摘要:
This paper has carried out in-depth research on the planning and layout of tourism-type villages and towns in Hunan, and summarized the shortcomings of functional division, road transportation system, public service facilities and supporting facilitics.Taking Hunan's regional characteristics as the research direction, through the principle of functional zoning rationality, the principle of accessibility of road traffic system, the comprehensive principle of public service facilities, and the systemic principle of supporting facilities, Hunan's tourism-type villages and towns can make rational use of local regional resources for functional zoning. Combine the terrain of Hunan with the road transportation system, increase the public service facilities and improve its standards, and improve the supporting facilities.

In the practical application of computer technology in current project management, there are several shortcomings. For example, a certain gap exists between computer hardware equipment and market demand; the quality of engineering project management software varies; engineering project management personnel have different computer application capabilities. Applying computer technology to the actual management of construction projects can realize the collection, processing and analysis of various data and information about project management, and make rational and effective use of resources. The informatized project management work coordinates with work of other groups, which drives the production efficiency of the engineering project. In the actual management process of engineering projects, computing application technology plays a decisive role.

Tourism is one of the important ways to develop traditional small towns. The tourism and trade zones in traditional small towns face more problems in planning, including the content and functional structure of tourism and trade zones. Road traffic renovation design. This paper takes the "Nanyue 3rd Street" tourism and trade area as an example, using the planning method, the principle of appropriateness of the establishment of tourism and trade zones, the principle of rationality of functional structure, and the convenience of road traffic to the "Nanyue Third Street" tourism and trade zone. The scope has been set up, its functional structure has been updated and designed, and its road traffic has been redesigned.

摘要:
This paper analyzes the financing cost and the capital availability rate and risk of different sources of real estate SME debt financing. Combining the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the relative importance of different sources of debt financing, the target pluming model is used to analyze the optimal debt financing source structure of representative real estate SMEs in Hunan Province. The results show that real estate SMEs should optimize the source structure of debt financing to reduce financing costs and financing risks.

The designer attaches great importance to seismic and wind resistance functions and two intact and independent systems in the design of bridge engineering. It is the most classic application of structural vibration control in two fields. Based on this, this paper takes the structural vibration control as the research object, and analyzes the harm and reason analysis on the vibration of the bridge caused by the earthquake and wind load, and elaborates the measures to reduce the vibration of the bridge from the aspects of anti-collision, vibration isolation and ductility design, from the structural measures, pneumatic measures and mechanical measures in the application of wind resistance and other aspects of the wind resistance measures bridge to avoid risks, protect personal safety and improve the quality of the project.

In cloud-based IoT systems, gateway devices (hubs) are central to connect front-end IoT devices and back-end cloud services. Traditionally, research on hub selection and configuration focused on optimizing the network energy consumption for long-term operations; however, the billing cost on using cloud services has became a pressing problem for sustainable operation of an IoT system with cloud computing back-end. In this paper, we formalize this problem as a cost-minimization neighborhood configuration problem and prove its NP-completeness. To solve this problem, we propose a novel solution called Budget-Hub, which can make economical decisions on selecting hub devices from an IoT network and assigning neighbor devices to each hub, so that the long-term billing cost on using cloud services can be reduced and the desired network connectivity can be maintained. Extensive simulation experiments have been conducted to evaluate the Budget-Hub scheme, and the results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can significantly reduce the overall system billing cost under different network settings and cloud service billing models.

The MCFT on shear theoretical calculation method in reinforced concrete beams is expressed by the mathematical relationship based on the theory of MCFT, and the theoretical calculation formula is simplified. Finally the results with shear theoretical calculation method of simplified MCFT can be well fit with the test datas. That shows the simplified theoretical calculation method of shear is reasonable, thus another simple method for shear calculation of the reinforced concrete T beams is provided.

In the traditional soccer video, it is difficult for the camera calibration technology to calibrate and provides the object’s three-dimensional height information and other issues, so this paper puts forward camera’s auto-calibration algorithm in soccer video. First of all, the two-dimensional model and threedimensional model of the court are defined and the improved the detection algorithm of court lines obtains the feature points in the court plane to solve camera’s isomorphic matrix, and then the solved isomorphic matrix is used to calibrate the goal and obtain the two feature points in the goal plan. Finally, the optimal internal and external parameters of camera are got from the method based on k-means clustering and Hough-like search. The court line detection and the detection experiment of the 3 D – 2 D camera are conducted, and the simulation experiments show that the improved court line detection algorithm can effectively improve the site regional classification in soccer video(> 96%), and the accuracy of court line detection(> 92%).

As the optical flow motion estimation algorithm in image registration appears serious image blur, large errors, error messages and other issues, so this paper presents a PDE-based self-adaption anisotropy registration model. The model can adaptively choose the diffusion rate of tangent direction and normal direction according to the local image structure information, to protect the edge of the image in the registration process not to be blurred, at the same time, designs strong data item and improve the robustness of the algorithm. Experimental results show that: this model can make the image clear and the details are not easy to lose, and achieve effective registration.
