). The results indicate that pH value plays a critical role in BiOBr/BiOI loading. Based on the photodegradation tests under visible light irradiation (blue LED irradiation), the photocatalytic property of BiOBr/BiOI/FACs photocatalysts obtained under alkaline conditions is superior to that prepared under neutral or acidic conditions, and higher than those of BiOB/FACs and BiOI//FACs. The improved photocatalytic performance of BiOBr/BiOI/FACs can be attributed to more BiOBr/BiOI loaded on the surface of FACs and the efficient photogenerated electron-hole separation.

Electrochemical performances of LiCoO2 as a candidate material for supercapacitor are systematically investigated. LiCoO2 nanomaterials are synthesized via hydrothermal reaction with consequent calcination process. And the particle size increases as the calcination temperature rises.LCO-650 sample with the largest particle size displays the maximum capacitances of 817.5 Fg-1with the most outstanding capacity retention rate of 96.8% after 2000 cycles. It is shown that large particle size is beneficial to the electrochemical and structural stability of Li CoO2 materials. We speculate that the micron-sized waste LiCoO2 materials have great potential for supercapacitor application. It may provide a novel recovered approach for spent LIBs and effectively relieve the burdens on the resource waste and environment pollution.

摘要:
Natural product tea saponin (TS), extracted from the nutshell of camellia (Camellia oleifera Abel, Theaceae), was introduced into intumescent flame retardant formulations as blowing agent and carbon source. The formulations of the flame retardant system were optimized to get the optimum proportion of TS, and intumescent flame retardant coatings containing tea saponin (TS-IFRCs) were then prepared. It was found that TS can significantly affect the combustion behavior and the thermal stability of TS-IFRCs evaluated by cone calorimetry and simultaneous thermal analyzer, respectively. It was shown that TS, degraded to water vapor and carbon at high temperatures, can combine with other components to form a well-developed char layer. The char layer was supposed to inhibit erosion upon exposure to heat and oxygen and enhance the flame retardancy of TS-IFRCs. In addition, the smoke release of TS-IFRCs was also studied, which provided a low amount of smoke production.

摘要:
The biosynthetic utilization of laccase/mediator system is problematic because the use of organic cosolvent causes significant inhibition of laccase activity. This work explored how the organic cosolvent impacts on the laccase catalytic capacity towards 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) in aqueous solution. Effects of acetone on the kinetic constants of laccase were determined and the results showed K<sub>m</sub> and V<sub>max</sub> varied exponentially with increasing acetone content. Acetone as well as some other cosolvents could transform ABTS radicals into its reductive form. The content of acetone in media significantly affected the radical scavenging rates. Up to 95% of the oxidized ABTS was successfully recovered in 80% (v/v) acetone in 60 min. This allows ABTS recycles at least six times with 70%–75% of active radicals recovered after each cycle. This solvent-based recovery strategy may help improve the economic feasibility of laccase/ABTS system in biosynthesis. View Full-Text

用LVJ-NF102聚酰胺纳滤膜在LJ-2540ST卷式膜中试设备中进行纳滤截留水体中磺胺二甲基嘧啶实验,考察操作时间、操作压力、磺胺二甲基嘧啶浓度和离子强度等因素对纳滤膜截留磺胺二甲基嘧啶的影响。结果表明,LVJ纳滤膜对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率100 min后基本稳定;随操作压力的增加,LVJ纳滤膜通量和对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率都增大;随着溶液中磺胺二甲基嘧啶浓度的增加,LVJ纳滤膜通量下降,对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率先增大后维持不变;随溶液中离子强度的增加,LVJ纳滤膜通量和对磺胺二甲基嘧啶的截留率都减小。在磺胺二甲基嘧啶浓度为28.2 mg/L、操作压力为0.4 MPa条件下,LVJ纳滤膜5 min可使溶液中磺胺二甲基嘧啶截留82.7%。

在氧化铝表面,以葡萄糖为炭源,通过高温热解方法制备了覆炭氧化铝载体(CCA),利用浸渍法制备Ni-Cu/CCA催化剂,并对催化剂进行了IR、BET、TG、SEM表征。利用微型连续管式反应器与气相色谱联用装置,考察了Ni -Cu/CCA催化剂对甲基环己烷(MCH)气相脱氢的催化性能。结果表明,载体覆炭质量分数为10%,金属活性组分Ni、Cu质量比为10: 1,反应温度为650 K,甲基环己烷微量进料为0.015 mL/min,载气流速为8 mL/min,反应压力为0.4 MPa时,使用0.6 g Ni-Cu/CCA,甲基环己烷脱氢转化率达到95.27%,甲苯的选择性接近100%。

