双氧水氧化碱浸分离铂钯精矿中硒碲热力学及实验研究

摘要:
采用水合肼和盐酸羟胺复合还原沉金后液得到铂钯精矿,其中硒和碲总含量达到71.15%,金、铂和钯总含量达到3.65%,从铂钯精矿中分离硒碲对富集及回收贵金属金铂钯具有重要意义。热力学分析表明:在碱性条件下,采用双氧水作为氧化剂,可以将硒和碲氧化为高价态的离子化合物被浸出,金、铂和钯留在固相中。采用双氧水氧化碱浸分离铂钯精矿中硒碲,实验结果表明其适宜反应条件为:双氧水用量为250 mL/L,NaOH浓度为5 mol/L,反应温度为85 ℃,液固比为5:1(mL/g),反应时间为2 h,在此适宜条件下,硒和碲的浸出率分别为82.49%和92.45%,金、铂和钯均未被浸出。氧化碱浸后渣中贵金属总含量达到23.18%,相对铂钯精矿富集6.35倍。

摘要:
采用石墨(Gr)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和玻璃纤维(GF)改性聚酰胺6(PA6),以提高PA6的摩擦磨损性能和力学性能。重点研究了填料组合、配比、载荷和转速对复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,通过磨损表面形貌分析探讨了摩擦磨损机理。结果表明:Gr/PTFE/GF混杂改性PA6能明显降低摩擦系数并提高耐磨性,PA6/Gr/PTFE/GF质量比为70/5/10/15时摩擦系数和磨损率最低,且在高转速(40 N, 1500 r/min)下摩擦磨损性能更好,摩擦系数为0.08,比PA6降低了27%,磨损率为5.5×10~(-6) mm~3/(N·m),比PA6降低了1个数量级,且该复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、储能模量和损耗模量都高于PA6。

摘要:
以季戊四醇和甲基丙烯酸为原料,制备具有多支链结构的不饱和羧酸酯,再与P(VDF-HFP)共混,经热聚合制备锂离子电池用凝胶聚合物电解质,用红外光谱、循环伏安、X射线衍射、交流阻抗等研究电解质的性质。结果表明,用该多支链羧酸酯制备聚合物电解质时,单体用量少,获得的凝胶粘性好,室温离子电导率为1.03 mS/cm,电化学稳定窗口达到5.2 V,以此制备的聚合物电池界面阻抗小,放电性能好。

摘要:
为了解养殖类湖区不同深度沉积物中氮、磷形态的分布状况,选取典型养殖湖区北民湖为研究对象,运用柱状取样法将沉积物进行分层,探讨不同深度沉积物中氮、磷形态的分布特征.结果显示:北民湖沉积物中有机氮为主要氮形态,约占TN的94.53%,无机磷为主要磷形态,约占TP的76.10%.无机磷中,又以Fe/Al-P含量相对最高,约为IP的66.05%,而Ca-P和OP含量均相对较低.沉积物中TN随沉积深度增加呈下降趋势,硝态氮随沉积深度的增加呈先下降后稳定的趋势,而氨氮呈先增大后减小的趋势;沉积物中TP、IP、Fe/Al-均随沉积深度增加呈明显下降趋势,而Ca-P、OP相对较为稳定.

化学振荡法测定黑茶中茶多酚的含量

摘要:
本实验建立葡萄糖-丙酮-硫酸锰-溴酸钾-硫酸的B-Z振荡反应体系,考察没食子酸丙酯及黑茶茶多酚提取液对振荡体系的扰动﹒实验结果显示:没食子酸丙酯的浓度在一定范围内与振荡体系振幅的改变量(ΔE)呈现线性关系,其线性方程为ΔE=57.242 59×lnc+295.626 59,线性范围0.025 g/L~0.225 g/L,检出限为6.25×10-3 g/L;另外利用该振荡体系对黑茶提取液中的茶多酚进行测定,其结果与紫外-可见分光光度度法测定结果相近;同时分析了茶多酚对葡萄糖振荡体系扰动的振荡机理﹒利用此体系测定黑茶茶多酚含量,成本低、耗时短、操作简单。

