摘要：
This paper investigates the synchronization problem for a class of delayed neural networks with Markovian switching parameters by using adaptive control scheme. A new delayed neural networks model with Markovian switching parameters and adaptive coupling strengths is established. By utilizing adaptive scheme, M-matrix approach and Lyapunov theory, sufficient criteria for a class of delayed neural networks with Markovian switching parameters and adaptive coupling strengths are proposed. A numerical example is provided to verify the effectiveness of proposed theories.

摘要：
This paper considers the problem of the guaranteed generalized H-2 performance state estimation for delayed static neural networks. The activation function is assumed to satisfy a sector-bounded function. Based on a suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and a new integral inequality, an improved delay-dependent criterion is presented such that the error system is globally asymptotically stable with guaranteed generalized H-2 performance. Compared with some existing results, the presented sufficient condition can provide much better performance. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In this paper, we consider the issue of stability criteria for neural networks systems with variable delays. By introducing two triple integral terms and a new augmented term with more delay information to the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional(LKF), some less conservative stability criteria are proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed results are demonstrated by two numerical examples.
摘要：
An optimal control problem for pseudoparabolic equations with pointwise obstacle type constraints is considered. There is a void interior even in the state constraint set, that is, without satisfying the Slater condition. A generalized solution of pseudoparabolic equations and necessary optimality conditions are established.

摘要：
Image Fusion is integrating two or more sensors at the same time or at different times of image or videos equenece to generate a new interpretation of this scene. Its main purpose is increasing reliability or image resolution by redueing uncertainty through redundancy of different images. In this paper, a image fusion method based on contourlet transform is presented. The algorithm can fuse corresponding information in different resolutions and directions, which makes the fused image clearer and more abundant in details. Meanwhile, because of the fuzzy logic's capacity of resolving uncertain problems, it overcomes the drawbacks of traditional fusion algorithm based on contourlet transform, and integrates as much information as possible into the fused image.

摘要：
This paper studies an inverse coefficient problem of a parabolic equation where the final observation is given, the unknown coefficient depends on both the space variable x and the time variable t. Based on the optimal control framework, the inverse problem is transformed into an optimization problem and a new cost functional is constructed in the paper. The existence of the minimizer of the cost functional is proved, and the necessary conditions which must be satisfied by the minimizer are also given.

In this paper, employing Lyapunov functional and elementary inequality $(2ab\leq ra^2+\frac{1}{r}b^2,\ r>0)$(2ab\leq ra^2+\frac{1}{r}b^2,\ r>0), some sufficient conditions are derived for the existence and uniqueness of periodic solution of fuzzy bi-directional associative memory (BAM) networks with time-varying delays, we obtain some new and simple criteria to ensure global exponential stability of periodic solution. These criteria are important in the design and applications of fuzzy BAM neural networks.