Graphene sheets (GS)@manganic manganous oxide (Mn 3 O 4 ) nanocomposites were prepared via a simple solvothermal process. [email protected] 3 O 4 /nafion (Nf) film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated and applied for the detection of dopamine (DA) without the interference of ascorbic acid (AA) at the low working potential. The prepared nanocomposites ([email protected] 3 O 4 ) were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and the morphology of different electrodes was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrochemical properties of the modified electrode (GCE|[email protected] 3 O 4 /Nf) were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and current-time method (i-t curve). Under the optimized experimental conditions, the i-t curve showed a linear dependence on DA concentrations ranging from 1.0×10 -6 to 1.3×10 -3 M (R=0.9985) with a detection limit of 8.0×10 -8 M (S/N=3). The proposed method was used to detect DA in real pharmaceutical samples using the standard addition method without additional sample pre-treatment with satisfactory results, which showed great promise for screen-determination of DA in real samples. © 2015 The Authors.

摘要:
Multifunctional nanoparticles integrated with an imaging module and therapeutic drugs are promising candidates for future cancer diagnosis and therapy. Mesoporous silica coated gold nanorods (AuNR@MS) have emerged as a novel multifunctional cancer theranostic platform combining the large specific surface area of mesoporous silica, which guarantees a high drug payload, and the photothermal modality of AuNRs. However, premature release and side effects of exogenous stimulus still hinder the further application of AuNR@MS. To address these issues, herein, we proposed a glutathione (GSH)-responsive multifunctional AuNR@MS nanocarrier with in situ formed silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) as the capping agent. The inner AuNR core functions as a hyperthermia agent, while the outer mesoporous silica shell exhibits the potential to allow a high drug payload, thus posing itself as an effective drug carrier. With the incorporation of targeting aptamers, the constructed nanocarriers show drug release in accordance with an intracellular GSH level with maximum drug release into tumors and minimum systemic release in the blood. Meanwhile, the photothermal effect of the AuNRs upon application to near-infrared (NIR) light led to a rapid rise in the local temperature, resulting in an enhanced cell cytotoxicity. Such a versatile theranostic system as AuNR@MS@AgNPs is expected to have a wide biomedical application and may be particularly useful for cancer therapy. © 2015 American Chemical Society.

Objective To investigate the flexibility and mobility of the Bacillus thuringiensis toxin Cry1 Aa. Methods The graph theory-based program Constraint Network Analysis and normal mode-based program NMsim were used to analyze the global and local flexibility indices as well as the fluctuation of individual residues in detail. Results The decrease in Cry1 Aa network rigidity with the increase of temperature was evident. Two phase transition points in which the Cry1 Aa structure lost rigidity during the thermal simulation were identified. Two rigid clusters were found in domains I and II. Weak spots were found in C-terminal domain III. Several flexible regions were found in all three domains; the largest residue fluctuation was present in the apical loop2 of domain II. Conclusion Although several flexible regions could be found in all the three domains, the most flexible regions were in the apical loops of domain II.

Targeting nanocontainers to the pathological zone and controlling release of their cargoes, in particular delivery of anticancer drugs to specific tumor cells in a targeted and controlled manner, remain the key challenges in drug delivery. This paper reports the development of a traceable and tumor-targeted intracellular drug release nanocontainer. The nanocontainer is obtained by in situ growth of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) on the surfaces of mesoporous silica nanospheres (MSNs) using a DNA-templated process. Additionally, drug release from the nanopores is achieved by selective glutathione (GSH)-triggered dismantle of the AgNPs, and the concurrent fluorescence change allows real-time monitoring of drug release efficacy and facile visualization of in vivo delivery events. After being functionalized with sgc8 aptamer on the outer shell of the AgNPs, the targeted nanocontainers are delivered into acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells by aptamer-mediated recognition and endocytosis. Moreover, the GSH-responsive process presents an improvement in the cell-specific drug release and chemotherapeutic inhibition of tumor growth. © 2015 American Chemical Society.