摘要:
To explore the adaptation of introduced Milu (Elaphurus davidianus), also known as Père David’s Deer, to their new environment, this study was designed to track and observe 16 Milu, which were released in the Dongting Lake wetland area from Jiangsu, from April 4 to May 12, 2016, using instantaneous scanning and recorded 486 observations. Nineteen types of behaviour were observed which were classified into nine categories: resting, feeding, moving, excreting, parental behaviour, embellishing, rutting, vigilance and social behaviour. This study analyzed the time-allotment and behavioural rhythms for resting, feeding, moving, and excreting categories. The result showed that before 9:00 and after 18:00 hours, the Milu were almost always resting. Resting behaviour was exhibited and maintained at a high frequency in other periods as well. Fluctuations in feeding frequencies was consistent, peaks occurred after 14:00 hours when the frequency was the highest. Moving behaviour was split into a non-behaviour period, fluctuation period, low-ebb period, and peak period. Vigilant behaviour was influenced by external factors, and peaks appeared suddenly after the disturbance occurred. Resting behaviour occupied most of the daytime hours during the adaptive phase, and the proportion was higher than other behavioural types except two times, resting behaviour decreased after 13:00 hours when activity behaviour increased. The adaptation of Milu was documented to a certain extent, it was found that the animal’s behavioural rhythms changed during acclimation to the new habitat. It is likely that resting and feeding behaviours were influenced by temperature. Copyright 2017 Zoological Society of Pakistan.

采用${\rm{\alpha }}$-亚硝基-${\rm{\beta }}$-萘酚为活化剂和十八胺为捕收剂对氧化锌矿石浮选,并考察其作用机理.结果表明,活化剂、捕收剂、分散剂的类型和用量是影响锌的品位和回收率的主要因素,${\rm{\alpha }}$-亚硝基-${\rm{\beta }}$-萘酚是氧化辞矿石浮选的有效活化剂.用木质素磺酸钙作为分散剂,经 ${\rm{\alpha }}$-亚硝基-${\rm{\beta }}$-萘酚活化后,在${\rm{pH}} = 9.5$时,锌的品位从初始等级的22.30%达到了38.26%,回收率达到87.90%.红外光谱分析表明,在矿物表面${\rm{\alpha }}$-亚硝基-${\rm{\beta }}$-萘酚和${\rm{Z}}{{\rm{n}}^{2 + }}$配位通过Zn-O键形成六元环,从而增强矿物表面的疏水性.

摘要:
Key message: JrVHAG1is an important candidate gene for plant osmotic tolerance regulation. Abstract: Vacuolar H+-ATPase (V-ATPase) is important for plant responses to abiotic stress; the G subunit is a vital part of V-ATPase. In this study, a G subunit of V-ATPase was cloned from Juglans regia (JrVHAG1) and functionally characterized. JrVHAG1 transcription was induced by mannitol that increasing 17.88-fold in the root at 12 h and 19.16-fold in the leaf at 96 h compared to that under control conditions. JrVHAG1 was overexpressed in Arabidopsis and three lines (G2, G6, and G9) with highest expression levels were selected for analysis. The results showed that under normal conditions, the transgenic and wild-type (WT) plants displayed similar germination, biomass accumulation, reactive oxygen species (ROS) level, and physiological index. However, when treated with mannitol, the fresh weight, root length, water-holding ability, and V-ATPase, superoxide dismutase, and peroxidase activity of G2, G6, and G9 were significantly higher than those of WT. In contrast, the ROS and cell damage levels of the transgenic seedlings were lower than those of WT. Furthermore, the transcription levels of V-ATPase subunits, ABF, DREB, and NAC transcription factors (TFs), all of which are factors of ABA signaling pathway, were much higher in JrVHAG1 transgenic plants than those in WT. The positive induction of JrVHAG1 gene under abscisic acid (ABA) treatments in root and leaf tissues indicates that overexpression of JrVHAG1 improves plant tolerance to osmotic stress relating to the ABA signaling pathway, which is transcriptionally activated by ABF, DREB, and NAC TFs, and correlated to ROS scavenging and V-ATPase activity. © 2016, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

“翻转课堂”在化工原理实验教学中的实施策略

结合化工原理实验教学内容的特点,设计了分层次"翻转课堂"具体教学模式、 实施方案和考核指标,重点培养学生的创造性和发散性思维,对其原有的认知结构不断地进行反思和重构,形成新的认知结构.结果表明:经过化工原理实验"翻转课堂"的教学实践,学生综合能力普遍得到加强,在每学期末,在每个任课班随机抽查5名同学,现场随机指定一个实验项目,80%的学生能较熟练的独立完成实验,达到了预期目的.

以五水硝酸铋、KX(X=Cl、Br、I)、硅藻土为原料,采用水热法合成负载有BiOX(Br、I、Cl)的新型硅藻土光催化材料,并进行了XRD和SEM表征分析,同时采用罗丹明B为目标降解物,以50 W LED紫光/蓝光灯为光源考察了制备光催化剂的可见光光催化性能﹒结果表明,制备的Bi OX/硅藻土复合催化剂均有可见光催化活性,PVP辅助条件下制备的BiOI/硅藻土具有最佳的光催化活性,罗丹明B初始浓度15 mg/L,催化剂用量0.15 g,LED蓝光照射50 min,降解率达到96%﹒

