摘要:
This paper establishes evaluation indicators of the real estate marketing planning course teaching reform, uses relevant models of extension matter element theory to construct multidimensional extension matter element model of the real estate marketing planning course teaching reform evaluation, and uses cases to carry out empirical analysis. Empirical evidence shows that real estate marketing planning course teaching reform indicators are in line with the current direction of real estate marketing pluming courses teaching reform. The extension matter element evaluation method can evaluate complex, intersecting and uncertain real estate marketing planning course teaching reform indicators effectively, comprehensively and objectively, which is an effective evaluation method.

摘要:
This paper analyzes the financing cost and the capital availability rate and risk of different sources of real estate SME debt financing. Combining the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the relative importance of different sources of debt financing, the target pluming model is used to analyze the optimal debt financing source structure of representative real estate SMEs in Hunan Province. The results show that real estate SMEs should optimize the source structure of debt financing to reduce financing costs and financing risks.

In dongting lake ecological economic zone (hunan) within the territory of 26 counties as the research object, using the method of entropy value, according to 2013 statistical yearbook in hunan province, investigation of dongting lake ecological economic zone of the compact degree of city economy in set up multiple indexes composite measurement model. Through assignment of 13 indicators weight, and compact degree of 26 counties and cities economy score analysis thinks, dongting lake ecological economic zone city economy overall not high compactness, internal significant difference, and regional differentiation characteristics obviously, wangcheng high compactness and yueyang area economy, changde and yiyang need to speed up the development, improve the economic compactness. Through analysis, dongting lake ecological economic zone economic compact degree of motivation mechanism mainly includes the system regulation, economy and population drive three elements, three factors work together, promote synergy economic compact degree.

To achieve the research aim of optimizing the debt financing structure, and enhancing company performance, this paper adopts normative analysis, descriptive statistics analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis method, uses Stata14.0 measuring software, and selects 797 listed manufacturing companies' financial data in Shanghai and Shenzhen between 2010 and 2014, to study the influence of debt maturity, debt source on company performance. The research results show that the listed manufacturing companies' debt financing structure is unreasonable. It relies heavily on current debt whose debt sources are mainly bank loans and commercial credit. Current debt or non-current debt, bank loan, commercial credit, or bonds payable all have negative correlation with company performance. Therefore they are not conducive to improve company performance.

In order to evaluating the management efficiency of enterprises, In this paper, a kind of new data envelopment analysis(DEA)/analytic BPNN method is applied to conduct specific performance appraisal on a sales team so as to solve the original problem of the failure to sort completely. the new method helps to solve the original problem of the failure to conduct sequencing completely by DEA method, and further distinguishes the DMUs, the new method still maintains the original characteristics of DEA, which means the analysis of the economic meaning of some indexes for the performance appraisal of some multi-input and multi-output DMUs. Finally the new method is free from the traditional AHP method's defect of too strong subjective dependence.

Quality, schedule, cost, as three main goals of engineering project management, have a relation of unity of opposites. Efficiency of traditional project management pattern is generally not high in the aspect of cost control, process control and quality control. Based on this, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is adopted for project information management. It can build 3D modeling for engineering construction, which can improve the calculation precision of the project cost, realize dynamic whole process management. BIM technology makes project management informationization more comprehensive, more intuitive and more efficient, thus greatly improving the intelligence and informationization of management project.

摘要:
Based on learning from the relevant research results, we construct the index system of listed real estate companies' debt financing efficiency, including funds, debt financing costs, enterprise value, debt financing structure and financing risk. The Chinese A-share real estate listed enterprises in the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Markets are selected as experimental samples and then quantitative measure and analyze their debt financing efficiency by using entropy method. The results suggest that the mean composite score of debt financing efficiency has been lower than 0.2 from 2009 to 2013, however, it has been rising from 2011; Funds rate, the main business revenue growth and receivables to meet with rate are the most important indicators, and the weight of these three indicators is up to 0.7.

