The traditional human resource management mode is inefficient, the management process is not standardized, the management cost is high. With the development of modern information technology, all walks of life management model and values have been hit. Especially for modern enterprises, the application of modern information technology plays an important role in changing the traditional human resources management model, promoting the management efficiency of enterprises, improving the competitiveness of enterprises. Through the introduction of information technology and human resources concept, this paper expounds the relationship between the two, through the use of information technology in human resources management model, we can regulate the human resources management process, improve work efficiency, reduce management costs, and ultimately promote the change of human resource management. But in the process, enterprises should pay attention to the application of information technology to establish a human resources supply and demand information database, to strengthen the analysis of human resources management and staff performance evaluation, and ultimately promote the improvement of enterprise management efficiency.

摘要:
Aiming at the characteristics of multi - mode portfolio, a dynamic multi - mode portfolio optimization strategy model is established based on Markovian arrival process analysis method, which provides a decision - making method for portfolio management. The model presents the behavior hypothesis of Markovian arrival process, and improves the relevant theorem system by modifying the range of important parameters. The calculation formula of three kinds of quantitative indexes suitable for dynamic multi mode investment portfolio is established, and the optimization strategy model based on qualitative and quantitative indexes is established, which makes the optimization strategy more accurate. Finally, the feasibility of the above model is verified by case analysis.

摘要:
The introduction of digital video technology into basketball trainings can greatly increase the efficiency of training; this thesis proposes a behavior prediction method based on the vision judgment of ball carrier to the computer technology used for the behavior prediction of ball carrier. The method analyzes the characteristics in basketball matches like complexity background, fast speed, and low resolution and so on, which integrate the multiple effective head vision characteristics, form the Riemannian manifold, and then map them into tangent space. Well-trained classifier is used to recognize the head pose of the ball carrier to ensure the visual range. This thesis makes prediction experiments for shooting, passing and dribbling of the ball carrier, and the simulation experiments shows that the proposed method is correct and efficient.

Solar photovoltaic/thermal integration (PV/T) and heat pump are very important techniques for energy conservation and carbon reduction. A practical design for an integrated PV/T and heat pump system is presented, the integrated system is called the Photovoltaic-Indirect Expansion Solar Assisted Heat Pump (PV-IESAHP) system, which uses the heat energy supplied by PV/T as an evaporating heat source and can achieve high coefficient of performance(COP). It is essential to master the completed design idea and thermodynamic analysis method for the integration of PV/T and heat pump. In this study a kind of theoretical and matching performance model of the PV-IESAHP system is established, and a series of experiments were conducted to study the performance of the heat-pipe type PV/T experimental system and heat hump experimental system. Moreover, energy and energy analyses were used to investigate the performance of the systems. The results show that the COP of the PV-IESAHP system is about 4.0, and the energy efficiency about 0.05, which not only implies that the PV-IESAHP system has a significant energy-saving potential, but also will provide a theoretical basis for the application and parameters design of the PV-IESAHP system in the future.

摘要:
Landsat data have the characteristics of high resolution and wide spectrum, and have been widely used to extract river network. Based on the feature analysis and pretreatment of Landsat-5 Thematic Mapper (TM) data, in this paper, we studied and realized the extraction of river network in Hunan Province, analyzed and dealt with the extraction results of river network. The main research works are as follows: The Landsat-5 TM images were pre-processed by using ENVI5.3 software over the study area in 2011. Radiometric correction, image mosaic and subset were carried out. The Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI) and object-oriented classification method were used to extract the river network, and then the extraction results of the two methods of residential area, vegetation area and cloud-containing area were analyzed. The results showed that the extraction of river network based on object-oriented classification method was more complete, and the inaccuracy and omission extraction of river network were much less than that based on NDWI. And then, editor tool in ArcGIS was used to delete the non-river network region and connect the non-connected area of the river network.
