摘要:
This study presents the CO2 emissions and energy performance of traditional raw earth dwellings' envelope retrofitting located in the Zhushan Village, western Hunan Province, China. The numerical simulations of heating energy consumption on the building models were performed using DesignBuilder, an energy simulation program. The energy performance was evaluated using the indexes (including energy consumption, CO2 emissions, heat balance analysis, and air temperature profiles). The detailed evaluation process of the energy performance is presented as follows. First, the current situation was analyzed through the field research, and two typical building models were built. Second, all schemes were simulated using the DesignBuilder software. Subsequently, the four main retrofit measures (replacing the external insulation windows, setting the external wall insulation layer, setting the roof insulation layer, and setting the ceiling insulation layer) were analyzed, respectively. The optimal parameters of the respective retrofit measure were calculated. Lastly, a multi-objective optimization analysis was conducted on all retrofit plans using the coupling method. In the winter, the results indicated that the "I-shape" dwelling heat consumption of the enclosure structure was reduced by 12.8 kW center dot h/m(2), and the CO2 emissions were reduced by 882.8 kg. While in the benchmark building, the results showed that the "L-shape" dwelling heat consumption of the enclosure structure was decreased by 13.27 kW center dot h/m(2), and the CO2 emissions were reduced by 894.4 kg. As the renewal scheme has been progressively implemented, the whole Zhushan Village will save energy by 11.2 x 10(4) kW center dot h after the insulation renewal of the envelope structure is completed.

Hydroponic experiments with different cadmium (Cd) concentrations were conducted to explore the impacts of nutrient allocation on the Cd enrichment of Bermuda grass. The results demonstrated with the Cd concentration increase, the accumulation of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) in roots, stems and leaves increased first and then decreased, while the accumulation of Cd had no significant difference. The biomass and N, P and K accumulation of CD1 and CD2 were significantly different from those of CD3 and CD4, but there was no significant difference in Cd accumulation. The root N, P and K distribution ratio of CD4 increased by 47.9%, 114.3% and 64.3% compared with those of CD2 treatment, the values of stem decreased by 29.4%, 22.4% and 17.2%, and the values of leaves increased by 15.8%, 19.8% and 23.6% respectively. The K ratio of root and leaf increased and that of stem decreased. Cd reduced N and K distribution ratio of stem and increased N and K distribution ratio of root and leaf. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the accumulation of N, P and K in stems was positively correlated with the accumulation of Cd in stems, and the accumulation of N, P and K in roots, stems and leaves were positively correlated with the Cd accumulation in leaves. Bermuda grass can schedule the nutrient allocation to adapt to the Cd absorption and enrichment in different organs under different Cd concentrations. In conclusion, nutrient allocation might affect the Cd accumulation of Bermuda grass. (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Aimed at coping with the complexity of commercial real estate price evaluation, the advantages of grey correlation theory, bacterial chemotaxis particle swarm algorithm and BP neural network are integrated to firstly put forward a novel model of commercial real estate cost evaluation. First, grey correlation theory was used to reduce the factors affecting commercial real estate price and optimise input variables of BP neural network. Then, the bacterial chemotaxis particle swarm algorithm with constriction factors is adopted to optimise the initial weights and thresholds. Through this method, BP neural network can be used to solve nonlinear problems and to improve the rate of convergence and the ability to search global optimum. An engineering project in the city of Hunan is selected to make empirical analysis. It shows that this novel model enjoys a high practical value as it can be applied to make scientific evaluation of commercial real estate price evaluation.

摘要:
Achieving multi-objective land use optimization allocation (MOLUOA) for sustainable development is an important issue in land use. In consideration of the multi-dimensional characteristics of MOLUOA in terms of quantity, space, and time, and under the constraints of maximizing economic, ecological, and social benefits of land use, a MOLUOA model is developed in this study by integrating multi-agent system with particle swarm optimization. The MOLUOA model is applied to the simulation of land use optimization allocation in Changsha, a typical city located in central China. Simulation results show that the MOLUOA model can achieve multi-objective land use optimization allocation in terms of quantity, space, and time. The model can provide decision-making support for generating land use alternatives to achieve sustainable land use. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
With the rapid development of information technology, network technology, digital technology, intelligent building has experienced the development of electronic, automation, intelligent, and gradually evolved into the concept of the digital community. In order to solve the existing problems in the digital community, such as the poor system function, the serious information island phenomenon and so on, the construction of the digital community management information system based on SOA architecture in Changsha city is put forward. In this paper, the Service Web technology is used to construct a service-oriented architecture (SOA) digital community management platform, the information resources in the community are integrated, and the information communication channels among the functional departments of the government, the community grassroots management agencies with the community residents are built up to make the management more efficient and the service more quality. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the system. It not only can maintain the integrity and independence of the isomorphic system, but also achieve the sharing and integration of community information, and promote the continuous improvement of the application and management of digital community information management system.

摘要:
The group eigenvalue method and extension set theory were used to assess the comprehensive evaluation of the satisfaction degree for the public transportion. Analyzing the factors that influence the satisfaction degree of public transportion, it puts forward the evaluation index system of satisfaction degree. In order to determine effectively the satisfaction degree, used the group eigenvalue method to decide the index weight, and the matter element model of satisfaction degree for public transportion was constructed. Finally, the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation method was detected by application example, according to the evaluation result, carried on the corresponding analysis.

The group eigenvalue method and fuzzy mathematics knowledge is used to assess the comprehensive evaluation of the service level for bus traffic. Analyzing the factors that influence the service level of bus traffic, it puts forward the evaluation index system of service level. In order to evaluate the service level for bus traffic, on the basis of defining remark grade, used the group eigenvalue method to decide the index weight. Then, the scientific and rationality of the evaluation method was detected by application example, according to the evaluation result, carried on the corresponding analysis.
