市场化改革既是我国公共体育场馆供给的内在要求,又是推动县域公共体育服务均等化的主要动力之一,对解决我国县域公共体育场馆既有矛盾能够起到较强的推动作用。采用文献资料法、实地调查法、专家访谈法探讨我国县域公共体育场馆市场化配置风险及其监控问题。研究认为：我国县域公共体育场馆市场化配置是有限度的市场化,在我国市场经济体制还不完善及不同县域经济社会发展阶段存在差异的条件下,县域公共体育场馆市场化改革是一个渐进前行的过程;在市场化改革过程中面临着公共责任缺失、公共利益受损、公平正义弱化等诸多矛盾与风险,这些风险和矛盾的发生,本质上的原因在于县域公共体育场馆的公共...
