Research on the Compensation Standard for Farmland Expropriation--Based on Sustainable Development and Fuzzy Real Options

从可持续发展和模糊实物期权双重视角建立农地征收补偿价值模型,为合理确定农地征收补偿费提供理论支撑。本文分析得出考虑期权价值在内的农地征收补偿标准是现行农地征收补偿标准的7.29倍,国家、村集体经济组织和失地农民获得的补偿额占农地征收总补偿额的比例分别为：35%、3%和62%。研究表明双重视角下的农地征收补偿标准不仅考虑了农地征收补偿的代内和代际公平,且农地价值的归属很明确。

This paper first establishes the compensation value model for farmland expropriation from the perspectives of sustainable development and fuzzy real options, and then analyzes the compensation standards for farmland expropriation with the model. The analysis shows that the compensation standard with options is 7.29 times of the present compensation standard, in which the compensation ratio taken by state, village collective economic organization, and land-lost farmer are 35 %, 3% and 62% respectively.