摘要:
A near-infrared fluorescent probe NIR-Hg, for the detection of Hg2+ ion, has been synthesized directly by condensing Changsha dye with 4-Phenyl-3-thiosemicarbazide and the structure has fully characterized by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and ESI-MS. The probe has been designed on the basis of the reaction that Hg2+ ion promotes thiosemicarbazide to oxazole in aqueous media and had been induced to produce turn-on fluorescence via an irreversible spirolactam ring-opening process. The probe NIR-Hg has exhibited fast response (1 min), high sensitivity with 44-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement under six equivalent amounts of Hg2+ added, high selectivity over other related metal ions and a low detection limit of 5.8 × 10-8 M in the phosphate buffer. The linear response range covers the concentration of Hg2+ from 5 × 10-7 to 5 × 10-6 M. In addition, the probe has good cell-membrane permeability, which is suitable for fluorescence imaging for Hg2+ in living cells and in vivo mice. © 2017 IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要:
采用对镉具有高敏感性特征的苔藓植物--东亚金发藓(Pogonatum inflexum)为材料,以不同浓度梯度镉污染基质作为胁迫条件,观测该植物在镉胁迫下的生长发育状况、镉富集能力、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量及MDA含量,并分析比较了各项指标变化特征与土壤中全镉含量及有效镉含量的相关性。结果显示,供试土壤中有效镉含量约占全镉含量的20%~40%,东亚金发藓对镉的富集能力总体较弱,其最大富集浓度值为1.627 mg kg~(-1),最高富集系数为63.9%,植株富集浓度与土壤有效镉含量之间的相关性高于全镉;东亚金发藓对镉污染表现出显著反应特征,植株孢子体和配子体受害症状明显,1~2 mg kg~(-1)以上的镉胁迫(土壤有效镉含量大于0.559 mg kg~(-1)时)即可使叶部黄化、褐变,5 mg kg~(-1)的镉处理导致蒴柄弯折、植株枯亡;东亚金发藓叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理指标变化特征受镉胁迫影响明显,且与有效镉含量呈显著相关性,适合作为东亚金发藓监测土壤镉污染及镉生物有效性的指示指标。

摘要:
Mercury is one of the deadly toxic metals to humans. A new fluorescent probe CS-Hg for Hg<sup>2+</sup>has been designed and synthesized based on the Hg<sup>2+</sup>-promoted cyclization and the CS NIR platform. The probe upon interaction with different metal ions showed good sensitivity and high selectivity for Hg<sup>2+</sup>through fluorescence “turn-on”response in PBS buffer. Significantly, the probe CS-Hg is highly reactive to Hg<sup>2+</sup>with a very rapid response. Furthermore, we have demonstrated that the probe is applicable for Hg<sup>2+</sup>imaging in the living cells and in animals. ©2017 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
In this communication, we report phenylboronic acid-functionalized gold nanoclusters (APBA-Lys-AuNCs) using lysozyme as a reducing reagent and capping ligand. Fluorescence quenching was performed for the selective detection of dopamine (DA) in human blood samples with satisfactory results. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2017.

摘要:
合成了含羟基苯并吲哚并研究其对过氧化氢的荧光响应,考察了溶剂种类及p H值等因素对检测体系的影响﹒在最佳实验条件下,过氧化氢将引发580 nm处荧光信号蓝移至560 nm处,且其荧光强度随过氧化氢浓度的增加而增强,线性范围为0.1~1.2 mmol/L,检出限为72 mol/L,探针响应不受其它干扰物的影响﹒该方法可用于消毒液及自来水样品中过氧化氢的准确测定。

超高交联树脂的超声辅助磺化

摘要:
制备BET比表面积为1019.08m~2/g、微孔面积为844.44m~2/g的超高交联树脂(简记为 H-06),研究H-06超高交联树脂的超声辅助磺化。以负载的磺酸基团为评价指标,H-06超高交联树脂超声辅助磺化的最优条件为:二甲亚砜为溶胀剂、反应温度为80℃、超声功率为180W、硫酸浓度为92.5%、树脂与硫酸用量比为1:5、超声时间为1.5h。最优条件下超声辅助磺化树脂(简记为GQ-07)磺酸基团负载量为1.75m mol/g、BET比表面积为553.69m~2/g、微孔面积为483.48m~2/g。非超声辅助磺化树脂(简记为H-07)磺酸基团负载量为0.75m mol/g、BET比表面积为589.91m~2/g、微孔面积为514.34m~2/g。4种超高交联树脂对2-氨基酚的吸附量顺序为GQ-07> H-07>H-06>H103。

摘要:
Two new chiral copper(II) coordination polymers comprising octacopper(II) subcomponents were synthesized through investigation of the interplay among tartrate ligands, guanidinium cations, and metals. Our analysis confirms that these compounds are enantiomers exhibiting 3D hierarchical supramolecular structures that are constituted by 2D sublayers and sustained by noncovalent bonding interactions. © 2016 American Chemical Society.