On the basis of analyzing the financing structure and current profitability of listed SMEs in Hunan, empirical analysis of the impacts that the financing structure make on profitability of Hunan listed SMEs will be given in this paper, the results of which indicate that their financing structures play a negative role in their profitability and their financing structures are irrational.

摘要:
This paper emphasis that to evaluate the complex risk about super-huge type project, we should not only think about the probability and valuable influence of risk, but also put in factors of the main body's value preference and dynamic game playing. Thus method makes the evaluation has more rational behavioral base. Firstly, this paper analyses the characteristic of the risk evaluation and game-playing feature in the process of risk development. Secondly, it builds evaluation index system and the dynamic and blurry evaluation model for the risks. Thirdly, it tests and amends the important parameters using testing methods of behavior economics. Lastly, it uses this model to counts four main kind of risks index for a representative project. It can provide a useful and simple tool for complex risk evaluation and public communication of the super-huge type project.

Based on analytical approach to intensity of central functioning and urban mobility, this paper budgets and analyzes the intensity of economic ties and structure in central delta. The research shows that: "multi-center" spatial framework is beginning to take shape in the urban agglomeration of the Central Delta with Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang as the pole of the spatial framework. Urban agglomeration function remains the dominant function in the development of city group, the lack of city radiation function exists, and the central Delta city group is still in the primary stage of the city group development.
摘要:
The central position of the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration in Hunan province is increasingly prominent. It has advantages in nature, history, culture science and technology. However, the pressure of ecological environment, population, industrial structure restricts its development at the same time. Therefore, the government should design reasonable development pattern for the ecological construction of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration under the guidance of the theory of GIS, and construct Chang-Zhu-Tan ecological urban agglomeration effectively, starting from the establishment and improvement of the policy of ecological construction and protection, development of ecological industry, strengthening of the ecological moral education, and solving ecological problems through multiple perspectives and forms.

In this thesis, the sales teams of large enterprises are chosen as the research object and the performance appraisal index system is built. The system takes the orders and clients of sales teams as output index, and takes the number of people and the total cost as the input index. Meanwhile, a kind of new data envelopment analysis(DEA)/analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method is applied to conduct specific performance appraisal on a sales team so as to solve the original problem of the failure to sort completely.

During the period of Chinese urbanization rapidly development, but it must occupy much of farm land, especially cultivated land. How to make the wing-wing situation of city construct and cultivated land protection come true is the first problem must solve. In this paper, the cultivated land use present condition and the change situation of cultivated land were analyzed first, then the problems of farming land use in Yiyang country were shallowly discussed. At last, the reason which it produced and the countermeasure of cultivated land protection according to the study area were put forward.

Ecological environment material is a sort of material that is developed by human kind out of the active consideration of influences of the material on the ecological environment and is a new concept that was proposed on the precondition of taking full consideration of the correlations between the human kind, the society and the nature. Industrial design is supposed to lay more emphasis on functions of products and requirement of their appearance, to select more suitable materials, design their structure and pattern and establish their combination means. For the time being, study on the environment material has been penetrated into all fields of the industrial design. The environment material is of great advantage in terms of effective usage of resources and energy and reduction on the environmental capacity and it is an important development direction for realizing sustainable development of material industry. Thus, it has become a necessary trend of development of the design industry to conduct green design under the attack of the global tide of environmental protection.

This research study on evaluation ways and connotation of supporting ability of regional cultivated land based on integrated food security. After comprehensive analysis, this research established evaluation method for supporting ability of grain production of regional cultivated land and bound risk of regional cultivated land resources.Taking Huayuan County as an Example, this research forecasted county's supporting ability of grain production of cultivated land and bound risk of cultivated land resources in 2020, based on grain production datas. The conclusion comes as follows: Supply ability of grain production of regional cultivated land of Huayuan County in 2020 is 97%.
