摘要:
In the traditional methods, we uses qualitative and simple quantitative research methods to make the safety evaluation of the scaffolding. Those quantitative methods are affected by subjective judgment, having no scientific evidence. The article makes the scaffolding as a whole to analyze, using the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation method and verifying the former method by fuzzy pattern recognition in the ending of the passage and hoping that it has reference for the project practice. The new method is mor efficient.

The intent of this paper is to investigate the shear of 4 recycled concrete simply-supported beams with same percentage of reinforntage of reinforcement and axial compressive strength but different replacement ratio of recycled aggregates. The shear failure of the recycled concrete beams is similar to that of the common concrete beams.

In order to solve the issues like the feature detection algorithm surface design too sensitive to the presence of noise,this thesis proposes the grid processing algorithm.Firstly,the constrained smoothing model is used to smooth the grid,in which the bound terms are the sparse constraint terms of the error term of l2 norm and l1 norm.In the process of smoothing,the points of the smooth location move less,while the there is a greater movement of feature points.And then through the anglicizing the movement distances the initial feature points are extracted;finally,after the generating of the initial feature points,the feature points are more complete.Experimental results show that:the proposed algorithm can handle the noise of too sensitive.

摘要:
In order to evaluating the management efficiency of enterprises, In this paper, a kind of new data envelopment analysis(DEA)/analytic BPNN method is applied to conduct specific performance appraisal on a sales team so as to solve the original problem of the failure to sort completely. the new method helps to solve the original problem of the failure to conduct sequencing completely by DEA method, and further distinguishes the DMUs, the new method still maintains the original characteristics of DEA, which means the analysis of the economic meaning of some indexes for the performance appraisal of some multi-input and multi-output DMUs. Finally the new method is free from the traditional AHP method's defect of too strong subjective dependence.

摘要:
This paper investigates the synchronization problem for a class of delayed neural networks with Markovian switching parameters by using adaptive control scheme. A new delayed neural networks model with Markovian switching parameters and adaptive coupling strengths is established. By utilizing adaptive scheme, M-matrix approach and Lyapunov theory, sufficient criteria for a class of delayed neural networks with Markovian switching parameters and adaptive coupling strengths are proposed. A numerical example is provided to verify the effectiveness of proposed theories.

To achieve the research aim of optimizing the debt financing structure, and enhancing company performance, this paper adopts normative analysis, descriptive statistics analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis method, uses Stata14.0 measuring software, and selects 797 listed manufacturing companies' financial data in Shanghai and Shenzhen between 2010 and 2014, to study the influence of debt maturity, debt source on company performance. The research results show that the listed manufacturing companies' debt financing structure is unreasonable. It relies heavily on current debt whose debt sources are mainly bank loans and commercial credit. Current debt or non-current debt, bank loan, commercial credit, or bonds payable all have negative correlation with company performance. Therefore they are not conducive to improve company performance.

In order to extract the temperature effect component of dynamic strain signal through EMD, which presents the shape of cycle trend, measured from bridge, the order number of IMFs by which temperature strain is constructed should be ascertained. The problem is to be solved based on the selection of IMF order threshold. IMFs energy of signal is respectively analyzed in the time domain and frequency domain, and threshold of IMF order is acquired through synthetic analysis of energy catastrophe order and correlation coefficient of Hilbert marginal spectrum. Finally, temperature effect component of strain data is extracted through selecting cycle trend of IMFs according to IMF order threshold. The result shows that (1) periodic trend component of dynamic strain leads to order catastrophe of IMF energy, with which the value range of IMF order threshold is preliminarily determined; (2) correlation coefficient of IMFs' marginal spectrum increases rapidly to more than 0.8 by analyzing the energy distribution in frequency domain of IMFs located in preliminarily determined range. It shows that the energy distribution patterns of last order IMFs are consistent. Via the application of method to the in-situ data, the result demonstrates that IMF order threshold is precisely obtained by the first correlation coefficient of IMFs' marginal spectrum more than 0.8. After temperature effect component is extracted based on threshold, the live load information in dynamic strain is retained properly.

Since there are many problems of the traditional network congestion algorithm like the lack of robustness and low steady-state, this paper proposes network congestion algorithm based on Smith predictor fuzzy AQM. This algorithm first analyzes the TCP congestion control mathematical model and the Smith predictive control theory, and then by using the fuzzy control in control theory and Smith Predictor compensation designs a new AQM algorithm to eliminate the negative effects of jitter and delay on the network router and queue-to-end delay jitter, thus this thesis achieves the purpose of achieving the desired stability and transient performance in the delay network. Finally, simulation experiment of network congestion algorithm based on Smith predictor fuzzy AQM are conducted. The results show that: the proposed algorithm improves the performance of the system, and it has good robustness and steady-state.
